The setting is so beautiful, the facilities are truly fantastic, luxurious, comfortable... and the staff is truly great

This hotel is in an incredible location and the views are spectacular. It is very accessible to downtown and close proximity to Boca makes it easy to shoot out to Yelapa for a day. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but the level of management and organization didn't feel up to par with a typical 5 star hotel. Our room wasn't ready until around 6 and they had rushed to make it ready, as we were waiting, so a lot of cleaning items were overlooked. Our jacuzzi was broken and it took about a day to get moved to a room with a working one. The room service took around 90-100 minutes for orders as simple as pancakes and a breakfast burrito and items were mixed up or missing. The front desk never answered the phone, which would route you to premium service, who always answered but would just reroute back to a front desk that wouldn't answer (not super helpful). Overall we had an amazing vacation and I would stay at the hotel again, but I do think there were several areas (mainly in organization and management) that they should work on.

Resort was phenomenal. Staff was fantastic. Room views are breath taking. Food was great as well. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a brief but wonderful stay at Garza Blanca! the room was beautiful and the staff were impressively attentive. I would defiantly consider visiting again in the future.

We enjoyed a week long stay at Garza Blanca and enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is welcoming and works hard to make sure your stay is perfect. Our room was a Junior suite in the fifth building. We had a high floor and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The room itself was large, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Despite being away from the main lobby and beach area, we did not feel that this detracted from the room. We never waited longer than 10 minutes for a trolly to pick us up. The pools and hot tubs were also spotless and very enjoyable. The service at the main lobby pool area was great and we never had trouble getting a drink or food. The food from the pool area was delicious and we enjoyed having lunch there. We did spend some time at the upper pool (near building 4 and 5), but the service there was slow and we had a difficult time getting drinks. The restaurants were impeccable. We never had any trouble getting reservations and enjoyed eating outside watching the sunsets. All of the restaurants were equally excellent and we enjoyed the food and drinks at all of them. Our only dislike was the breakfast buffet at Blanca Blue in the mornings. The food was cold and not up to the standards we expected from dinner. However, breakfast from room service or the steakhouse was excellent so we just ate that instead. The beach is small, but sandy and kept clean and we were able to enjoy swimming in the ocean.

The resort property was beautiful, climbing up the mountainside over Banderas Bay. The trolley made access up and down easy and timely. There were several excellent restaurants on the property offering widely varying menus. There was beautiful rooftop bar with an additional pool as well as a spa and a modern fitness room also overlooking the bay. There were large pools on the upper and lower levels of the property, as well as an ocean beach that also had kayakes and paddleboards. The staff was unfailingly pleasant and helpful and the whole stay was a wonderful experience.

Great hotel, we were upgraded to a higher level room free of charge that included free breakfast, and 25 USD per day for food/spa. We are glad we didn't do all inclusive because we weren't impressed with all of the food and ventured out to downtown to get better eats. Bus stop of right outside the hotel to downtown was completely safe. They did pressure us to do a timeshare meeting that was suppose to last 90 minutes but it went well over 2 hours. The trollys come pretty often and was never a issue for us.

Awesome views, excellent staff and service, great food and drinks. Beach is a bit small and all the local paddlers on the beach were annoying. But, we loved our time their as we celebrated 25 years of marriage. We're going back!

We had a one bedroom oceanfront suite and loved it. Stunning grounds and accommodations. Quiet and clean, with very welcoming staff. We went all-inclusive and probably won't next time. Two of the three restaurants were excellent but we didn't eat or drink enough of what fell under that plan to justify the cost.

Best location and best hotle/staff. The best view and service. Best security.

Beautiful hotel, went on off season quite for those who like peace and quiet with no crowds to worry about. It's fantastic. Definitely for any couple or family to visit.

We loved our stay at Garza Blanca. The property is beautiful and staff very friendly. I would recommend you make sure which tower you will stay. There are several buildings and some are not on the beach side. If you stay in the mountain side, you will need to get a hotel trolley that can take 15 minutes of wait time to go to the beach side.

The hotel is just BEAUTIFUL and the service is one of the best i've even experienced! Very clean and confortable room with a breathtaking view. Quit and relaxing atmosphere at the pools and at the beach, and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is diverse and the food is fresh and tastes good. Overall unforgatable vacation and very recommended for a honeymoon! I absolutely loved it.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff. Check in was quick and we took advantage of the all inclusive right away. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Our room was on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the ocean & resort. We were there in their off season which was hot & humid but, our stay was perfect with low crowds and for what we paid it was great. Overall we were impressed for our first time in Puerto Vallarta.

I was very very pleased with the hotel and the accommodations. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Liked the hotel. Needed to take a team up to our room which was a little pain. Room was huge. The resorts needs night time entertainment such as live music, a bar, etc. also would like to be able to rent movies on TV in our room. Very few English tv stations. Did not like the concierge always trying to sell us the "time share" talk. Even when I told them up front we were not interested, they would start off by saying it's not a time share...

Almost 3000 square feet of awesomeness. Shuttle to beach is ok but the nature walk is better. Staff almost too friendly. Just perfect except too many local vendors on beach, either buy something or pay them to leave you alone.

The place is beautiful and will go back again. Trying to sell me something sucked.

This was the most beautiful place that I have ever stayed. The food was amazing. The rooms were clean and it was romantic, fun and close to local markets, etc. I would like to see free WiFi but no big deal. The beach is very small but the pool and resort are so amazing and with the tropical forest and mountains behind you with ocean view room, not complaining.

Overall, it was a great choice. We are not great fans of all inclusive, so ordering from the menu worked out well for us. Graza Blanca has got some really nice restaurants, specially Boccados. Nice food and ambience. Beach was perfect for the number of guests that visit the resort, small private beach with lots of activities.
