Overall, I really liked this property. My only issue was that I paid for an upgraded room with a hot tub and a separate bathtub. When I got there, I received a very nice room, but it had no hot tub and no separate bathtub. They need to update their website and make sure you get the room that you were paying for with the amenities. Also, I asked to be switched to the room I paid for and they would not switch me. They said it was overbooked, but it seemed pretty empty.

This was a decent hotel but definitely not a five star. The food was below decent, on average, except the steak house was okay. Service from our butler and wait staff was pretty bad and we didn't ask for much. Beach area is tiny and you can't walk to another beach. Good food was found in town but we shouldn't have to pay for it when we stayed at a "five-star" all-inclusive.

Terrible experience—do NOT go here. I booked this trip for my husband's 40th birthday, requesting a special room setup. Despite booking in August for February, nothing was prepared. They promised exceptional service, but it was a disaster. Our first butler, Pedro, was incompetent—it took 2.5 hours and multiple calls just to get an iron, making us late for dinner. He also ignored our requests to confirm an excursion, forcing us to track him down, only to find him partying on a guest's balcony while on duty. We had to go to the manager to get another butler. The replacement butler was just as bad. He tried barging into our room without knocking—even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on—while I was naked. My husband had to intervene. They also tricked us into a "gift" that turned out to be a high-pressure sales pitch for a $70,000 hotel membership, wasting our last vacation day. On top of all that, our room had an ant infestation, and we met multiple guests who didn't get what they paid for, including a couple denied their swim-up room. This hotel ruined our trip and our desire to return to this country. Save your money and sanity—stay elsewhere!

The staff was amazing! Very friendly. The property needs a major update. Even the bathrooms in the main lobby was like that of a gas station. For the price we paid, it was not reflected in the property or the food. The staff made it enjoyable. I did like the swim up in my room. Would not stay again.

Morning buffet food was cold and limited if we went after 9:30. Butler did not do much for us. Zentopia was lovely! Housekeeping staff was very nice and thorough.

The resort was a good choice overall. While the rooms could be elevated, we had a wonderful experience with our butler, Leo, and our server, Gregory—highly recommend requesting them. As an all-inclusive, it delivers well, but if you prefer a more luxurious atmosphere with extensive dining options and immersive experiences, this may not be the best fit. That said, we had an enjoyable stay!

Overall, we had a very lovely stay at this property. Charlie was the daily life of the party! There were a couple of hiccups, such as the first room we checked into had a moldy smell. We voiced our concerns with our butler, Leo. He offered to have housekeeping, come in and give us some aromatherapy to cover up the smell. Not a great. The fruit on the table looked like it had been there for quite some time and old. I asked Leo if we could look at another room instead the aromatherapy offer. He was very accommodating to show us a different room. We thought the 2nd room was nice. However, we found that room had tiny ants and tiny white spiders crying all over the counter in the bathroom and the counter by the espresso, coffee, refrigerator bar area. At first, I thought maybe that could be a normal finding. We brought it up to Leo our butler who said he would take care of it. Housekeeping did not come for eight hours. Our butler Leo did not check on the so-called resolution of the insects. The next morning, I spotted housekeeping and asked if I could use their insect spray, which they obliged. I proceeded to spray the entire area that had the insects. We sent videos of the insects to our butler, Leo, and still did not get an appropriate response. After I sprayed for the insects, we did not have any more issues. Despite the insect issues, the property offered beautiful views. We were able to walk the marina pathway. We shuttled over Juanillo Beach, which was also beautiful.

All the staff was very nice, but I especially liked Leo the Butler, who was always available and eager to help. He made my stay pleasant. The bell boys shoud know what taxista they're calling, I didn't like beeing ripped off on the ride to the airport. I paid $20 going to the rasort and $40 going back to the airport
