We were extremely disappointed in the level of service and hospitality. The food was beyond awful even at the nicer steak house it was flavorless and lacked in presentation . The Mexican food was the wort we could not even eat it. The fruit, meats and veggies were literally going bad on the buffet. The hotel itself looks good from afar but it was makeup on a pig as they obviously tried to renovate years ago and did a poor job. The water park was not great the slides for the smaller kids were boarded up with plywood you could not see your kids it looked awful not like the photos online. The rooms had paper thin walls you can hear everything and smell everything!! The house keeping never restocked the basics or the drinks in the mini bar. I had never look forward to leaving a vacation more then this. It’s really unfortunate I thought this hotel brand had higher standards.

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic! Alexis, the check-in staff, was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail. Ozuna, our waiter at the buffet, remembered our drink orders every time we sat at his section. Benjamin, the bartender by the aerobics pool, was always attentive to my group. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Very nice rooms, so clean the whole hotel incliding pools, green areas, public restsrooms are so conforting, we would defintly come back to this hotel.

This resort will be a great choice for families or big parties. This resort offers different locations catering to different interests. Kids area, quiet area, and party area. The pool party was amazing but not recommended for under age. The Buffet was our favorite spot to eat due to the verity available. We did the Elite package and would recommend for those who prefer higher end alcohol options. Have a great time on your vacation, I hope this has helped you out.

Acceptable hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. The food is not good. The ice cream shop offers a very bad ice cream. A lot of musty smell in the rooms and many areas of the hotel, especially the sport bar. There is a lot of fun and activities, there is very good attention.

Overall stay was fantastic… from facilities, food, drinks (bars), shows & activities, service, staffing, cleanness. ALL 4.5-5 Stars! We did have minor ant issues in our room, but nothing crazy. This trip was during Labor day weekend and still didn’t feel over crowded. Plenty of pool area and seating to pick and choose where you wanted to lounge for the day. Planning a return trip with the rest of family in the future. Awesome AWEsome AWESOME !

My family and I had a nice time. The food was OK. The candy shop. Also, as the ice cream shop needs to update their bakery on a daily basis because the two times we went in. It tasted like rotten dairy. The Steakhouse we could not eat there because they wouldn’t allow us to make a reservation. Even at the early times that we went into try to make one. It was very inconvenient that we’re not helpful at all. And some of the stuff was friendly. The other stuff seem like they just didn’t wanna work there. They seem miserable. They’re entertainment is not up to par They need to work on that a little bit more But we had a great room All in all my family, and I still made the best of it

The overall trip and resort experience was amazing, and the all-inclusive amenities were great. However, the main issue during my stay was the beach. We booked with the understanding that the beach was on-site, but unfortunately, it was completely covered in seaweed from the ocean up to the cabanas. The smell was extremely unpleasant, making it impossible to enjoy even one day at the beach. No one informed us before or during the trip, and I did not see any cleanup service addressing the issue. I wish we had been advised ahead of time so we could have rescheduled, as the beach was a major reason we chose this property.
