Belnin at the front desk, Eddy, Christopher & Perla at the Sports Bar were amazing and made our trip amazing and unforgettable. This is my second time at this property since first going in 2024 and I have no notes. Every single person on & off the resort were so kind and helpful. I loved the resort cats, the property was always clean and there is just endless things to do at this hotel. Best way to move around is via uber. HIGHLY recommend for anyone to go if you are ever traveling to DR :)

Very nice property, well manicured! Upgrade to Adult only "Unique" package is ok. The food could be better since it's an all inclusive package, and the service is ok, depending what restaurant you're at. With bigger groups, they tend to forget items ordered. Breakfast & lunch Buffets are huge sprawling with many options! Overall a good time with lots of options! 👍👍

The property and resort itself is beautiful. Stunning views from our room of the pool and ocean. Food was mediocre. Reservations at restaurants were hard to come by. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Lots of seaweed on the beach. My kids, ages 4 and 7, loved the waterpark and it wasn't overly busy. Ice cream shop was a huge hit as well. For a family resort there was not enough to do in the evenings after dinner for children. Shows didn’t start until 10pm which is far too late for kids. And there were no other entertainment options. My older son got sick on our 5th day. We took him.to the clinic doctor on the resort. The doctor was fantastic. When we got home we went to the doctor and discovered we had contracted salmonella poisoning. 4 of the 6 people in our group got ill. Overall, despite the lively property and staff would not recommend due to the issues with entertainment and food quality.

Nice hotel however the staff was not accommodating. It felt like you were bothering them when asking for anything. Breakfast and lunch were ok. Dinner and room service, terrible. For an all inclusive resort you should be able to book dinners at the restaurants. Nothing was available for our stay. At check out they didn’t even ask about our stay. I’d say that says enough about who you’re dealing with. Never again.

Had an amazing stay here! Couldn't get a reservation for hotels as they were mostly booked. The first day you are there - you can only eat at the buffet. Also, the ocean and the pools had a distinct smell. But other than that loved everything else here!

We had a great time at Lopesan with the family. The place is gorgeous and clean. There is plenty of food choices. We enjoyed La Boheme the most. The people are so nice. They made our stay enjoyable. Best once are Wilkin, Feliciano and Nelson. So sweet and kind. I would definitely go back.

Room was satisfactory but the service from staff was underwhelming. The person we checked-in with was not very welcoming. He was bit condescending when I asked about how is the room since it was cheaper garden view room. Service in the bars and restaurants were mixed, sometimes good, sometimes downright worst. Lobby bar staff ignored my wife’s order and skipped to the guests that came after her until one of the guests points out she was there first. Even then he didn’t apologize. Buffet restaurants were missing labels for the food or had wrong labels. It was hard to understand what’s being served. Overall, it was mostly bad experience. If I had to compare my experience in one of all inclusive hotels in Cancun Lopesan left me disappointed.
