It is listed as a luxury oceanfront condo. Some of the units in the building are, but this one is lacking. The master bedroom sink needs to be fixed so that it doesn’t splash when used. We only had sporadic hot water for 3 of the 5 weeks. That’s how long it took the owner to fix. Air conditioner quit during the last week. I sent a total of 50 plus texts and we had to be available at the unit for countless times for failed attempts to fix the water. It was unacceptable to not have hot water and when we inquired about a refund, he said that he reacted to all of our problems. The 5 weeks was frustrating and disappointing.
