I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest’s needs were met, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service throughout my stay. The entire property was consistently clean, neat, and well maintained, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The pool area was especially impressive, with the public restrooms nearby kept spotless and well cared for. Clean room insulated so the street noise did not bother us, clean pool, great food 3 x a day and right in front of the beach. It is an older establishment, and it shows BUT the beds were comfortable, rooms cold and a great location. We would stay here again.

When I booked the accommodation, it said I was booking a suite. When I arrived, it was just a standard room. We waited until about 5 o’clock to check in. The room was clean, the staff was great, beach view was lovely, the food was good. I just was not impressed with the room because it was not the room that I booked in Hotels.com. Not the room in the picture. For this reason, I do not think I would stay there again or use Hotels.com.I don’t think this is the fault of playa Las Arcos. I believe it is Hotels.com.

The staff were very polite and courteous. Everything at the resort was clean. The buffet was 6/10, the hot table each day/night was great. Fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice in the morning was fantastic. Great location, on the beach and close to all amenities. Live music every night. Would stay here again!
