Venga y hospédese en nuestro ático, dentro de una villa de 7 unidades cerrada, segura y con personal. Tenemos un conserje personal que habla inglés y que lo recogerá en el aeropuerto y le ofrecerá parar en el supermercado de regreso a casa por una tarifa de USD40. Tenemos 2 hermosas habitaciones grandes, con aire acondicionado y camas muy cómodas, con vista al mar y al atardecer desde cada habitación. Cada uno con armarios completos y vestidores. Cada habitación en los extremos opuestos de la unidad tiene su propio baño completo. Los baños incluyen secador de cabello y toallas, champú y acondicionador, pasta de dientes. Tenemos la más exclusiva bañera / ducha al aire libre con vista al mar y al atardecer. Amplia cocina moderna con nuevos fregaderos de ónix y encimeras de concreto recién vertido. La cocina incluye refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, estufa, horno, ollas y sartenes, horno tostador, licuadora, platos, cubiertos, manteles y servilletas. Bellamente decorada romántica sala de estar y comedor está lleno de obras de arte tradicional mexicana. El patio cubierto extra grande con vista completa al océano y a la puesta del sol está amueblado y decorado de manera elegante con atenuadores en el interior de linternas de vidrio adornadas, almohadas artesanales, 2 sombrillas para sombra, docenas de plantas tropicales en maceta y un ventilador exterior. Cuarto de lavado privado y ama de llaves está incluida 3 días por semana. Tenemos un exclusivo terapeuta de masaje en casa y una mesa de masaje, todo listo y listo para usted. Tenemos techos de vigas altas, vidrieras, puertas con adornos de madera tropical y ventanas que se pueden abrir para que toda la unidad se sienta al aire libre. Eric the property manager was great and was accessible and was always prompt to return text messages. You have all the amenities, but will it match your price? The condo itself was nice. The views were the best and the location was safe and wonderful. The price point does not match the condo value. The furniture, paint, and appliances need updating. One TV in the whole unit and the living room furniture is patio furniture. The curtains in the bedrooms are decorative and don’t block the sun in the morning, so you are up when the sun rises. (Bring an eye mask) If the price decreases or there are updates, we would consider staying again.

Fabulous Mexico Living

Clean, well tended to and lots of character. I stayed here with my family for 10 days and felt more than at home. It is located in an ideal location, away from all the hustle and bustle of town but a convenient 20 minute beach walk to shops and restaurants. We were close to the beach and had the luxury of a pool which virtually felt like it was entirely ours. Eric the property manager and Jenny the masseuse/housekeeper were more than accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Stunning views

We loved this condo! The very large and well appointed deck is where we spent at least 85% of our waking hours. The view is gorgeous - we saw whales, hummingbirds, pelicans, fishing boats, cruise ships, etc. throughout the week. The partially outdoor shower in the primary bedroom was beautiful! The home is well furnished and we felt very cared for by Eric, the manager - he was very attentive and helped us on several occasions, the hard working and kind maid, and we greatly enjoyed massages from Jenny (Eric helped make the arrangements). We will definitely consider staying at this home in Conchas Chinas again!

Five star ‘Home away from home’ in Conchas Chinas

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were ‘home away from home’. At heart, we are home bodies just wanting a break from winter. We loved this condo and so did family members who joined us for a few nights. Eric is an excellent property manager. We appreciated all Eric did for us. Irma kept our home clean. Suggestions for owner would be to update the TV & kitchenware. We loved the authentic Mexican vibe with artwork everywhere and the expansive deck with lots of plants. Feb.24-March 16,2024.

Gorgeous place

Loved our 10 day stay here. You hear the roar of ocean waves all day long. Sunset views. 2 restaurants are close by for meals out. Arturo drove me into town to the large grocery store upon our arrival and helped me find what I needed. Yenni was great coming by 3 times during our stay to clean up. She also does massages which we took advantage of. She’s a true professional. Manager was very easy to text with for our questions and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport. Super gorgeous property. Great layout. I recommend this rental and will return again.

The Perfect Slice of Paradise

We were on the fence about where we wanted to stay for our trip to Puerto Vallarta. Based on the views of the pictures of this property, we decided to take a risk and book it. This place DID NOT disappoint. The views from the pictures 100% match what you experience walking into the place. At first, we were nervous about the busy street, but once you get inside, all you hear is the waves of the ocean! For 100 pesos, you can take a cab into town, or for even less, you can take the bus (both are across easily accessible across the street). If you want to have an ocean view, but be minutes from the city, this is the spot for you! This place has great charm, but with all the modern amenities!

Great stay in Conchas Chinas

An absolutely beautiful condominium with amazing interior design with authentic Mexican charm. Two great separate bedrooms with private spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out nicely. A pleasure to cook in. The terrace and view are second to none. We swam at both the pool and in the ocean. The beach is a locals beach that we enjoyed. We never saw a single person at the pool. The three minute walk to the Oxxo is perfect for any thing you need. A five dollar taxi ride to town is quick and convenient. There is nothing this property lacks. We will definitely plan a return trip. Thanks to Pascal for sharing your home. Thanks Yenny, Eric and Neft for all you have done.

Perfect!

Our family of two adults and two children, ages 6 and 11, stayed for 8 nights at Los Siete Mares in Conchas Chinas in April 2023. The condo was beautiful and contained everything we needed and more during our stay. The large balcony with doors which open wide, lots of plants and the sound of the ocean help bring the outdoors into the condo. The children loved the floats that were provided for us to use in the pool which we had mostly to ourselves. It is a very short walk to a really nice beach but with strong waves it was not suitable for our youngest child to swim in, same as most of the beaches in Puerto Vallarta. There is a restaurant nearby looking out over the water which is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't feel like going into town. We used Uber lots to get into the Romantic Zone / Old Town - it was really convenient taking about 10 minutes. Eric, the property manager, was excellent at ensuring the check in/out process went smoothly. Would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Relaxing Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean and comfortable, and best of all the view from the huge plant filled balcony was amazing. We were able to spot whales from the balcony almost every day. The rental had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen had everything necessary for making meals. There were beach towels, chairs and an umbrella to enjoy the beach. Plus, Eric and Yenni were great to deal with. My wife really enjoyed Yenni's massage. We had the pool entirely to ourselves during our stay. The beach was accessed through a gate at the bottom of the condo complex then down cobblestone hill and a flight of steps. It's about 5 or 10 minute walk to the beach from the front door of the rental. The location is perfect. Located in a quiet low key area, that is only a 5 minutes drive to town - there is a taxi stand directly across the road from the rental. The restaurant at The Lindo Mar a few doors down the road has great food at great prices - we are there must nights. There is also an oxxo convenience store an easy walk away to grab some snacks. We would definitely stay here again, and can highly recommend.

Intrinsically Charming

If you are searching for somewhere to stay which speaks of vintage Mexico this is it. Casa Mar Caribe is located in the Conchas Chinas community just a 25 minute beach walk (or a $5 cab ride) from the bustling area of Zona Romantica. This is an artistic and older, although well kept 7 unit condominium building. It would work well for two couples as both bedrooms are separated by the living/kitchen area. There is a balcony door from each bedroom contiguously opening through the living area making the accommodation feel airy. Chances are you will spend most of your time outside just looking at the views, listening to the waves on the rocks below, resting and reading...we did! While not completely up-to-date, of modern decor or flashy this rental could satisfy your desire to feel what the older part of Puerto Vallarta is all about. That said-you can be busy as you want with all that is offered if you transport yourself to the malecon, streets, restaurants and activities of town. The cherry on top is the property manager, Eric who can assist and work out just about anything as well as being a great person. The angel of the rental is Jenny-this amazing lady not only cleans while you stay (she appears and disappears like a phantasma) but you can schedule an in-room massage with her that is up there with the best I have ever received-and I am a massage junkie. All in all we would return and that in itself is worth the stars for us!

Perfect vacation spot!

We absolutely loved it here. Eric was extremely easy to communicate with and helped us with several questions we had throughout the week including restaurant recommendations. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and the views were outstanding! It is location in a small apartment complex but we seemed to be the only ones there and the only ones ever in the pool. A great stay!

Authentic Mexico

Lovely penthouse with great patio (especially nice for an in home massage). The decorations were beautiful and the layout was excellent. We had the pool to ourselves the entire stay and enjoyed exploring the area. Just be aware that there are 38 steps from the ground floor to the unit and then an additional 25 steps to the pool. If you wanted to go to the beach from the pool you had to go down an additional 25 steps. It was a good workout but is worth knowing before you go.

The Apartment is very ZEN with AMAZING Artistry Even in the Stonework

My wife and I fully enjoyed this space which was very comfortable with awesome views in every room. The colors are outstanding, and I have never seen such magnificent stonework with special symbols and detail. The view of Banderas Bay is perfect and we spent hours just gazing, with Netflix & U Tube for evening entertainment as a bonus. Eric the driver was very helpful and even went to get a hard-to-find bottle of Grand Mariner for us There are a lot of steps down to & back up from the beach & sand was a little coarse for my old feet which is the reason for the 4.5 Rating.

The view is spectacular

Having been to PV many times in the past I was really looking forward to staying in this location and in particular this rental. It is rather pricey when compared to others. Be prepared for plenty of taxi rides. It’s the charm and added cost of staying deep in conchas chinas. There is an oxxo just a few minutes walk away. The most poorly stocked oxxo I have experienced. And I have been going on and off to PV for almost every year since the mid 1990’s. Be prepared for water issues. We were without for a couple days. However water was delivered to us so we could at least flush the toilets. Jenny always kept the place smelling fresh and clean in the allotted time she spent there. The condo has the most amazing view and so close to the water the sounds of the ocean crashing on shore always lulled us to sleep. It is spacious and comfortable and equipped with the basics. It definitely has seen better days though and you could tell the owners Pascal and his lovely wife are milking it for as much $ as they can. This is not a negative criticism just seemed to be the fact. As time passed I just noticed things that stood out. Dead and dying potted plants on the patios, wobbling ceiling fans, burnt out light bulbs…. Little things that added up. Something that may have been included in the price of this rental is perhaps a return airport transfer. Yes, when asked Eric did offer to pick us up one way for $45 US the equivalent of almost $1000 pesos. A cab ride, usually, will be less than half that. When we arrived Eric explained the washing machine had just broke and a new one would be delivered/installed within a week. We never did hear or see anything in the 18 days we were there. I suspect it had been broken for sometime. There is however a laundry room located several flights down and at the other end of the building, free of charge for guests to use. The shower in the master bedroom is charming but with little privacy. Since it’s time of construction the area is now dotted with newer buildings… the entire coast line is changing…and anyone of the several balconies and pool areas can see you in plane sight. Not for the bashful. There is a lovely shower in the second bedroom for those that enjoy more privacy. I’d replace the dead plant with one living. All in all it is a charming place with a breath taking view, is comfortable and clean. We always have a great time in PV and this time was no exception. Would I rent this place again. Definitely not!

Very Nice Condo

This Condo was very Nice. My only issue is the kitchen. If you are a cook, all the cooking utensils need upgraded(Pots/Pans/Knives/Cutting Boards/Cheese Grater/Etc). Refrigerator ice maker did not work. Kitchen stove needs a vent hood. It is a gass stove and heated up the Kitchen too much.....

Luxury Paradise

This property was amazing. Stunning views and easy access to the beach! The Playita restaurant was nice with another little beach. Phenomenal. Eric was amazing and helped with our luggage. He was a text away and extremely helpful. Los Sietes Mares son fabulosos.

A stunning property with beautiful views from the terrace located in an ideal area of Puerto Vallart

The terrace and view from this property are perfection! The home is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture and the pillow top king size bed is very nice. The pool level is very refreshing and private, while overlooking the ocean. Very easy walk to the nearby market, Conchas Chinas beach and oceanside restaurant , La Playita at the Lindomar Resort. The home does face West and there will be blazing sun in the afternoon, but the beautiful sunsets are worth every moment.

Wow! Better than the photos!

This property is simply beautiful. My first impression was that the apartment was much larger than I imagined from the photos. Previous reviews that described how helpful the managers are were no exaggeration. Neft was there to greet me and was available to answer any questions I had throughout the week. The food at the restaurants next door and down town was amazing. I did walk to town most days - a 1 mile walk, which was is lovely on the stone roads. I had the pool and entire complex to myself with a few avian and reptilian friends. The evenings were filled with the sound of frogs and a house gecko chirping.. The outdoor shower alone was reason why I chose this place but everything was perfect. The king bed in the master is extremely comfortable. I have read the PV isn't the most quiet place and it was generally quiet here. There was a wedding one evening and you do hear people below and in the street but it was never overwhelming - merely the sounds of happy families blending with the ocean waves. The place is fully equipped with beach equipment and even a yoga mat. The kitchen was stocked with. basic condiments and coffee. I travelled alone and felt very safe the entire time.The whole process from booking to arrival and departure was easy breezy and I am so glad I chose to stay her for my first visit to PV. Thank you!!!

A bit of Puerto Vallarta Magic

Stop! You`ve found your little piece of Puerto Vallarta Magic. Now, if you`re looking for modern, clean lines and lots of glass maybe this condo isn`t your idea of P.V. Magic. But if you`re looking for older, more traditional Mexico charm with dark heavy wood, rooms that explode with color, beautiful stained glass, tile floors, art, pottery, an amazing outdoor shower and one of the best terraces in P.V., you will have indeed found your Magical spot. The second you step though the front door you are greeted with a gorgeous view of Banderas Bay. It is so gorgeous that you will be pulled right out onto the large and comfortable terrace. Once back inside you are greeted with a large, tiled, open floor plan - dining room, kitchen and a large living room filled with large pieces of Mexican art. Both bedrooms, with their own en-suite bathrooms, are large and inviting with their own patios for that quiet time with a good book, morning coffee or evening wine. The outdoor shower of one bedroom is what dreams are made of: open air with the warm ocean breeze and brown pelicans flying by to greet you in the morning. Did I mention the terrace? This is where you will spend most of your time - large, magical and the perfect place to watch the action of Banderas Bay. Forget finding a restaurant or bar with a great view. You have it right outside your door to enjoy all day long. We ate very few meals at restaurants because we enjoyed the view from our terrace so much. Want to swim? There is a pool on the property and I`ve usually been the only person using the pool area. Want to walk the beach in the early morning or jump the waves in the afternoon? Conchas Chinas beach, one of the best beaches in P.V., is 80 steps from the property. We've stayed twice now at this property and had a minor problem. Eric, the property manager, was on it and had the situation taken care of promptly. Yanni the housekeeper is warm, friendly and does a great job cleaning the condo. She also provides massage service out on the terrace or inside if you wish. What a great way to spend your vacation: getting a massage and listening to the ocean in the background. I`m looking forward to my next visit in early 2022. They say that our lives flash before our eyes just before we pass away. Make sure that you are watching a good movie when your day comes. Make sure there`s an scene that includes Casa Caribe at Los Sietes Mares.
