Clean room, very friendly staff. The resort is huge with lots to do. Very modern looking and ‘boujieee’. Only criticism I have would be about the food. There could be lots of improvement in the quality of the food in both the buffets and the themed restaurants.

Beautiful hotel and very thoughtful planning went into the building of this hotel. They thought of many little things. Landscape and pools were beautiful. The beach was cleaned and lit up beautiful at night so you can enjoy this property both during the day and night. Plenty of food choices to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

However, the staff does not speak English and we were locked out of our room from 9:30 in the morning until 5 o’clock at night because the elevators were down and it caused me to have a breakdown and cry because my husband is disabled and could not get in his room just rest
