Stuff is very lazy, most of them don't speak English, hotel is very dirty and rooms smells bad, 4 days in the raw was calling front desk to clean my room they just come to take the tips that you left for them and nobody clean anything, food are terrible, it took them 1.5h to bring my luggage from front desk to the room, when I spend less then 5 min walk, music is playing till 1am defenetli not kids friendly resort,

The resort and how it looks outside of the sleeping areas were well kept. The food was less than ok, I would say just forget about the other restaurants and just go to the buffet. Me and other people that I went with had some stomach issues the next day from one of their restaurants. Most of the staff in the restaurants doesn't really give two cents about showing how rude they can be. The rooms had several bugs in it that they had to schedule "fumigation" for the rooms. Overall I would say if you have other choices I would recommend to go with the other hotel and not this one.
Outstanding stay - our butler, Ramiro, was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Leandro, the bartender in the club swim up pool bar, was outstanding. Such incredibly great customer service and gorgeous resort overall.
The property was a decent mid range resort but the service in the restaurants and bars was poor.
They lost our luggage on the first afternoon in the hotel, Day 2 there was no hot water for several hours, day 3 contracted a food poisoning from the hotel food. The staff was rude and not nearly enough of them . The outside bars had one bartender for 100 people. The seafood buffet was inedible. I could go on and on but why. Just go to Mexico. The best meal we had was at the Taco Bell in the airport when we left.

This is a family oriented resort. The staff is afable and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and always clean. Everyone tries their best to provide guests with the ultimate experience.
This resort was amazing. We had a room right off the pool. All of the staff was AMAZING! They literally catered to us … Alfredo was amazing with our check in, Carlos assisted us with our very minor room issue, Junior the pool bartender was really cool, our servers Jonathan and Marielena were beyond awesome. Everyone was phenomenal in making sure we were ok. We are literally already planning our trip back!! I would absolutely recommend to everyone, adults and children.
The first time We went we had a great experience but this time it was awful, less staff, rooms smelled, they went from known brand’s to no name brand’s at the bar, the food also had no flavor. We were told Employees are required to get 30 reviews a day, if not firee!!! No wonder good reviews… What?!! They seemed to have a logistical issue with food and drinks. A/C issues in the restaurants. Basically seems like they had a change in upper management who is trying to save a buck here and there making it it an awful experience for repeat guests
Our trip was fantastic! The majestic colonial was a super clean hotel even in common areas outside our room. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful, and the entertainment team is really good. The drinks were delicious and the views absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about our stay and definitely recommend!
