I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, just about 10 minutes from the airport, so getting in and out was quick and stress-free. Another great perk is the access to the other RIU properties nearby, which gave us even more dining, entertainment, and relaxation options during our stay. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, which made it harder to sleep at times.

Overall the property is nice and relaxing. I would like more options on the room service menu and softer beds. Beds were a little hard to me,but i had to adjust to it.

The Rui Palace in Montego Bay Jamaica is a very exquisite vacation place. The staff is very nice all of the staff from the front desk to the chef to the waiters, cleaning department, pool service entertainment, transportation. Everyone was very nice and very professional and all of the workers and employees made sure that the guest had a great time I enjoyed myself and I would definitely go back again. I was even gifted a gift for my birthday
