Rooms were a bit outdated. Food was good! Very quite resort. Music needs to be more today and more English tunes. More pool games or activities. This is more a relaxing resort.

I had a great time, I like to point few of the employees, Carlos Hernandez waiter, Perla at the spa, very excellent service

Great service and staff super friendly since you arrive until you leave premises Also restaurants and snack bars are super good Very great full Thanks to all the staff for making us fell like home

The property is too old, food in all restaurants are not good quality also I want to mention that Asian restaurant food especially the sushi’s nothing like sushi at end I don’t recommend this resort if you want have nice and luxury vacation

Loved the place, just needs more nightlife with entertainment

The pool area was nice along with the beverage service. The food at the buffets made me and the majority of the people in my group sick. The food by the pool sits out for the flies to feast on until the waiter delivers it. I took the last reservation (9:45pm) at Tiantang one night and was rushed out and told the kitchen was already closed when I tried to order another appetizer, they were also out of 2 of the 3 desserts we ordered. They shouldn't offer such a late reservation time if they don't plan on taking care of you. As far as cleanliness, people's left over room service orders sit in the hallway at least 12 hours until someone picks them up. The sink in our bathroom was clogged. I asked for my sheets to be changed, instead they just remade the bed. Last, we had to shower with a small drip of cold water one day. Although, It was fixed by the next day.

We had two staff persons ask us about our stay, but nothing change. We could not get anyone to give us wash clothes and hand towels for our bathroom. The first day they did bring it up, but the house keeping came by the next day to clean and never replenish them. I called again, but no one brought them to our room. Then when the customer service asked us how our stay is going, I told them that we needed more amenities. They asked for my room number and wrote down what I needed; however, no one brought it up. Strange huh. Another sales associate, a female, asked and did the same thing; she wrote down our room number and what we needed but nothing changed. Not sure if this is due to the language barrier. I also have a complaint regards to our bathroom in room 222. The toilet smells really bad when you flush it. We did called housekeeping once and they did something to make it better but that only lasted for 1 day. We pretty much gave up calling because no one would come up and provide face washes, so would they come up and continue to get rid of the crappy smell from the toilet? I've been to all-inclusive before, and this is the first place that I felt the drinks were all watered down. Pretty sad. Their only saving grace was the restaurants food were very good aside from that service and amenities are very poor. They need to update or renovate the rooms badly. I would not recommend going here for any families.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was all amazing and so friendly. This hotel is in a great location. It is close to everything but still feels very private.

We have been vacationing at this resort for many years. We returned after a 10 year hiatus as we have been visiting other parts of Mexico since then. The hotels' staff is exceptional in every department. Giovanni, Pedro and Carlos were friendly and very accommodating around the beach area when it came to food and drinks. The rooms are okay, need some updating. The a/c worked great. The main restaurants food were below par even for an all inclusive. You needed to make reservations in the morning but it was no big deal. The best food was the breakfast buffet with such an amazing variety of foods. The beans need to be improved along with some of the mexican dishes. The noon time buffet served out in front of the bar area was the best- great flavors, variety of items and great service. Why not do this for your regular restaurants? Is it because of covid? Speaking of covid- all the staff wore masks, had disinfectants around the area and we all felt safe as there was a group of 8 good friends traveling with us. Activities were provided for those who wanted to partake. The pool was always clean, swim up bar was closed ,I think due to covid. This is an older property which the grounds were well cared for. In the old days, one was greeted with a glass of champagne or cucumber water. No more but it may be due to covid. One set of our friends had green bands on and could go to places that we could not due to our red bands. That was the only inconvenience as we did not know.

Lunch options were limited multiple days. When they offered the buffet, it was very good. Dinner meals were OK but not great. Breakfast has a large number of options and was very good. The pool was very nice. The beach was kept clean but we were not tempted to go into the ocean.

Amazing

Property was clean, food was good, staff was very friendly I don't have anything negative to comment on Thank you

I stayed in this hotel to save money let's be honest so I'd have a bigger budget to go out shopping the honest truth. The food is horrible . They fail to tell you when you book you must reserve everything for lunch and dinner at 8 o'clock in the morning by the pool where you check out the towels to make reservations for every restaurant.. And room service takes about 2 hours to get to you if you if they do bring it to you I ordear 4 times rooms service only received twice( note we ordered Bottle water French fries and quesadilla nothing Fancy)2 of the time they never showed up they said there were 2 backup in the kitchen and weren't able to bring it up to the room.. Resort that's all inclusive with meals their food is horrible, I ended up eating all my meals outside of The resort.. The staff is pretty friendly.. But beware that the food is horrible.. Book this hotel just to save money but note that you're polling in the beating out. So in other words I would not return.

Service was horrible and slow, staff was not friendly, food was nasty
