Yes, the bay/ocean was visible from our balcony, which had a great view. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and even saw 2 whales in the distance.

This is promoted as a luxury resort. Its ok but definitely not a luxury building. The pool area is nice. The balcony on the room is very small and is only on the side of the building. In the photo it looks like a wrap around balcony. The decor and the style of the building is very industrial.
