The hotel and entertainment staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always very polite and attentive to make us feel safe, comfortable and welcoming but we really don’t like the food. The snacks areas and buffet were running out of food most of the days. Also I would like the hotel to provide an area for teenagers like an arcade.

I like the fact that some staff members were friendly and willing to provide excellent services to customers. For example, at Caracolas María at the bar is friendly and helpful with all customers, the other girl from Higuey at the restaurant area is professional and friendly. Raquel at the Bodeguita. She is a Sweet lady who goes an extra mile interacting with customers, she take complaints and criticism from customers with courtesy and a smile while apologizing for any misunderstanding, and last but not the least Graciela the embassador from Expedia at the front desk. Graciela was willing to help my 11 family members to get rooms in the same building and close to each other. Thank you to all of you who are taking your job seriously demonstrating excellent social interaction with people and have great customer service skills. On the other, we found some staff members who may need assistance to improve their performance as employees of the organization. We enjoyed all the shows
