Property needs some attention and updates. But the STAFF was great! Smiles and very courteous everywhere we visited. We also took advantage of the Explorer's Club (Kids Club) and the kids loved it. The girls there are super nice and very welcoming to our little ones. Gina, Nayeli Sandra and Diana need to get the recognition there. Great attitudes! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really close to the Malecón(Boardwalk) and airport. Would definitely come back. Hopefully by then, some updates/upgrades have been made. But the staff alone make up for that.

The variety of food was not the best, and hotel was not well equipped for heavy rain and flooding. However, the management of the hotel was great at helping with our request, for example we got a new room due to the air conditioning not working. Overall, it was not the best experience.
