I had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very nice! They helped me with different requests I had during my visit. The one bedroom Villa is amazing! Great stay! Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful resort that has great potential. But it was a bit eerie being there with very little guests there. For several days we had the entire pool to ourselves. It was weird. I went for my birthday and thought there would be more energy at the resort. But you can’t have energy if you don’t have people present. The staff did their best to keep us entertained. Rosie, the pool server, was great! All around we had great service. It was just surprising that the resort was so empty. I know that will change once they get more established. But for now, it’s a very quiet and serene place to visit.

All inclusive at Sports Illustrated Latitude

Housekeeping staff were extremely efficient and very friendly. Delma and the staff at the juanillo beach cafe were extraordinary. Delma treated us like family & made us feel welcome & comfortable. She spoke our language even though english is a secondary language for her. The service from juanillo beach bar was the worst service we have ever recieved & we travel internationally often. If Latitude/sports illustrated has an agreement with jaunillo's it is obvious that the agreement is not an amicable one. If you are visiting beach bar on your all-inclusive package you will be treated worse than the dirt on the bottom of their shoes. The do not speak english and no attempt was made to try. Extremely rude and didn't want to service us. We were also asked to speak spanish in one of the resorts restaurants. When hosting travelers from all parts of the nation, a serious attempt to train employees to be bilingual is essential. No traveler should be made to feel like thwy don't matter & are an inconvenience. This is exactly the type of treatment we recieved at juanillos. Our accommodations were extraordinary. Food was delicious all inclusive package at resort on site was terrific, again it is essential to train staff to be bilingual.

Beautiful property with amazing condos, but it is kind of misleading, calling it an all inclusive. It is clearly a condo development that is transitioning into an all inclusive,. There are several restaurants throughout the property, but only the buffet and an outdoor dining area by the pool with a rotating menu are included as food. We did not mind at all though, because we got a great deal on the room and the restaurants we tried were amazing. The buffet was great every morning and we had it once at dinner and it was awesome. STAFF EAS TOP LEVEL!! Front Desk- Neury was extremely helpful every day! Jhoan, Natanael & Edwin were also very professional & courteous Bartenders- Felix & Maria were amazing at pool bar Alfredo & Duracell were both always helpful I am professional. So if you have an open mind, and you get a good rate per night, so you can try a couple of the restaurants, I would highly recommend sports illustrated. I definitely want to come back in a year or two and see how it has progressed. I have a feeling it’s going to be something extremely special in the Cap Cana area !!!

Staff was wonderful and entertaining. Great job Sopita! Performances were great and we got to dance a bit. Pool cook was the best!!! Fresh chicken and veggies! We had a great time!

Not many guests were there and many restaurants were closed. Only one or two options are available and tough to stay for long. Beach was far, 10 minutes by bus, but it was nice. Staff were overall friendly. I wish it would be nicer if more guests stay there.

Don’t listen to other reviews, people sometimes think they kings in another country. This is great hotel and the people who work there are excellent, special thx to Ismael who treated us extremely good. The food is good and your staying in the most seguro place in Punta cana which is cap Cana. I event lost my wallet there and they secure it. I’ll give 20 stars if I could. Gracias a todos.
