Nice grounds, buildings holding on by a thread, cracks and leaks. Bottom shelf booze if that. Most staff is very very nice and friendly, bar tenders ignore you if you don’t have tip. Food in the buffet was sub par, upgrade to preferred to eat at oceana and get bettered booze in the preferred lounge. Everything on the grounds closes at 11pm other than the night club. Food service seemed to be leftovers from the buffet if you can get them to deliver. Lots of sea weed on the beach making it unusable even with the barriers in the water and then using a front loader in the morning to clear the beach. Had a blast in the DR but would choose a different property next go around.

They had two employees that standout out of all. Josefina the bartender and Francis at the beach restaurant really set a high standard of customer service. This employees are standard barrier and should be consider for management positions.

It was a very beautiful property with lots of greenery. The staff was friendly and welcoming! The pool throughout the property was fun to float in! Entertainment at Barracuda area and main stage area were excellent! We are not picky eaters, so found something each day we liked.

The room service staff were not attentive, all other staff were amazing and friendly. The property was beautiful.

The property was very clean but it needs to be updated the rooms are very old the pool was full of cracks and they had no Jacuzzi outside I would never pick this hotel again and I let the staff know that.

The property landscaping was beautiful and it was very clean. Lots of palapa space by pool and by beach. This place was probably amazing 20 yrs ago but it is so run down now. Our room had broken tiles and non stop issues with toilet. Our room had bug infestation so they changed us to a suite.

Amazing resort, super friendly and helpful and ridiclously attentive. i dont think anyone said no to anything we asked for. Even the busiest staff member will drop everything to help you out. They are so nice and go far beyond the job make sure are happy - take tip cash!! They deserve it!!

The property is dirty not cleaned. I booked 3 room all 3 room had black mold in the bathrooms . 2 out of 3 rooms had blood on the sheets and pillows . 1 room the sheets had black mold and the comforter. Walking up the stairs to our rooms there was poo smeared on the floors. Walking around the property it has not been taken care of dirty all over . They list all these restaurants but only have 1 restaurant open . They say we got there we were looking for somewhere to eat could not find anything everyone kept telling us go her go there but restaurant were closed. When another employee told us to go by the beach to barefoot grill. Well my family order hamburgers everyone who ate the hamburger got food poisoning. The pool area was dirty with drink cups everywhere even after the pool closed no employees anywhere. We called front desk to complain about the bedding he told us nothing he can do he was the only one there. We never got clean bedding we asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no supervisor for 2 to 3 days. This resort is suppose to be unlimited luxury no way run done and dirty no golf cart or train to take you around the resort it’s bigs at night it’s not even lit up so dark trash and broken glass on the walking area . Beach area was so full of seaweed not even cleaned .

Property is beautiful. The rooms are dated and the wifi not so good. The food could be better, was disappointed in the food. If updates are made and the menu addressed it would be a top notch getaway.

We stayed for 7 days. Check in was a breeze but I booked 2 family rooms and they had us in different buildings. Not even next to each other. Bell boys was amazing. They had our luggages to our room within 5 minutes. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room every day. All the bartenders was excellent. The drinks was made as we requested it. We enjoyed our time by the pool. And there was always someone there to take our drinks order. All the staff says hello when you walk by them. But the beach was full of seaweed so we didn’t spend anytime there. We booked an excursion through seapro I believe? Someone that walked around on the resort and he was great. My only complaint was there was a group of 16 of us with 5 rooms. The wait time for dinner was ridiculous. We waited over 2 hrs to eat and not to mention the food was blah and didn’t fit the description. The only good restaurant was Portofino. After the 3rd night of having to wait 2 hrs to eat, we decided to complain. And Luigi and Manuel was great. The only place that didn’t have a wait was the buffet but we didn’t want to eat at the buffet every night either.
