We got here at morning and left at 7 am so not a long stay but staff was excellent and the transport from airport was a lifesaver for both getting to hotel and to car rental at airport the next day.

Room was in good condition. Desk clerk was friendly and courteous but the person training her on the computer entries was not - and also was going to charge me $30 for “1 week plus 8 days” until I questioned why it wouldn’t be $20 for 2 weeks. She also made me work hard to get clear answers to any questions I had. The dark draperies framing the window in the room were just for show, and did not pull across to cover the window - leaving only the white curtains that would allow someone outside the room to see silhouettes and movement — not comforting for a solo woman traveler. The water in the shower was barely warm. Sink water got warmer after running it for several minutes - wasteful of water in dry NM. I very much liked the tv system that let me log into my Netflix account. Room keys worked well, as did the coffeemaker and microwave. The room seemed clean and neat. The early morning desk clerk was the friendly, chipper sort I have come to expect at this hotel, and it’s the main reason I stay there. The airport shuttle driver said he’d been on night patrol of the parking lot — glad to know the hotel is doing that.
