Staff was excellent and attentive. Some staff remembered guest names and their favorite drink. Great breakfast options. The mariscos restaurant was excellent. The Asian restaurant was ok, but not what I’m used to. The Italian place was also ok - not the best. The Mexican restaurant was disappointing. The food should be the best since we are in Mexico. I had better Mexican food outside of the hotel. However, overall I was happy with the hotel and all inclusive experience because of the staff and the different options.

Parking was secure. The staff were excellent. Restaurants were just ok. At the Mexican restaurant we ordered a dish with Halibut and it was unavailable. At the Asian restaurant we were seated in the front part of the restaurant and there was no airconditioning there. We also wanted to order tempura, it was not available. The room upgrade was just an ordinary upgrade, nothing special. Our shower leaked almost on a daily basis. We did inform the front desk and it was fixed for one day. It still continued to leak after that. The mini fridge was very lacking in what was offered. One of the trailmix packages was old.

I did enjoy the cleanliness from common areas to the room. The food quality and drink could be better but typical for an all inclusive. The girl selling the packages for membership or whatever was super passive aggressive. The location is great and convenient and the front desk and concierge staff was wonderful!

Staff was excellent. Buffet was incredible. The reservation for dining was terrible. You have to use a QR code and there is no way to see a menu to know if you even want to eat there. I was only there for one night, I live less than an hour away and booked because of secured parking and the spa. The spa is fantastic.

My time here wasnt that great . This is more of a family and kids kind of place.Their main pool is only 4 feet deep I was unhappy to find out i had to pay an extra 100 per day to use the adult pool and adult club areas.They dont have a game room with billiards darts and other games that adults can enjoy..There is absolutely no nightly shows like there is at other resorts and only one bar in lobby and one swim up bar. They only have 2 beer selections and beer is warm. If you are looking to have a good fun time and are single definitely do not come to fiesta Americana . The restaurants are good i loved the cevicheria . The rooms are clean . Only one pool unless you pay extra to use adult pool . If you're planning a family trip and have little ones and want a quiet boring time then this is the place for you .

I am writing this review in the hope that people will stop asking about this hotel. First, the most important thing when staying somewhere is food. But here, the buffet is only open for breakfast and lunch — it closes for dinner. Out of the remaining three restaurants, at least one was closed every other day. Second, the refrigerator in the room was not very effective, so we couldn’t enjoy cold drinks. Third, the internet in the room hardly worked. Even when lying down and wanting to use the internet, it was simply impossible. Fourth, the quality of the food. Normally, a buffet offers a variety of dishes so that people from different countries can choose. That’s the standard. But here, the food selection was almost entirely limited to Mexican dishes, and the quality was not particularly good either. Fifth, when we visited, one of the restaurants was closed for a private party. Because the staff from that restaurant were all redirected to that event, we were left without food. On top of that, it was not a party for all guests, so we had to endure loud music and noise coming from outside. Finally, due to ongoing renovations, there was loud construction during the daytime, which made it even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very inconvenient and disappointing trip.
