I loved this resort!! We let them clean the room and nothing came up missing unlike the riu lol. The food there was10/10. I love that we get access to breathless but even though dreams has kids on the resort is still was comfortable to go with all adults. The waterpark was super fun!!! The drinks were good!!! I would come back again. I went for my 25th birthday with 8 other people we had an amazing time didn’t want to leave. I got preferred club private pool room and it was worth it. Love that even the rooms that are not preferred still all had their own jacuzzi. The preferred club made check in way smoother and we had a lot of perks our own adults only swim up pool area.

Everything was good .. staff, property .. the beach was not clean but it was normal … front desk staff were rude when I got sick for the food .. I went to the most expensive clinic and the hotel cover the ambulance and the doctor .. they want me to stay in the clinic for 4k for night I took a taxi and when back to the hotel .. I ask the hotel for some pills and they want me to over price .. I send some family to get pills from outside it were have of price . after that they don’t want to deal with me . I left and went straight to a clinic in my country I’m still in the clinic with poison .. I didn’t enjoy my days in the hotel . The staff for the buffet and restaurant was nice with all my family … price was good but the food killed my stomach

The overall experience was good. However, we had a few concerns with the location of our roo and the surroundings construction being done while staying in the room. Our room was away from the daily activities and a distance to walk. Also, the hot tub in our room was leaking. The maintenance dept. did come to try and resolve it but continued to leak. The customer-service was good but the other 3rd party vendors were a bit intrusive. Overall good experience.

It was amazing! We went there for our honeymoon and we were amazed by the service of the staff at restaurants and to clean our room and refill our fridges! We had a blast, food was really good and the bars were very good

The resort is beautiful. The staff nice and welcoming. The buffet had wonderful options although most food was room temperature at best. Heat lamps only do so much. My biggest complaint was being asked to partake in a meeting (timeshare adjacent I assume) and having my room called not once but 4 times all together. I paid for my trip I should not have to dodge people wanting more. And definitely should not be called early in the morning after enjoying multiple yummy drinks the night before. Overall we had a wonderful time!

The property was fantastic. We were received and accommodated promptly. Duringour stay the service quality was top tier, and the amenities were impecable. The pools were crystal clear and the access to the beach was quite close to us. Overall, an amazing place to enjoy your vacations!
