This is a great property on the beach. It is a large property with multiple pools.

The property is old but well maintained with a nice staff and very close to everything... a good central location...a good home base for exploring Puerto Vallarta.

The resort was beautiful overall. Huge, and spread out. Our room was comfortable but did not give us the balcony and ocean view we thought we booked. Did not offer basic ammenities most resorts offer now days. No hair dryer, iron and board, main light did not work. All things that probably that could have been provided if we wanted to wait for the service. It was vacation afterall. Resort offered 7 different pools to enjoy over the property, but no umbrellas available for respite from sun. Resort only had 1 restaurant and bar, completely on the opposite end of the resort where we frequented the pool. They frowned on bringing coolers to the pool even tho the products were purchased on location. We had our cooler searched more than once. Very limited beverage service unless the hike was made by individual. Service at bar restaurant was excellant quality of meals varied from meal to meal\ day to day. Dont know that I would stay there again.

nice hotel facilities and staff. thanks for your services

Very lush mature grounds with 7 well kept pools, almost private at times. Close ocean access.Palapas on the beach for relaxing! Excellent location, easy walk to delicious taquerias and shopping. Busses right out the gate to catch to Old Puerto Vallarta, Malecon, Bontanical Gardens and Marina! There is much to do, see, and eat in PV! Very friendly locals! We were in dry season which may have had effect on availability of shower water.

My wife and I arrived at the resort about 4 hours apart. When I arrived I had no problem checking in and told them when my wife would be arriving. When she got there she showed them the paper work for our reservation and told them I was there already. She said they questioned her and she felt like they treated her like a hooker coming in to the resort. She arrived about 1/2 hour early so I wasn't in the lobby to meet her. The room we were given was on the fourth floor, 50 steps to get to with the last 14 being a spiral staircase. When I told the restaurant staff our room number they looked at me like I was crazy. The room was large with a balcony with a pair of pidgeons building a nest above the door and pooping on the balcony daily. We were on the opposite end of the resort from the restaurant and elected to sit by that pool so we wouldn't have to walk back and forth if we wanted something. We were there for a week and only had someone check to see if wanted anything to drink or eat on two of the days we were there, 3 times one day and twice another day. We did have a nice view of the Fiesta Americana pool area and decided we would stay there the next time over Los Tulas.

the location was great, easy access to everything, restaurants, malls, supermarkets. Hop on the bus right in the front of the hotel to downtown and the pier. Short drive to the airport, the property itself was well maintained very tropical looking. The best of all, the beach is right behind the hotel, staff very friendly. My room was ok, clean. had a bit of a funny smell when you enter it, a not so fresh smell. The shower/tub area needed a face lift/renovation. Other than that, it was clean. The main thing for me the price was right, I only slept there, was out all day.

Our favorite place in PV. Some may be more upscale but this place has it all. Several pools, spacious well appointed rooms, great kitchen facilities nice living/dining room. Location is wonderful, midway between the Airport and down town. (15 minutes to either). Old palm plantation. Very quiet and relaxing. Slow check in and check out.
