Amazing staff. Beach is connected to the resort. Awesome daily entertainment. Overall great experience!

Hotel was amazing, partying was amazing, views were also amazing. A fun place to be if your looking for an adults only experience.

It was a nice experience from what I paid and expected

Great hotel with excellent people. The service was excellent. We loved the location close to the airport. It is great to get chairs next to the pool without much proble.

Never a bad experience at a RIU. Staff and accommodations were excellent.

Everyone mDe our experience great. The staff was so friendly and fun!

Stayed for 7 nights, hotel staff were exceptional. Host Manager, Robert Thompson, ensured that my birthday was acknowledged, as well as the dining room staff, who decorated my table that evening. The entire property was clean and constantly being tended to. I loved the fact that I was able to utilize all 3 properties, at my leisure. The entertainment was good and the accesibilty to access the catamaran to Margaritaville beachside was such a plus. The beach was nice with ample chairs, beds and hammocks. My only drawback is the furniture for the rooms, as they are dated. I will definitely return.

This hotel was terrible! Spent four hours on the phone with orbitz on the first day to try and switch hotels. The food was disgusting. The fish was really fishy and all the meats were dried out. The buffet was not fresh. The service was terrible. They took 20 minutes to get the drinks we ordered at dinner. There were four other tables in the restaurant and we waited over an hour for our food. The hotel was very noisy. There were airplanes flying over the hotel every 10-15 minutes. We got woken up by the front desk at 9 AM to see if we got the pillows we requested the night before. They woke us up again the last day to see if they fixed our air conditioning that was broken and supposed to be fixed the first day. I had a nail repaired and set my alarm for 9 AM - the tech was 15 min late. It took her 45 minutes to do and charged me $15 and the nail was not smooth. She stated she didn’t have the right tools and still charged me the full price anyway. The beach was very small. There was barbed wire surrounding it. There was a very low class crowd. Everyone was loud, obese, tattooed. We had access to all three resorts but they won’t give us WiFi access to the other hotels. The bartender asked for a tip- front desk doesn’t have any small change so we couldn’t tip. They said the shuttle to the airport was three hours before our flight when the airport is less than a 5 min drive. They didn’t tell us until the shuttle arrived that day so we weren’t ready and had to pay $20 for a taxi.

The riu palace is beautiful, i visites all 3 and u can tell the riu is more upscale and to have no kids rubnibg around is amazing. The hotel is super clean, everytime i walkd around someone was cleaning. It was my birthday, the decorated my room, gave me chocolates , champagne and a shirt. They have the best customer service i ever experience.the food was ok, i got tired of eating the same thing but the staff and atmosphere make it amazing

The middle hotel was the place to be for a groovy time! Also take the off site cat to nigril and visit Rick's! We will be back!

Cons: The staff and the food is the best about this hotel. The service is amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The grounds are very well kept, landscaping and decoration is perfect. The water temperature is warm on the beach Cons: resort total area is small, within a couple days you feel like it would be nice to have more space to walk and wonder but you are in between 2 other resorts that you can visit but is the same as the one you are in.. The bed and pillows are not comfortable and the elevators are so hot The restaurants outside the buffet options are just ok with exception of the Japanese one which is really bad Too close to the airport, not much natural beauty you can see and noisy planes fly over all the time

The beds were hard as rocks!! The staff was amazing the food was ok, but quality of the furniture in the rooms were just horrible. Everything appeared cheap and old

I love jazz and live bands and they had a variety of musicans and talent. Always a nice show to go to in the evening.

We enjoyed the stay. The entertainment was amazing and some staff very friendly. You ask for stuff you will get it. Drinks and food are amazing, pool and beach is very clean, only negative thing is you can hear people or entertainment outside until 2300 in your room and the gym is to small but overall this palace is amazing and would recommend to everyone. Definitely will stay in RIU Hotels in the future

Our 7-day stay for our annual girls trip was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff were terrific, extremely helpful & friendly. The food was great and the entire facility was well kept & very clean. The wait staff in the restaurants treated us like family everyday. And the entertainment crew were absolutely phenomenal! Hats off to Kash, KC, Dr. Fun-fun, DJ Spaghetti, & JoJo for truly making the week one of the best vacations we have experienced!

It’s definitely a couples resort but I went with a group of girls and Enjoyed every moment. Good food, friendly accommodating staff, beautiful facility. Always clean. Room service is a little slow and there’s only one maintenance guy so maintain requests take a while to complete. Other than that, it was perfect and I will be returning.

Amazing experience will definitely be returning this is more of a couples relaxation resort!! Utterly amazing staff everything Amazing

Great experience. Beautiful resort, great food. I would recommend it to anyone.
