Great stay and quiet. The room was very clean and the breakfast option was good. We will stay here again when passing by Albuquerque.

I had 2 rooms non smoking, both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, we little kids and I have asthma

Stay away! The facility is old and deteriorating. There is no advertised breakfast. The ice machine does not work. There’s a large homeless camp across the street and drug zombies in the parking lot. $150/night, seriously?

Outdated not very clean. Not in a great part of town

Old and dirty

Property is very centrally located near lots of food, shopping, entertainment, and easy access to interstates. There is also excellent video surveillance of parking lot & all common areas. Staff was great! That is where the good stops! There is a $100 per room deposit for incidental. Room #ing was crazy & made no sense. Property was rundown. 1 of our rooms had a huge hole in the drywall to access plumbling fo the next room. Our bathroom had no caulk around tub & tile allowing water to go behind tub & on ceiling of room below. Large beetles & hair in bathroom, while spots that looked like blood covered the curtans & the wall the window was on. The beds, the bedding, plus the rest of the main room waswell cleaned. Just a shame they took no pride in the other areas. My second room was in about the same shape.

Need to clean rooms better

Linens/ bathroom were clean but everything was ringworm... Stains and broken plaster on the ceiling, finish work barely cobbled together, broken windshield glass in the parking lot, trash in front of the unitentry door and they supplied no drinking water.

The walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors. Our first night we had to make a noise complaint. Also our tv remote didn't work and the water pressure is not that great. The entrances to the motel should've stayed open to make access easier. Premises is in need of an upgrade as well. Will definitely not stay here again.

Good location, just behind a gas pump and food locations nearby. microwave included

Manual at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. I had issues with the key working for my room; determined the door lock system was the issue, so he upgraded me to a suite. Was unnecessary but a great experience. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. Easy on and off access to I-40.

Very Clean room & all the condiments available if needed.

I’ve never been in a hotel that used vinyl for flooring. That was surprising. Our first room smelled like smoke anyway and we requested another. The second room had clearly been broken in to previously. That along with the iron fence around the entire property did not help my comfort level. The rooms have been “updated” with new-ish paint and bedding. The bed was comfortable. The was rust on the wall by the fiberglass tub and a terrible wall patch in the bathroom. It’s probably about what you expect for a $50 room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hello Virginia, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the room was not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Through guest feedback like yours, we are better able to address such issues quickly and to thus improve the guest experience for future visitors and for your own future visits.
