Our experience at Family Selection was excellent! Our family butler Josue, made the trip especially meaningful. He was able to get medication for a family member who forgot theirs at home, decorated for a birthday and checked in with us daily. Josue seems to really love his job and his genuine desire to help make our stay special was amazing!

We also had a lovely Expedia concierge who offered us his services and was very friendly. This was our second time staying at this resort in the Family Selection with a large group and lots of kids, and both visits were excellent. A huge part of that is thanks to Josue, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The Nest is fantastic, and Carlos at the pool was an absolute joy every single day—his energy and care made our experience exceptional. The pool bar bartenders were also consistently fantastic. We will absolutely be back, largely because of the outstanding service from Josue, Carlos, and the incredible bar team.
