This resort was so Beautiful however, me and my party of 5 checked out 3 days early and went to a different resort do to the disappointing service. The staff, Food and service was very disappointing. The In room amenities are not one of a “five star” resort. The bed is very hard, there where no hand soap and or lotions, No bathrobes no slippers. Sad to say they have very little help with Housekeeping, we had to relentlessly call the Guest services to get our room cleaned. lastly the beach.... This resort has signage posted all over the beach, claiming you cannot reserve any of the Beach chairs, cabanas and or spaces... this is a lie. If you look for a space you better be there before 6 AM or all the pool chairs and cabanas will be taken/reserved with Beach towels, suntan lotion and sandals. The adult only pool is not on the beach, it’s tucked away to the back which I thought was cool however, far from everything else. The food was okay but not five star, drinks where very much water down and you have to ask for top shelf which is only found in the “ Unique” Club member section. Over all the experience was disappointing, hopefully corrections will be made.

The hotel alone is beautiful, however, the service is awful!. But either way, the views are fenomenal, and it is worth the money.

Well the property is very impressive but there is a huge list of things that sucked. The rooms smelled, the food was disgusting, the staff wasn't very nice and sometimes flat out rude, the casino was closed, did i say the food was horrible? They had no seafood! Since its an all inclusive hotel they made sure they are loosing no money by feeding you garbage. The place is very very boring. I felt like i was trapped on an army barracks for 4 days. They have concierge to help you with anything. It's basically a huge massive expensive property that they hired some low level dominicans to run the place with no supervision. They also didn't have a jacuzzi. I'll never go back and will not tell anyone to go there!
