Although the check in process left me waiting for hours everyone at the resort was top notch. The service, the food and the drinks were excellent. I got to stay at both Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai. I prefer the vibe of Mousai better and the lack of young kids and babes helped. That rooftop pool on the south tower has my heart and soul.

Nothing but perfect luxury and relaxation! You can see the attention to detail that they take to keep everything beautiful and lush. Everything was so clean and pristine. Actual paradise!

The food was outstanding and far exceeded expectations for an all inclusive resort. The restaurants were the kind of quality we would frequent on a regular basis if they were in town with the exception of the rooftop restaurant at Hotel Mousai which had a very limited menu and was just ok. The Japanese restaurant at Mousai was out favorite and we ate there two of the four nights. Our 2br panoramic suite was decorated like a million dollar home and the housekeeping staff kept it spotless. The quality of the alcohol served was great (Padron. Gray Goose, Makers Mark). Our Covid test was super easy but had a little trouble getting the results but issue was resolved. The shuttle to the main building was great but the walk was super easy so when we come back we will stay up the hill again. We were already discussing our return before we left so we won’t stay in another all inclusive resort in PV. Garza Blanca is the BEST!

This hotel takes ZERO precautions to keep their guests safe, DO NOT stay here! We went around Thanksgiving and it was like there was no global pandemic here. Guests are not required to wear masks anywhere and most staff were either not in masks at all or half masking. Nothing was sanitized or socially distanced, they had buffets and indoor dining and we didn't see a single table or chair wiped down after use. Pool chaises were crowded together and hand sanitizer was barely available and you had to go up to a service desk with half masked staffers to use it. Contactless check in and check out do not exist, in fact, you have to deal with about 7 people when you arrive before getting to your room, mostly because they try to upsell you on timeshare programs. We brought all of this up to management and they did not care.

The property is beautiful and so are the rooms. The food and service is top notch. Definitely recommend!

We vacation at least 3 times a year and this was by far the best we ever had. I wanted to stay there and not ever come back. Everyone is so nice, cheerful, and helpful.

Lots of noise construction and food was very very bad

The property is well maintained, super clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The property is beautiful, they are expanding so there was construction by the area (5). See view was more like 15% view and test was Palms and trees and construction. Service and cleanness was excellent from room service, night cleaning crew, and the staff. My only complaint was at check out. I was promised a 50 spa credit and 15% off my bill. The reality was that they only honor 15%. I wasted 2 hours of my day with their sales people trying to sell me a time share. Don’t waste your time, get their promises in writing... they won’t honor any discounts. Food was amazing, view by the pool and beach was great. Place is far enough from the busy downtown and close enough to get around easily. Again, for the price we paid I expected better view.

THis is a beautiful resort with exceptional food at most of the restuarants. You must make a reservation to dine though and if it is crowded than there is no other choice on the property to dine. There is a major contruction project going on for the next few years. The construction noise is constant during the day at the upper pool. The best place to be is down at the lower pool and at the beach where is is quiter. We stayed at tower 4 and found the views spectatular but the road below and construction noise was a major drawback.

Beautiful property! Staff was excellent and made our stay one of the best vacations we have ever had! Will be coming back next year for sure!!
