My friends and I had an amazing stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the food and drinks was good as well. My only compliant would be the reserving of the specialty restaurants for a larger group, (larger than 4). It was impossible to get in any of them, so we stayed with the buffets which had a wide variety of food and it was amazing anyway. No one got sick off the food either and we ate everything. Definitely would like to return to the Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino.

Room was nice they need to improve in the restaurant we were there for 6 days and we could not get a reservation for any restaurant all we’re book so we was stuck with the buffet stop giving only the unique people all the options they need to improved in there beer have other options only president beer and it was water down because it’s only draft on the unique side had many options and all was a bottle beer some off the staff were nice and some were rude the room service menu need improved have some pizza on there for kids because you cannot take out any food from the buffet for kids like pizza that they have in the buffet.

Poor maintenance in the rooms and bathrooms. They have a what is supposed to be a 24hr restaurant (the valley) but in fact its just untill 11. I went at 12 midnight and they only had selfservice meet in water burger and salad. Some of their staff seems to be classist. Lack of information where to find stuffs like pool towels. No service at all when you are in the beachor in the pool. For a 5 star hotel at least they have to help you luggage when you are doing the checkout but they didn't. I had to ask about 4 times for a baby crib. Oh and they only have kanita beer. Unfortunately Not recommended as 5 star hotel.

Beautiful property in Punta Cana excellent for couples or families needing serenity in a modern all-inclusive hotel with not an overly big hotel. Pros: 1. Modern feel and clean and upgraded hotel (sleek and elegance and newer rooms and equipment) 2. Good bar drinks and food variety of dishes 3. Excellent beachfront and pool conditions 4. Restaurants scenes for any type of meal was appealing 5. Lots of shopping in the same property, onsite clinic pharmacy made being there complete and no feel of any other store lacking Cons: 1. The entire staff appeared to untrained, it felt like they were being forced to be there, no smiles, no help towards guests, no welcome drinks, nothing. (Recommendation to management: Train the staff properly to know how to welcome guests and care for them during their stay, since they are part of the experience) 2. Some staff did not speak English, or prefer to speak English when asking for clarity or seeking directions, this is unacceptable for such an international modern and beautiful. At least one staff member should comprehend English language. 3. The food options have varied tastes, even if ordering the same menu item on different days, which was strange .(Recommendation: Catering attention needed)
