Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites

I had a very brief stay - just a few hours of sleep between a night flight and an early morning flight. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient and was literally a 2-3 minute drive each way. I arrived late at night. The room was clean and very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

If ABQ is a point from which you're venturing out onto a S.W. road trip this is a good place from which to start. ABQ is smallish so everything you may want to do is in easy reach from this hotel. Great staff, better than average breakfast, close by chain restaurants. You could walk to them. This hotel is above the valley and looks west so sunsets can be quite rewarding just from the parking lot. Stayed here on the night our flight arrived and stayed here the night before our flight out. Best Western really has never failed us.

cockroach inside got upgraded because of it but the noise downstairs echoed upstairs all throughout the night from people talking

Good hotel if you need to be by the airport. Otherwise, it's a little far from shopping and local restaurants.

The staff was very friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great, hot eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, gravy, etc. Evening 'happy hour' was very nice with free water, sodas, chips, cookies. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the bathroom counter was very small, it wad difficult to have two travel bags on it and our bathroom fan/light was really noisy. The bed was very comfortable.

It was an older hotel, but clean; however, there were ants in the bathroom on the first floor. It was just ok, I wouldn't pay over $90 for the room though.

Great stay and location. Went for a memorial service for my uncle. Nice rooms close to the airport for picking up and dropping off family as they came and went home. Great breakfast. Nice little lobby we were able to sit around and visit. Friendly staff.

Very, very disappointed that staff at the desk did not address immediately the issue of a burning, smoking hair blower. It was 7-8 hours later after I came back from sightseeing that I needed to inform the desk again about the hair blower. Within in hour maintenance appeared and provided a new hair blower. Another thing, when I checked out at 4:15am the desk person did not thank me for staying here. No smile or pleasantry from this staff person. Otherwise, the hotel is good for the price, breakfast was fulfilling, chips and salsa for meet and greet.

Very nice hotel clean and convenient to the university . Could use drapes that close was bright in the morning otherwise all else well

The hotel was value priced. Bedding was comfortable; however, the mattresses were a little saggy in the middle. Rooms are dated. Breakfast was great!

The ceiling sounded like it might collapse on us anytime the upstairs people walked around. Also, there was no parking close to a door we had to make two trips and was quite a trek. The room was aesthetically pleasing and clean and the bed was comfortable. Free movie channels! The free breakfast want too bad and they're open late: til 10am on weekdays! Great for sleeping in.

Good room. Got it on sale at a great price. Nice and clean. I loved the balcony option.

I couldn't write about experience, there is something wrong with your internet service... Fix it...but one lady at service counter was rude and not concerned about needs of anyone. She needs to be replaced with someone who can handle the work at that time of night. She was not friendly, courteous. and most of all had the attitude of "get away from me, I want to be alone". She made me feel like I never want to come back to BWM. I have always stayed with Marriott and I thought about trying something different. But this changes my mind about staying with BWM, again. Thank you

Decent place to sleep before you catch tomorrow's flight. Pillows aren't luxurious, so we brought our own the second time. Lightbulb was out on lamp. TV was poor quality. But it comes with breakfast and wifi, and is relatively clean.

Staff was nice. Room was comfortable enough for one night stay. Parking lot is frustrating, limited spaces to park, it is right next to a Village Inn so parking lot is shared.

Great staff, great breakfast, spacious clean room.

Great location! Easy to access to and from airport. Free van service to and from the airport is a wonderful service. Restaurants in nearby neighborhood that one can walk to or drive. Lots of free parking on property. Full hot breakfast is offered daily with varied choices and fresh fruit. Daily afternoon snack of chips and salsa with cold sodas and waters was a nice free extra. Room was very clean. Only problem - our room's curtains were light colored and didn't provide enough room darkening so bright light from outside window and parking lot was bothersome.

Great location for early flight out. Visited family and stayed here to catch and early flight so no one had to get up early to bring me to airport. Friendly staff and shuttle van was quick and easy.

The room was clean and pool area private. We had to leave before breakfast time, but it looked like it would have been great. The best surprise amenity was free soda, salsa and chips in the evening. Will be booking this one again for future Albuquerque stays.

Great to have good value close to the airport. Staff is always very helpful.

One of thousands in the Petroglyphs Nat. Pk. Just on,the west end of ABQ Breaking Bad. It was called the Octopus Car Wash in the series
