I liked the bartender johny the drinks were very good. I would have liked for the butler to have been more attentive. Never got the steamer that was requested. Also the grounds were not as nice as the pictures we had seen that brought us there.

Amazing hotel stay at Live Aqua

My stay at Live Aqua was amazing. The room was fabulous and had an outdoor jacuzzi on the patio deck. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and made us feel welcome. Our view was amazing from our room. Our only challenge was the language barrier since we weren’t fluent in Spanish and it was hard to tell housekeeping that we had 3 people in our room and needed towels and washcloths for 3 people instead of two people.

The resort needs more entertainment Also if I’m paying for international drinks why it’s only two places you can get it from? Also the personnel needs to be more attentive, they also need more people working around the resort

The resort activities were often not at the scheduled location and were frequently canceled.My family and I were not able to participate in any of the activities. It was very frustrating.

Loves my experience. Wish the landscaping had more colorful flowers. Had too mich grass which atracks mosquitos. Overall the resort is very clean, staff was amazing, food spectacular and the experience was very relaxing and needed. Will retirn fornsure.
