We had an amazing experience at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort was well maintained, with relaxing pool and beach areas and fun daily activities. Overall, a stress-free and enjoyable stay—we would definitely return and recommend it to others

The staff were friendly however, there were very few that could speak English. While I understand I was in their country majority of the guests are visiting from other countries and will not speak Spanish. The rooms need to be upgraded, the entire place really….it was very beautiful but there were a ton of broken things. The elevators stayed broken daily, there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom, a moldy smell in the room and everywhere you look you notice little cracks or patches where they plastered over. Upon arrival we did not get a tour so a lot of the amenities we knew nothing about until one of the ladies we met showed us who did get a tour. The food for the first 3 out of 4 days was stale. I literally didn’t enjoy the food until the last day. I had dirty dishes in my room when time to have a cup of tea the cups were dirty. Maintenance had to come clean so much dirt and trash out of the air vent and change the sheets from all the dirt that fell on the bed. We were refused service at a restaurant due to my sisters tube top and pants even though we saw other people dining with string bikini on or dresses that only had a string around the neck and everything else was exposed though she was fully covered. Needless to say I travel out the country 4-5 times a year. I have been to Paris, Scotland, Iceland, Africa, Brussels, London, Panama, St Thomas and many other places this is the first time I have written a negative review. As I said initially most of the staff was

Great food, beautiful resort, plenty of options, staff was friendly, especially a young man by the name of jesus who worked at the breakfast restaurant and steak house. He made me and my wifes stay feel so much better. Plenty of staff always out keeping the place clean and maintained. Staff was always very energetic and engaging. Only negative i can think of is as the place gets older and repairs are required some of the repairs look cheaply done/not professional which takes away from the overall beauty of the rooms.

Hotel needs some renovations, room was huge, but bathroom was too small. Hotel is focused in adult entertainment, not too many activities programmed. Not allow to use other Majestic hotels facilities which are adjacent one to another. Beach was ruff, huge waves in the shore. Food was outstanding.
