The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing! My only complaints are that the restaurant and room service coffee were undrinkable. You have to get coffee from the Cappuccino Bar or the Lounge 24. Also, it would be great to have beach access near the water sports area.

This is the 4th time visiting Majestic resorts, this time the Elegance, and it’s never a disappointment, beautiful facilities, excellent customer service everywhere, we had a swim up room and it was outstanding, variety of food in the buffet and restaurants, we will come back!

Many issues with this place. First of all, the check in experience was terrible. Armando at the front desk is very rude. The place is pretty much a 2 star in my opinion. The food options were ok but not great. The rooms were just ok. The service overall was not great.
