Rebeca was our concierge attendant and she made our entire stay the best ever. We didn’t even need to Level up due to her amazing concierge services. We ate like kings and queens, we could do as much or as little as we want. The pace around the resort is very relaxed, but always entertainment is available. The nightly shows are top notch. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was our 6th visit back to Melia and like always, they did not disappoint (already discussing plans for our 7th visit)! We have celebrated our honeymoon, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. and continue to return with absolutely no hesitation. Firstly, our concierge Nathaneal hit it out of the park with how responsive and helpful he was in setting up our perfect trip. He was truly such a blessing! The food is always outstanding, but the new Dominican experience at the Yumay restaurant left us wanting to go back a second time. It is an EXPERIENCE – not just a meal – which puts Dominican culture on full display. A culinary delight! Most importantly - the food and service wouldn’t be as exceptional as it is, if it wasn’t for how amazing their staff was. Every year we come back to staff remembering us from prior years with open arms and lots of mamajuana! Sorry for the long list but everyone below deserves a huge shout out for their amazing service, hospitality, and being all around amazing! We look forward to our next trip to see everyone! Melia Punta Cana was a relaxing resort to stay at. Our host Juan was incredible. He took care of all of our needs and made our dinner reservations daily. Juan made this trip memorable and personal by surprising us with celebrations for our wedding anniversary. The room was clean and centrally located to the pool and beach. Transportation was readily available when needing to get to the other side of the resort for dinning or entertainment. Will stay again.

Overall very nice, the service was great. The staff here is an amazing and it is clear that they work very hard and love doing what they are doing. I will say that I had one poor experience with a man working at the bar by the pool who made me feel very uncomfortable. Outside of that I am very happy that I chose this resort.

I had an incredible stay at Meliá Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive – Adults Only. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with lush gardens, a peaceful atmosphere, and a true focus on wellness. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the wellness touches, like yoga sessions, meditation spaces, and healthy dining options. The restaurants offered a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious food, and the service was outstanding everywhere I went. The pool and beach areas were stunning, never overcrowded, and perfect for unwinding with a drink in hand. My stay was Excellent my personal concierge Frankelia Berroa was beyond amazing and professional she was the highlight of my trip traveling alone for my Birthday for first time since my husband passed and she made me feel welcomed and loved. I got Cake and Champagne she went over and beyond her job duties.
