The property is kept very clean, staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. My check in process was unpleasant, I had an early flight arrived at the resort by noon. I was aware that check in isn’t till 3PM, I was told they would let us check in earlier so we had lunch and came back to the check in desk multiple times. Our room wasn’t available till 3:30 way after the check in time. The room we were in needed some updating. Otherwise the resort was great. The performance they have at night could be a bit different like comedy shows. They should add a night club on the premises.

the hotel is actually too big for me. the hotel does not have condition for travellers with discapacity at all stairs everywhere.

The only negative is that I requested a king bed and after waiting an extra hour for me to check in they didn’t fulfill my request. The room was not ready and was given two double beds instead of the king bed that I requested

BEWARE..the management in this place is horrendous. this place is at best a 3 star hotel based only on the grounds. the management staff was really rude and i caught the girls in the brown dresses yelling at guests on multiple occasions. the glass on the buffet area looked like someone wiped their nose all over the glass. the beach buffet kept running out of plates and hungry guests were serving themselves in plastic cups and paper napkins, other guests had no choise but to grab handfull of frenchfries and chicken wings because of lack of plates. The wait lines for dinner are ridiculously long(over an hour wait to go to any of the restaurants) and they did not accept reservations. most guests just lingered in the loby area waiting to eat every night. they refused to let my parents join us for dinner, what happened to their hospitality and accommodation?They need to either open another buffet by the loby or allow guests with children access to the adults only restaurants. We paid for our hotel with everything included for 3 nights.after i arrived they stated that the children had to pay an additional 555USD, I paid it. then upon checkout they told me that i owed another 225 because their room rates had changed during my stay and i had to pay the difference and that they did not include that in my original price, and the employee that quoted me made a mistake. what type of place is this? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE,there are many other nice hotels in the area.
