I like the fact that some staff members were friendly and willing to provide excellent services to customers. For example, at Caracolas María at the bar is friendly and helpful with all customers, the other girl from Higuey at the restaurant area is professional and friendly. Raquel at the Bodeguita. She is a Sweet lady who goes an extra mile interacting with customers, she take complaints and criticism from customers with courtesy and a smile while apologizing for any misunderstanding, and last but not the least Graciela the embassador from Expedia at the front desk. Graciela was willing to help my 11 family members to get rooms in the same building and close to each other. Thank you to all of you who are taking your job seriously demonstrating excellent social interaction with people and have great customer service skills. On the other, we found some staff members who may need assistance to improve their performance as employees of the organization. We enjoyed all the shows

This property is not equipped to handle the amount of people staying here. Peope are running to the pool and beach at 7 a.m. to get lounge chairs bc there are not enough on the property. The dining facilities are not large enough. My party was turned away a few times bc the various reataurants were full or at capacity (only one restaurant takes a reservation which is a scramble to get at 8 a.m. each morning).The room was outdated and needs renovating and new decor. It was hard to get anyone to help with anything. Once, I did connect with someone he/she was nice, polite, and helpful. The hotel is understaffed and needs more lounge chairs and umbrellas.

My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted with a glass of champagne, I felt welcomed into a world of top-tier luxury. Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality.
The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
Thanks to everyone at Excellence Oyster Bay, my experience in Falmouth, Jamaica was nothing short of extraordinary. I am grateful for the dedication and professionalism of the entire team, and I can’t wait to return in the near future.

Clean room, location, staff and amenities were great. Food is delicious. I enjoy how quiet the hotel is during the week. Weekends can be busy and noisy with the pool party and drag brunch, but I just walk into town to get away during those times.
