Rooms are to old but clean, no air conditioner, not enough staff. No lights in the rooms and the employees never went to fix the complaint, I'm sorry but I won't go back to that hotel.

Rooms that haven’t been updated are really bad. Updated to an remodeled ocean front room which was nice. Common area was nice. Bar closes early and has awful wine and two different beers. Music too loud by pool.

Location and beach pulapas...nice to go for a walk and always nice to have "all inclusive."

Loved the location! Not secure, the window to the room could be opened from the outside

The staff was very very friendly and helpful with everything

Old, tired and in need of a renovation. Very basic. Staff need training and to be more service oriented. The location is good and very convenient.

Price was excellent as was location. Food was included, modest and decent Drinks included were very nice. Would be nice if beach lounge chairs weren’t so stiff and of hard plastic. Fine beach towels. Beach bathroom one Of two stalls not fixed in two days. Music was far too loud by the pool. Also too loud in the restaurants but I as very impressed that the staff turned it down at my request. Extremely pleasant staff. Fine TV and shower. Would definitely go again. Stayed two days before checking into a Timeshare.

Dissapointed from the start..check in was the MOST unorganized unprofessional experience! Was told there are 2 bars while you wait 3 HOURS to check in! The main bar had ONE Bartender to service everyone which at 1 time i counted 24 people standing in line waiting..was told our paperwork got "lost" EVERYTIME i tried to ask a question they would walk away or dissapear. I have stayed at many hotels in pvr none like this one! And NEVER this one again.😡

The location is the best. Walking distance from everything and beach front. I will be back

The location of this property is excellent. Proximity to the beach and being right in the heart of the action. The building needs some updating. The customer service was average. I paid for a Deluxe Suite and was given a Jr. Suite. I told them this and they said I received a Deluxe. I came with a group of friends who were in the room adjacent to mine in an identical Jr. Suite....

The location is awesome!! The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Great location Good food choices Friendly staff Good AC in room Plenty of hot water Excellent daily maid service

Close to the beach. Needs a remodel and dirty. Old furnishings.

All inclusive very nice, although ok foods but unlimited drink are nice. Breakfast is superb, afternoon snack is nice too, dinner is ok. Beach is right in the front.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is of course perfect, right on the beach and in the heart of the romantic zone. My room was clean, and roomy, while clearly not updated in many years. My only strong complaint is that the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

This is a lovely hotel that is right on the beach and located in the heart of Old Peurto Vallarta. The hotel is being updated so there is still some construction going on, but it wasn’t too unpleasant as there wasn’t much noise. I was placed in an updated room and it was really nice. Quite large and spacious with a view of the beach and town. The food for all inclusive is basic and has set times, including the bar. I thought the food was good, but I know others who didn’t like it much. We ate most of our meals at the hotel. The staff is friendly and they try their best to do keep you happy. I think they need to have a couple more servers as some of the dining times were incredibly busy and the staff was just managing to keep up. There are daily activities that are usually at the hotel. When we were there on Wednesday and Thursday, there were no activities. We couldn’t even borrow a kayak. From Friday onwards, the activity person was there so we were able to borrow the kayaks and go for a little tour up and down the beach by boat. You’re on your own for kayaking. The pools are nice and if you can get up early enough, there are a few lounging chairs with cushions that are just below the adult pool. It’s a nice view of the beach and you’re a little more secluded from the people selling their goods on the beach. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and when we were there, a lot of Mexican families were there for their spring break so it got quite busy.
