The property in the room was very clean. I paid for the level and the concierge that was assigned to me was not very helpful. I would’ve preferred to make my own dinner reservations where I want and the time I want, A couple of nights, he couldn’t get me reservation and told me to eat at the buffets. They also told me they would text me when my room was ready and they did not. I did not get early check-in. I did not get offered an upgrade and I had to ask for the VIP things that I was supposed to get for being Expedia VIP gold.

The property itself was beautiful landscaping was beautiful. Pools and beach were also nice and clean. Tons of things to do for the kids and they loved the waterpark Food options and buffet could have been better. It also was very difficult to make reservations at the restaurants and not as easy to do because they were booked so we didn’t get to try many of the cuisines and cleanness in the room could have been better as well.

El Parque acuático nos encantó. Las comidas estuvieron bien. La habitación cómoda y el servicio muy bueno. Lo único que tuvimos problema fue en reservar para los restaurantes. Mi estadía era de 4 noches. Ellos abren una ventana de 2 días y cuando llegamos no quedaba espacio hasta martes iba a perder 3 días. Escribí a Servicio al Cliente y me pudieron conseguir para 2 días. Lo demás todo estuvo excelente.

Our experience was okay. I am giving it 3 stars because I stayed in much better managed all-inclusive resorts that were within the same price range. Food is a 4/5. Good but the same exact options every day of the week. The a-la-cart restaurants are decent but incredibly hard to get a table at. Room cleanliness 4/5. Staff is doinga great job, but we had ants in the bathroom. Our room keys stoped working all the time. Five out of 8 days, I found myself locked out of my own room. Imagine standing by your room wearing nothing but a wet swimsuit, balancing a hungry toddler in a soiled diaper on your arm and having to walk 12 minutes to the lobby and 12 min back just to get a new set of key cards. Not nice. 1/5 Ah, and the convenience store 0/5!!! A $10 sunscreen costs you $35. A box of tampons - $40! I understand that you want to mark things up a bit for convenience, but, I mean, $40? Makes me want to ask the manager of this hotel, "As a resort, are you in the business of making a quick buck on a woman who forgot to pack her tampons, or are you in a business of helping that same woman create positive memories to last a lifetime?"

There is never enough space to eat in the restaurants. Getting around the hotel is a problem with transportation on the golf carts, there are very few. Some of the employees, not all of them seem as if they do not want to help you or provide what you need. We paid a Premium Level package and it did not seem like a premium service. To start with, the drink we ordered was told they did not have it, we had to call the managers to help us since they did have it. I think that if I pay for a Level package it is to have first class service and not have any problems or ichus. I want to highlight an employee who did his best to ensure our stay and excellent treatment. Olimer Martinez was attentive and always with a good smile.

first they gave me the wrong room key as I walked into a family of four as a double booked a room. Then I had a connecting room in my second room and I had people trying to walk in throughout the night from the other room multiple times as I told them to please stop. I did let the front desk know as they were gonna do a complementary our massage and did not do that and just get a 30 minute and did not follow through with what they had said..

No tuvimos disponibles los restaurantes exclusivos. Estaban cerrados. El area de la piscina necesita mantenimiento. No hay musica en la piscina del Level. El mayordomo que nos tocó Joan Sosa no aparecio hasta despues de 3 dias. Estoy muy desepcionada.

The grounds were beautiful and the kids’ waterpark was perfect for our toddler — definitely a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the food felt like it may have been leftovers from previous days, and the beds weren’t very comfortable. We had mixed experiences with staff — some were wonderfully friendly and helpful, while others came across as rude. Overall, a lovely setting for families with young children, but a few areas could use improvement.
