Have very mixed feelings. Physically, the hotel & facilities are gorgeous! We voiced several complaints relative to extremely noisy neighbors, presumably owners. We were glad handed by general manager and general sales mgr, with no action or satisfaction likely because owners/elite members are permitted to run a muck. Other complaint was due to on site wedding where resort guests were removed abruptly and without notice from a pool for wedding day setup. A simple advance notice would have been welcomed.

First, let me state I travel to Mexico several times a month for business. Second, it pains me to write a somewhat negative review in light of the great efforts and courtesy of all waiters and service personal (in particular kudos to Ruben at Bianca Blue restaurant for his follow up on a criticism). I blame squarely management for all the shortcomings. What disappoints: 1- Room locations: we splurged on a "panoramic" room "within a 5 minute walk of the beach". What the website description omits to state is that the rooms in that building are on the other side of the coastal road, away from the sounds of the sea (all you hear is the humming of AC units and trucks passing by), and that you need to take a bus (which comes precisely every 15 minutes) if you want to avoid hiking a steep hill with many steps. 2- Beach: the beach very tiny (artificial as the surrounding are rocks), and 1/3 of it is reserved for an absent "elite group". 3- Food: the food is good, not great. When you claim a chef having training with Adrian Feria (El Buli) and jose Andres, you expect more. In particular, more local options would be great (as in, fresh fish, not frozen salmon or tuna..). 4- Sport facilities: I schlepped my tennis gear to find a court in complete disrepair, without a net. 5- All inclusive: you need to sign receipts for everything you consume, which defeats the point of all inclusive. What was good? : 1-rooms are spacious, super clean, well attended. 2- pools are beautiful

Just breathtaking ... the spa was amazing! Will be back soon. The people are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed.

This is our 3rd stay at an all-inclusive in Puerto Vallarta, but first time to Garza Blanca. Room in tower 4 was clean, spacious and amazing views. we had great service at all of the restaurants and the pool/beach areas. Very attentive housekeeping staff - came 1x per day and also again in evening for turn-down service to replenish towels, coffee, etc. The grounds are beautiful, with amazing views of gulf and mountains. All around it was a great family experience!

Everything about this place was amazing. The rooms were unreal, pools amazing and food spectacular. Weather was absolutely perfect and not a single mosquito seen. Only thing was the waiters by the pool seem to get less attentive each day you're there, even with tipping on top of all inclusive. Even so, still awesome place for a relaxing peaceful vacation.
