Amazing resort, super friendly and helpful and ridiclously attentive. i dont think anyone said no to anything we asked for. Even the busiest staff member will drop everything to help you out. They are so nice and go far beyond the job make sure are happy - take tip cash!! They deserve it!!

The property is dirty not cleaned. I booked 3 room all 3 room had black mold in the bathrooms . 2 out of 3 rooms had blood on the sheets and pillows . 1 room the sheets had black mold and the comforter. Walking up the stairs to our rooms there was poo smeared on the floors. Walking around the property it has not been taken care of dirty all over . They list all these restaurants but only have 1 restaurant open . They say we got there we were looking for somewhere to eat could not find anything everyone kept telling us go her go there but restaurant were closed. When another employee told us to go by the beach to barefoot grill. Well my family order hamburgers everyone who ate the hamburger got food poisoning. The pool area was dirty with drink cups everywhere even after the pool closed no employees anywhere. We called front desk to complain about the bedding he told us nothing he can do he was the only one there. We never got clean bedding we asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no supervisor for 2 to 3 days. This resort is suppose to be unlimited luxury no way run done and dirty no golf cart or train to take you around the resort it’s bigs at night it’s not even lit up so dark trash and broken glass on the walking area . Beach area was so full of seaweed not even cleaned .

Property is beautiful. The rooms are dated and the wifi not so good. The food could be better, was disappointed in the food. If updates are made and the menu addressed it would be a top notch getaway.

We stayed for 7 days. Check in was a breeze but I booked 2 family rooms and they had us in different buildings. Not even next to each other. Bell boys was amazing. They had our luggages to our room within 5 minutes. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room every day. All the bartenders was excellent. The drinks was made as we requested it. We enjoyed our time by the pool. And there was always someone there to take our drinks order. All the staff says hello when you walk by them. But the beach was full of seaweed so we didn’t spend anytime there. We booked an excursion through seapro I believe? Someone that walked around on the resort and he was great. My only complaint was there was a group of 16 of us with 5 rooms. The wait time for dinner was ridiculous. We waited over 2 hrs to eat and not to mention the food was blah and didn’t fit the description. The only good restaurant was Portofino. After the 3rd night of having to wait 2 hrs to eat, we decided to complain. And Luigi and Manuel was great. The only place that didn’t have a wait was the buffet but we didn’t want to eat at the buffet every night either.

Beautiful property, amazing team of staff

First impression of the resort was that it was beautiful. Plenty of vegetation and opportunities for sun or shade. It’s a tropical paradise and the beach was great. Staff was so friendly and kind. The service was terribly slow! No one ever came around for drink orders. Room was ok. Our air conditioner was broken and we asked four times for someone to go fix it and no one ever came. It was frustrating. The food at the buffet, Asian restaurant and Italian restaurant is almost inedible. My kids cried when we said we had to eat there. We have a 5 & 6 year old and they LOVED the Explorers Club. We tried several times to get them to leave and go to the pool or beach with us and they wanted to stay with all the other kids and play. The ladies who run the club are wonderful with the kids. All in all, it was a good vacation. The staff was very sweet. It was a beautiful location but I wouldn’t go back to Dreams Punta Cana due to the awful food, poor service and lack of attention to fix the air conditioner in our room.

The resort should be updated. A little bit old school. The staff, some are great and some are not. Rude and constant attitudes. The entertainment lack a little bit. Not really a ‘party’ hotel, just laid back with not much to do. Their ‘club’ within the resort is pretty much a closet with a ‘DJ’ and his laptop. The food was good though, can’t complain there but the liquor was definitely watered down. I probably won’t return to this resort in the future.

thank you so much for the service. i would like to tell everyone to come to Dreams punta cana. i was amazing. everyone, and everything was amazing.

The beach and pool areas were nice, and thats all the goid I can say. The resort was very outdated and needing repairs done. The staff was slow and my room was never cleaned until very late in the day. The air conditioning was limited and did not work in the rooms. The food was terrible and there were only 1 or 2 restaurants open at a time, the meat was mystery meat and the eggs were not real, the were powder. Would not recommend staying here.

I didn't like that every morning the staff that cleans the rooms would arrive before 8:00 am and hold very loud, non-stop conversations in the hallway. I called the front desk and they would get them to stop yelling up and down the halls, but the next day it would start all over again. Also, there is major construction on the property next to Dreams and the loud noise is nonstop from early morning until the sun set. The project is just starting and is expected to last a few years (or so I was told). If the staff didn't wake you up early, the construction would. It was hard to relax on the beach with all the noise from the construction.

The property is dirty not cleaned. I booked 3 room all 3 room had black mold in the bathrooms . 2 out of 3 rooms had blood on the sheets and pillows . 1 room the sheets had black mold and the comforter. Our goal is to make each guest feel at home, reason why we strive to provide an excellent service. It is surprising to us to read about your the room not being cleaned. Our house keeping staff makes sure that every room is entirely clean and ready to be occupied for any guest. We also count with a maintenance department available 24/7 to make sure everything is in order on property. Actually, we are very known for our clean areas and lush gardens, there is always staff gardening and doing cleaning service on the different facilities. We have of the biggest pool in the Dominican Republic and this pool is never dirty as it is clean daily before opening and after closing. We also have wait staff throughout the pool so the guest can be taken care of. We have share your comments and observation with our management staff for proper follow up. Warm regards,

We stayed for 7 days. Check in was a breeze but I booked 2 family rooms and they had us in different buildings. Not even next to each other. Bell boys was amazing.
