Definitely nice pool area for kids, but will not stay there again, very disappointing food options for their all inclusive cost, restaurants are by reservation only (impossible to get being that their members have priority), and food at buffet looks totally unappealing. Found dirty sheet between bed and wall, and floor poorly cleaned, hairs and dirt behind door and in corners.

The buffet was terrible. It was very dirty, and unkept. The smell was bad and even my 2 year old could not stand it. We saw a big cockroach one day and could not eat anything from the hotel anymore. It was a waste of our money since we had paid for an all inclusive resort. The kids pool was great and my 2 and 5 year old had a great time. The baby club was awesome. My kids loved going and talked about how nice Martha was. The room was basic. The only compliant is that we were not able to turn the AC past the low mode because it made it a very loud rattling notice. We were fine with keeping it at low as the room still stayed cool.

Overall it was decent for the price. I would recommend. If you are a complainer, high maintenance, or picky person, or want to pay a little and get a lot, then you will probably not like this place (or any other for that matter). Making reservations for the French, Italian, Japanese restaurants could be vastly improved. The food was very good, but you can not necessarily make a reservation with your friends as you may not get the same time frame. You also literally only get from 9:00am to 9:02am online (only) to make them and it has to be the same day only. The only way we figured out the little tricks was to talk the concierge about it. Rooms were clean (could use some updating, but not a big deal for us). Our safe was not mounted/secured. Our telephone did not work. These were taken care of by the maintenance dept on the same day we reported it. Buffet was like most buffets and was decent overall. Beach was good. Drinks were good. This resort is geared towards people with kids. They seem to be kinda short staffed at the front desk check in/out so go down early to save yourself some stress. They charge extra if you request room service(food). They had free entertainment. It is not Vegas quality, but the actors worked hard and hey it was "free". The airport was crazy busy and seems to be overcapacity with travelers, but it was in Mexico during spring break. :)

I was greeted immediately and offered a refreshment which was welcomed in the warm temps. Adan was a great help as he loses my bags and gave me instructions on my amenities.
