Clean and good staff service

Room was ok. Pool was nice. Food was terrible, no variety. Check in took 45 minutes. Dico had no air conditioning. Entertainment was lacking. Couldn't get reservations for oter restaurants

Racist they just pay attention to the people from others countries the people from DR they don't care about it they have privilege for people out of the country and thats no right i pay the same amount of money that others people pay thats why i give bad comments

The property condition is actually very good, How ever the staffs at the front desk are the WORST of the worst. They have no cloud what customer service is. You have to please and bribe them just to check in at the hotel you have already payed for. I mean the experience at this hotel front desk was unbelievable. Every one at this hotel wants something from you . at the front desk the gentlemen asked me for a tip if i want a better room, at the bar we asked for all inclusive wine and one of the barman was trying to sale us a bottle. we found a roached in are room, The buffet area was not organized everyone where just doing what ever. this place was my first and last that's if the place don't go out off business first because the employees are very busy steeling and doing what ever they wont with zero supervisions

It was a very nice stay, the employees were very polite and helpful!

If possible avoid weekends, the hotel is over packed with locals. They are nice, but loud and don't wear face mask or mantain social distance.

Staff and management was very helpful and polite. The entertainers were the best part of the experience. Tsunami, King Kong, and Nutella were all amazing and truly made our experience memorable.

It was very nice, excellent food

Due Covid there was No showes. Food was Ok.
