The room was fantastic, comfortable, clean and no mildew smell which is very common at hotels. Soap, shampoo is large bottles attached to walls. No toothbrush or toothpaste so bring everything you need or you can go to the shop and buy it if you forgot it.

Staff was extremely courteous and friendly! Rooms were very clean and overall a wonderful resort. Agave and buffet restaurants were excellent. Steakhouse and Italian restaurants were not so great. Would highly recommend this resort to friends and would come again!

Third time here and it’s perfection every time! Very clean, staff is so friendly, food is amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful pool day, the Elite Club upgrade is a must. (Book in advance to ensure availability) Worth every penny. Will be back next year if not sooner.

My husband and I travelled with our two daughters (15 yo and 23 yo). We all had so much fun! The Staff were friendly, food was good, the property was clean. 100% would recommend Hotel Riu Palace Bávaro! We loved our stay!
