The staff was friendly and accomodating. We did not get clean towels 2 days and our room wasn't cleaned every day. There was an extermination one day but we were never told why.

I loved how small this resort was and how the staff all knew us personally by day two.

Staff in lobby was very poor. Food was not good. Bartenders, cleaning staff were great. Checkout was horrible. Do not fall for using their resort car service. Way over priced and had to wait forever to get into a taxi.

Right on the beach, good service. But too much night loud noice parties late at night. Goff for party animals; not good if you need quiet sleep at night! The Japanese restaurant is definitely not up to par !

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The buffer was pretty darn good for a buffet. I loved all the salads and fresh fruit. The restaurants not so great. The food seemed similar to the buffet and the sauces all seemed pretty much the same.

Selections at the buffet we're excellent. Not impressed with The Spanish restaurant. It wasn't very Spaniard at all.

loved views and liked the food. The staff was great! Couple of nitpics however. 1. Premium reception - when arriving there is no line - on the other had if they get busy others arriving after you can get served first. They should have to take a number. 2. Internet service is horrible for such a place. Your access should be on your key card - or other easy way to obtain and the internet service should be world class. 3. The amount of grease in the hash browns was way too much. 4. Overall food was good -some was not the freshest.

The staff were incredible!!! A very safe and pleasing experience. The property was beautiful but a bit worn down. Closet doors were broken, our door deadbolt didnt lock, drips and water damage in the bathroom. The pools were fantastic! The food was less than average to average. Buffett was by far the best but everytine you left, your clothes smelled like fried oil. It is a long way from the city. We knew that and i think it was both a plus and minus.
