Nice resort. Everything closes at 6. Unfriendly towards Black people.

We love Melia! Just there for the 4th time! Can be a bit annoying with everyone trying to sell you something but we look over that.

Grounds and restaurants were beautiful, but beware of the pretend "consierge" who isn't actually there to help you- he or she will just lie to you and set you up with an aggressive time share pitch. We were lied to and told we were being taken to a "special upgraded breakfast" but when we were dropped off we ended up stuck being pitched a $98,000 30-year time share for over three hours (despite them promising it would only take 45 minutes). We said no many times to 5 different people before we were finally allowed to leave. After we learned the "upgraded" breakfast was actually a sales pitch they said they'd provide us spa massage certificates, but when we actually got them they were for only 30 minutes! Not worth losing an entire morning of our short vacation.

We love the stay at the hotel. The gardens were beautiful. The food and drinks were beyond my expectations.

The rooms were ok, missing wall plates etc. Everything else was perfect.

Front desk staff and manager not helpful very poor service, no communication between front desk and reservation department 😡

This was our fourth time to visit them, the quality has been badly deteriorated, we lived in the plan The Level Grand Suite, located in building number 50, very comfortable and pleasant, we were near the pool and with a restaurant near our room formerly called Gabi, now Riviera, its quality cannot be compared to its old name, a la carte food should be given on a scale of 10, only 5, and should be the maximum score for being exclusively for The Level plan. My previous visit was wonderful in the middle of the month of December, but this time I have to rate it with an ok. This service is included concierge our previous visit with the same plan the quality of the person assigned to us, he was pending calling us daily and giving us tips on how to enjoy each day, but on this occasion we were ignored by the assigned person and never received a call to ask even as we were having, the same thing happened to the lady who attended us when checking out, just handed us a small paper, without satisfaction questions, we have visited Melia Resorts in Mexico different cities and this brand is my favorite for quality and Service received previously, but this time I feel dissatisfied with the plan used, I notice that the person who was pending in our room was completely pleased, just like one who works in the pool named Gernando, too attentive and pleasant, like the people who serve in restaurants, waiters, and room service starting with those who attend and receiving the orders

Overall, the property is beautiful and well maintained. We were in building 44 which is close to the lobby and restaurants but a bit of a walk to the beach. The room was just ok and very basic. Bathrooms definitely need to be renovated. Trams in the morning were usually full and so we walked a lot. There is no bar service on the beach so we had to keep taking turns to go get drinks by the pool bar. Drinks were mediocre as well but we made the best of it. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach.. so much there were days we opted for the pool. We walked down the beach and other resorts definitely did a better job at picking up the washed up seaweed. The restaurants were all really good. We especially loved capri and our server Adrian offered us a beautiful dining experience with an array of delicious food. Nazario from the American restaurant also delivered top notch service. The entertainment staff really goes above and beyond to do their job. Ruber was phenomenal!!! He was always happy, smiling and ready to dance. Wascar was also great with the teens and kept the party going. Loved the fresh coconuts on the beach every morning as that was a nice treat. They also do maintain the beach as clean as possible. Genarito walked all day picking up trash and was so polite and pleasant every single day. Overall we had a great vacation but some areas could be improved.

Property was beautiful and staff was great. Pools were nice. Restaurants were limited -not enough variety-but food was good.

The property is kept very clean, staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. My check in process was unpleasant, I had an early flight arrived at the resort by noon. I was aware that check in isn’t till 3PM, I was told they would let us check in earlier so we had lunch and came back to the check in desk multiple times. Our room wasn’t available till 3:30 way after the check in time. The room we were in needed some updating. Otherwise the resort was great. The performance they have at night could be a bit different like comedy shows. They should add a night club on the premises.

the hotel is actually too big for me. the hotel does not have condition for travellers with discapacity at all stairs everywhere.

The only negative is that I requested a king bed and after waiting an extra hour for me to check in they didn’t fulfill my request. The room was not ready and was given two double beds instead of the king bed that I requested
