Towels. Horrible towels and smelly at the rooms. Bathroom overall is not good. Small and the shower design makes the whole bathroom get flooded. We had to ask for more towels always to dry the floor. One time the housekeeping people told us they only can give us 4 towels per day. Pool maintenance is working during day time. Literally inside the pool with all people there trying to glue the mosaics of the pool. Kids pool need a full maintenance ASAP.

The staff were amazing. Friendly, professional, helpful in every department. This hotel survives solely on the hard work of every member of staff. The rooms are horrible. For a so called 5 star resort they ate disgusting and are in serious need of refurbishment. Our bathtub was peeling and had mold around the fixtures. Everything just felt very old and used. The food is good, but the labelling needs improving. I have a dairy allergy and it was great to see the labels that were there advising of ingredients, but not every item was labelled (maybe 1 in 4) and so I couldn’t risk trying something without a label, which was the majority of things. I mostly stuck to salads, which were delicious and fresh.

We received a room upgrade when we arrived at 1:30pm. However, we were told our room would be ready at 4pm. We went back to reception at 4pm and room was not ready. We finally got checked in at 5pm but when we arrived at room, the room was still not ready. We had to wait outside in heat in our regular clothes for another hour before room was finally ready. Also, we ordered room service just before 11pm. The order went through successfully. However, the food never came. No one wrote me back in the app either. The stay was still good but we lost valuable time on the front end. We would have never taken the upgrade if we were told that the wait would be almost 5 hours.

This property exceeded my expectations. Family friendly hotel they have activities all throughout the day for littles and adults. The rooms are well maintained the only complain is I wish the beds were a bit bigger a little outdated. Other than that we had a great time and will definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our time here. The property has everything you need. The highlight of our stay was the food. For an all inclusive, this place really hit it out of the park with the food selection and taste. Subtracted a point due to the pool being a bit dirty. Could use some extra TLC. The entertainment was also a hit or miss.
