The rooms were very clean, amazing friendly service. Shuttle on time no issues. No problem with air-conditioning. Matter of fact, we had to shut it off cause it was too cold.

Limited Restaurants, Buffet only in morning. Restaurants close without notice and few open get too busy. Even there app will show all restaurants open but not the case. Property and staff are excellent

We had a nice stay here. It is an older resort and it is showing its age. It was clean and the staff was nice. Food was just ok. Mixed drinks were terrible - I tried several. We chose this resort because of its awesome reviews and were disappointed it did not line up with our expectations.

The air conditioning seemed to be timed and on a sensor. When the door was opened or we left the room it shut off making it uncomfortable to come back to. Did not use the laundry services, but always had fresh room towels available. The only thing that I would suggest is more available pool/ beach towels. At times there was shortage of it. Otherwise great experience!
