We had a great stay! Outdoor area was very clean and beautiful, a lot of fun activities, hardworking staff. Very big pool. You could easily find a place which is quiet and kind of semi private area there. Big and clean beach. With a lot of chairs. You could find chair and umbrella at any time of the day. Our room got cleaned 2 times a day, I very spacious room, washroom needs some renovations, but it was not a big deal. We went with friends ( a group of 15, with kids) we all had great time.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated but v clean and the entertainment was very good. There was a variety of things to do different nights like the live painting and dancing as well as the shows in the theatre we’re all very lively and well performed. We really enjoyed our time! Highly recommend

The resort ok , there not alot for kids to do or eat, room are ok, pool area nice, beaches nice, staff friendly, you can only eat at specific times resort has area open , normally in other resorts and island , there are small stations that open for picky food if you did not want to eat on the dinning schedule. Hotel needs some upgrades and repairs

We loved our stay at the Majestic Colonial All inclusive Resort. We stayed for one week in a garden facing Club room on the second floor. We had a beautiful view of the gardens, beach and sunsets from our balcony. The Club rooms are a bit more costly but worth it for us. We had a butler, his name was Anderson. He made sure we were enjoying our time and helped with any questions. The room and all the resort was well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were so nice and always ready to help when we asked. The Club rooms include a few perks, one is a snack bar in the club office area. It offers all sorts of yummy foods and is very well maintained from morning to evening by the staff. The beach area was also well maintained. We used the Club pools most of the time. They are narrow and long, with a wet bar at one end. They had lots of lounges and canopied cabanas to use. All the pools were a comfortable temp. The property has several restaurants to choose from. Two of them require reservations for dinner. Just so it is clear, All inclusive means the food is included, along with the drinks. That said, when you go to the restaurant you can order what you want from the menu. I usually ordered two appetizers and entrees because I wanted to try some different foods while I was there. We tipped the wait staff a dollar or two for meal service. There is a less expensive gift shop off the property. It is a 5-10 min free shuttle ride from the resort.

Staff was great beach was absolutely beautiful clear warm ocean and nice pools the only thing is the food was good at the restaurants but the buffet was hit or miss but you can always go get something else because there are so many options i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax. And I felt extremely safe.
