They have a butler service that was unique for us. They assigned a person to us so we can contact that person for anything we needed and it worked beautifully. The amenities were great and the service personnel went out of their ways to make us feel like royals. The only thing they need to do is to clean the beach from algaes. That will make it perfect.

I enjoyed that we were able to walk to and enjoy all the amenities all the Majestic resorts. It allowed us to explore different areas and amenities at different resorts within the Majestic Umbrella. The staff was friendly and attended to us as family. Our room was cleaned and maintained daily as well as stocked. We had a staff member by the name of Olbis that went over and beyond caring for us throughout our stay. He consistently checked on us daily to ensure we were comfortable and to take care of any needs we may have had. We were pleased with our stay and the facility. Their greatest assets are thier personel.

WiFi everywhere like I was at home

We had a vacation of a lifetime. The resort, beach, rooms were beautiful and clean. The entertainment was very good as well. The staff was amazing and always attentive to our every request and anticipating exactly what we might want next. But mostly the staff were all so happy and you could just tell they desired to make sure we were having a great time. I don’t think it could have been any better. The food was great and we are very picky. Diego was any amazing butler and always smiling and there to bring joy with his positive attitude. We can’t wait to go back.

The staff was excellent, always had a smiling face and said something when walking by! The beach was amazing and the grounds were spectacular. I had a swim up room and would not do that again, as my room was full of mosquitoes and I got eaten alive - then had some sort of reaction. The food was decent, the steakhouse and Japanese restaurants were the best. Edwin at the buffet, Juan Bernardo at the pool and the entertainment staff Luis and Manuel were amazing!!

We stayed 6 nights at the mirage. It was amazing. It really exceeded our expectations. We’ve traveled to many countries and hotels but let me tell you, this was by far one of the cleanest. The rooms are huge. The jacuzzi on the second level (kind of a duplex) was amazing especially if you like privacy. Food was ok but too many choices. What really made our dinning experience special is the wonderful people who work at restaurants such as waiters, hostesses and so on. I will never forget how welcoming, nice and always with a smile and a good attitude. There are too many to name but these are the names I remember: Margaritta from the coffee shop. Judit at the bar. Elvis, Rafael and Carlos at the pool. Super Dario,Gerlin and Luis Ciriaco at the breakfast restaurant. The ladies who cleaned our room and without forgetting Francisco our butler who made sure our stay was smooth and that we were happy and we had everything we needed. We also paid for 2 excursions and it was worth it. I’m a happy customer and will surely go back. The only thing I’m not really happy about is that I paid orbitz an ocean view room but Orbitz took the money and mentioned regular room. My fault is that I didn’t check the confirmation and was disappointed at arrival. Orbitz, not sure about using you again. Hanane

At first I was a bit hesitant due to the Corona Virus and possible Resort limitations. However The Majestic Punta Cana was able to pull off an incredible, spectacular excellent stay despite the epidemic. The food was Excellent (Best from all my Stays across the world), The staff was Excellent - Particularly our Mayordomo (Hotel Stewart). He made sure to go the extra mile with everything. Yes everything. The room was spectacular and the beach was amazing. Booking my next trip in spring break NOW!! Go to the Dominican Republic and Stay at the Majestic Punta Cana. Thanks again to the management team, staff and DR.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! We throughly enjoyed the pool and beach, but for us, the food was just okay.

We truly enjoyed our vacation at the Mirage with our three teenage children. We were booked to stay at Majestic Colonial but due to COVID it is closed and all Majestic guests get moved up to Mirage. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied, though there was a limited amount of seating at the beach/pools for kids. The food was good and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room initially had a musty smell, but when we mentioned it, they took care of the problem right away by bringing in dehumidifiers and aroma therapy candles each night. We would definitely come back to Majestic Mirage again for a family vacation.

The hotel tries to squeeze you for every dollar you have. The taxis are triple the price of what Uber says. I ask if I could pay with a credit card and they said no. However, there is that option if you go to the tour agency int he hotel. They just want to benefit the taxi drivers. I tried using Uber, which is available and when i was going to get in the Uber, 4 man approached me and threaten me that if I take it I will be in trouble. Then they called other people with guns. I told the hotel, but they did nothing about it and just told me to file a report. Also, there is little or no social distancing. I am surprised they don't have COVID cases. The food is poor and the only good restaurant is the Japanese one. Don't recommend it, if you want to go to the beach and a resort go to Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas, or Belize. Do not go to Punta Cana unless you want to be seen as a dollar sign.
