We vacation at least 3 times a year and this was by far the best we ever had. I wanted to stay there and not ever come back. Everyone is so nice, cheerful, and helpful.

Lots of noise construction and food was very very bad

The property is well maintained, super clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The property is beautiful, they are expanding so there was construction by the area (5). See view was more like 15% view and test was Palms and trees and construction. Service and cleanness was excellent from room service, night cleaning crew, and the staff. My only complaint was at check out. I was promised a 50 spa credit and 15% off my bill. The reality was that they only honor 15%. I wasted 2 hours of my day with their sales people trying to sell me a time share. Don’t waste your time, get their promises in writing... they won’t honor any discounts. Food was amazing, view by the pool and beach was great. Place is far enough from the busy downtown and close enough to get around easily. Again, for the price we paid I expected better view.

THis is a beautiful resort with exceptional food at most of the restuarants. You must make a reservation to dine though and if it is crowded than there is no other choice on the property to dine. There is a major contruction project going on for the next few years. The construction noise is constant during the day at the upper pool. The best place to be is down at the lower pool and at the beach where is is quiter. We stayed at tower 4 and found the views spectatular but the road below and construction noise was a major drawback.

Beautiful property! Staff was excellent and made our stay one of the best vacations we have ever had! Will be coming back next year for sure!!

We love this place and will return! A lovely experience in a beautiful place with an exceptional staff. Only downside was repeatedly being hustled to attend a time-share pitch in exchange for a "discount card." My suggestion to the management is ask once, take no for an answer, then leave me alone :) - otherwise, fabulous...

I purchased a bigger Panoramic JR suite on one of the towers and was given a small room by the beach for the first two days. When I told them what I had purchased for my family,They said those rooms were primarily for members first and to check with them later. I got the panoramic room after I attended a presentation.

Friendliness of staff, room cleanliness was outdtanding. Every breakfast was delicious, fresh and view of the restaurants is remarkable. Excellent choice!

Beautiful views, excellent hotel, dining and staff

Very lovely. Stayed in a 2 bedroom. Brought a baby and there was a confusion between crib vs pack n play. They don’t have cribs but a pack n play without a mattress. There was some construction on our floor so the baby had a tough time sleeping. The service was great except for our experience at Hiroshi. We were paying customers did not do all inclusive but the server never checked in on us and knocked over our sushi but never apologized or replaced it that was a little disappointing. This was our second time at the property.

Exceeded our expectation from an all inclusive resort!!!

Resort was very clean and kept up. A couple of issues also came up. Scheduled airport transportation with resort and resort didn’t follow up with transportation agency about time of pick up causing me to be late to airport. In addition pool service was fair to poor as waiter failed to follow up on us leaving us to track down our waiter for service.

I would gladly return to Garza Blanca! Though we typically prefer resorts for 18+ we were pleasantly surprised to see that there weren't many children/teenagers here in early March. The food was excellent -- there's a fantastic room menu selection that goes far beyond the typical pizza, burger, and fried food. There are several evening dining options to explore. Opt for a seated breakfast and order off the menu (instead of going to the buffet) -- the Mexican dishes are absolutely delicious. Be sure to take the time to wander the resort's grounds and don't just take the shuttles everywhere. Take advantage of the resort's free activities like the hike to the waterfall and kayaking. The sunsets we saw from our balcony were some of the most stunning visual displays I've ever seen, even compared to Hawaii!

Beautiful Resort, Wonderful food there (but don't forget to check out the local restaurants as well) Cab ride short distance and not over priced. Staff is so friendly and helpful. No speak Spanish - no problem. Room was beautiful - beautiful decor. Spa available at hotel at the top of the mountain - excellent service there. There is a main lobby area at the ocean level where anyone can enjoy that area as well as a pool and if you stay in one of the towers there is a pool on that level as well. And trollies run every 15 minutes or so to take you up and down the mountain. We had a couple of issues that the staff took care of immediately.

Staff was wonderful, highly professional and incredibly courteous and hospitable. Sales people placed lots of pressure on us into buying a time-share similar type of package costing more than $55,500 with an annual $637 maintenance plan. This was very unpleasant and stressful and we had to lie for them to leave us alone. Lots of flies in main dining room as doors are open everywhere and got sick to my stomach after 20 hours stay. Food was very good though and wait-staff excellent and accommodating. Room rate is on the high side but were expected to pay extra daily fee for WiFi per each device.
