Been in the resort in the past, however this time it was not as great as before. The pools were cold, staff in the family side of the hotel were not as friendly/polite as in the adult side.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and overall everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the amenities were well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we truly enjoyed the atmosphere throughout the resort. That said, the only aspect that didn’t meet our expectations was the Blind Butcher restaurant. While the concept was interesting, we didn’t feel the food quality justified the experience, especially when compared to the other on-site restaurants. We found the food elsewhere on the property to be noticeably better and more enjoyable. Aside from that one dining experience, everything else about our stay was excellent, and we would absolutely recommend the resort to others.

Our stay was great. The kids loved the water park, we also enjoyed it. The hotel did not feel crowded which was one of the reasons we stayed there. I would definitely stay there again.
