An amazing friendly stuff. I endorse all the wonderful workers. Daniel at the pool bar is the best. Thank you all. The only bad thing happened to me that fellow vacationers stole my beach sandals. Not a big loss, I will get the new one. Watch your things at the pool since Americans can steal. Thank you Hilton and we will definitely be back,

The property was spectacular! The multiple restaurants were amazing! Everyone we came in contact with was phenomenal! They were extremely friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. Our room was wonderful and the ocean view balcony was perfect. The nightly entertainment was great and the variety was excellent. I highly recommend this property and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future!

Food was not good in Buffett and Restaurants! Only Italian Restaurant was good! Expected more from Hilton hotel! TV was not working and called front desk and informed them and nobody came to fix it! Water and drink was supposed to replace daily in the Refrigerator, but did not and had to go to lobby get water! Swimming pools were clean, room was clean. Friendly staff and front desk!

Staff needs better training, upgraded to the Enclave governors suite but wasn’t informed with all the amenities that’s included. Some staff Was not happy working and it showed with their attitude.

I recently stayed at the Hilton resort in Puerto Vallarta, but it didn’t quite feel like a traditional resort. The hotel is built on a hill, and due to limited space, it lacks the expansive resort gardens that many other hotels in the area offer. This was something I noticed right away and felt was missing from the overall experience. Room & Cleanliness: The room service was good, and I appreciated that the floors were not carpeted. The bathroom, covered in marble, was an elegant touch, but I noticed stains in some areas of the shower, sink, and toilet. This is something housekeeping should pay closer attention to, as regular deep cleaning would help maintain the luxury feel. Hotel & Atmosphere: The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a good neighborhood, and attracts a high-end clientele. However, we were there for a family reunion, and dining together was a constant struggle. Despite our requests, the restaurant hostess repeatedly insisted on seating us at separate tables, even though we wanted to sit together for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This was frustrating and made our gathering more difficult than it should have been. Overall Recommendation: If you’re planning a family reunion, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the dining arrangements. However, for couples looking to relax by the pool with good service, it’s a nice choice.

Hilton Riviera Vallarta was absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views of the entire bay. The service was excellent. Room service was very convenient and prompt. The margaritas were fantastic. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was at excellent location facing the bay with a nice swimming pool. We were able to see whales from our room almost everyday . It offered excellent lunch/ dinner options as all inclusive.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of four. All of the restaurants were great, especially the Steak and Asian restaurant. The buffet had great options for breakfast as well and the two taco trucks by the beach had excellent food with burgers, fresh fruit, guacamole and chips. Cocomar was also fantastic for lunch with fresh tacos and seafood ceviches. Our room was decent and clean and had a good view with lots of whale watching. My youngest daughter did the crafts everyday and the staff Hugo, Maxmillian and Layla were great and they came up with some unique crafts that came home with us as souvenirs. The beach was beautiful with it being coved so the waters were safe and tame. The only thing I would say is that the sun didn't come to the beach and pool area until about noon - 1 pm so if you wanted full sun everyday you wouldn't get it. This may have just been the time of year we went though as well. Overall it was more than what we expected.
