The pool & Beach area was impossible to get seats for people would put towels on them and never use them all day ,Security paid no attention to it The management needs to rectify the seating problem that exists, in regards to the food needs attention avg but for a property such is this the quality of food needs to be kicked up a notch.

We had a wonderful stay, highlighted by the truly amazing food. Every aspect of the experience—from the restaurants and buffets to the drinks and bars—was top-notch. While there was a persistent musty odor in our room throughout the trip, the excellent staff and amenities more than made up for it.

You could have staff not come over and ask for great ratings so they get tips or bonuses when they get a good review, you could ask them to not come over and ask for tips or we’re sitting at the bar having a drink. And you can make more timeslots available for restaurants so that you have the opportunity to book 6 restaurants when you have six nights day or seven nights stay and not eat buffet every night. One of the reasons we chose that destination of Loson is because it had a lot of restaurants. What a shame you can’t make any reservations when you get there because they’re all taken.

I’m breaking this review down into categories to help families better plan their trip. Hotel Accommodations – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Overall, the accommodations feel truly five-star. Family-Friendly – ⭐⭐ Although the hotel advertises itself as family-friendly, it did not meet expectations. The water park is very small, located far from the main areas, and the water is uncomfortably cold. There are also very limited chairs available for parents, which makes it inconvenient. Pools – ⭐⭐ The property has many pools, but unfortunately, the water in all of them was extremely cold. There are no jacuzzis anywhere on the property, which was disappointing. Food – ⭐⭐⭐ The buffet food was mediocre—acceptable, but not impressive. On the other hand, the specialty restaurants offered very good food; however, securing reservations was extremely difficult. Staff – ⭐⭐ Most staff members were not particularly friendly, and the overall service quality was below expectations. Wi-Fi – ⭐ The hotel Wi-Fi is very poor. If reliable internet access is important to you, this is something to seriously consider before booking.

Overall our family of 4 loved our stay. The staff clearly works hard and long hours. I would say due to increased people staying that the staff at the buffet and restaurants had a harder time keeping up with the volume of needs. The resort was very clean, staff was very friendly and food options were plenty.

The property, stay, food, and cleanliness were all top-notch. However, I had a very bad experience with the tour/transportation desk (“Meeting Point”) located inside the resort and recommended by the front office. I booked and paid cash upfront for an airport taxi through this desk. The representative (from Nexus) confirmed the booking and even sent an email confirmation. Unfortunately, this turned out to be fake — the transportation company never received the request. As a result, I had to urgently arrange another cab at the last minute while rushing to catch an international flight. Thankfully, the resort security staff was very helpful. That said, I am extremely concerned that the resort allows such deceptive operators to conduct business on its premises and take advantage of guests.

Clean, friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Downside is they have an app for hotel activities that is NOT updated, so if you are not by the pool for announcements, you don't know what is going on. Then the restaurants are nearly impossible to get reservations for. The buffet is amazing but if you want specialty restaurants, it is hard to get. We were there for 5 days, the only reservation we could get after speaking to the manager was habachi for 9pm ( not ideal timing for traveling with kids but we did it) food was great.

The overall experience at this hotel is acceptable. However, several improvements are needed. Internet speed is slow, and there is little to no internet coverage near the main pool and beach. While there are enough power outlets in the room, only one is actually usable; the others are too worn to hold power adapters properly. In addition, the towel service needs improvement — guests often have to repeatedly request towels from housekeeping.

Staff was lacking. They seemed annoyed to be there or when you asked a question everything had to be done with the app. We traveled as a family of 3 and they kept only giving us two towels for showers. The room was freezing no matter what you did. Limited mini bar selection in the room. The room was not cleaned daily. The beds were made but the floor was no cleaned or anything. Food wasn’t the best. Very hard to get reservations at any restaurants. Everything had to be done with the app. No entertainment shows until 10pm which is hard when you have a kid. Beach and pool seating was non existent because everyone got the seats by 8am. There was nothing if you came after 8am. No beach service for drinks and limited pool drink service also. One server who would rarely look at you. Out of all the experiences we’ve had we generally haven’t had a bad experience but this I will say was one of the worst.

People saved chairs all day and never used them Horrible chair saving idea No seats for swimmers by pool or beach Should only save if using If not used in an hour then towels etc removed Only allowed to save a chair if using it
