I will never stay here again. Our ceiling leaked everyday. We complained everyday and they did nothing about it. It was constantly a puddle of water in front of our room door which we could not step over. Every restaurant our food came out cold. The Italian restaurant brung me chicken that was still pink in the middle. The bathroom looked as if it was barely clean, no wash cloths and dirty towels upon arrival

La única oportunidad que le pudiera señalar es el mal trato de un personal llamado Radames tuvo que darme servicio en dos ocasiones en el área de los restaurantes (mariscos y mexicano) y nunca tuvo una actitud amable ni servicial, a tal punto que le comenté a mi esposo que si volvía a atendernos por tercera vez nos iríamos del restaurante, es como si estuviera allí en contra de su voluntad. En la primera ocasión lo pasé por alto pensado que lo más probable no había pasado un buen día pero cuando ya pasa por segunda vez es claro indicio que algo le sucede y no debería de trabajar atendiendo al público.

Everything in the hotel is good the only thing is they invited you to hear something and then you end up buying a membership, I know they not forcing you to buy but is very uncomfortable to say no, I understand is my decision but still. I lost my last day in the hotel listening someone who makes me spend money the we not plan to spend.

The hotel was really clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and most spoke english or did their best to accommodate me. Services was a either a big hit or a miss. There was a good selection for food. The steakhouse stood out for me. The property had plenty of activities on the resort. I enjoyed doing zumba in the pool and there was kayaks on the beach to use at your leisure. The beach was amazing. It's wasn't a private beach, but most of the time the sellers were respectful. Overall I found the Occidental affordable and enjoyable.

The Expedia staff lie I went for my birthday they didn’t decorate my door as promised for three days. Then I set up two excursions for them and they didn’t fulfill the pickup times one event they were over two hours late and the second event they canceled less than an hour before. I would not stay here again. The pool was nice however and the housekeeping was on point. The food was nasty left my stomach gurgling and sick for two of my days.

The room is really nice, the thermostat wasn’t working at first but the guest service fixed straight away. The service in the restaurant could be happier. The staff at the pool could be more joyful. The property is very nice and the pool. The room is clean & housekeeping clean the room very well. More option at the buffets would be great for more variety every night
