Sorry I am not going to lie, the attitude of the EACH person we have met at this property was disappointing. The front office manager somehow was in contact with our friend who rented another room. He was trying everything for them so he can rate the property well. I NEVER received any of my requests, or never an apology. So sorry front office manager, I will not rate you good because you were whatsaping with my friend. I never received that treatment, never felt welcomed there. So i will never ever come to this place. Lesson learned I will pay more so I can feel like I am on vacation, and feel welcomed. Thanks for nothing

We have visited other resorts before and this one was extremely dissapointing. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Resort needed update and renovation. Staff was extremely kind and nice, the best part of the resort. Nothing like what the pictures show. The pictures are from the resort next door, Secrets which was way nicer. Food was bad and alcohol was worst. Drinks tasted too watered down and all the same. Cleaning staff also very kind and did a very nice job. Nightime shows were boring and no pool activities. Nightclub is closed and swim-up bars are closed. Would not recommend at all. Only good thing to eat were burgers by the beach.
Everyone is so nice and go out there way to make sure you have everything you need. Happy and friendly faces everywhere!
The landscaping is beautiful. Every where you go it is picturesque. Nothing i did not like.
Room was stinky. The mattress for the extra bed had springs sticking out.
The food was TERRIBLE! We stuck to the buffet most of the time, after having bad encounters with the food at the Mexican and Italian Restaurant. The beach is COVERED in seaweed. They told us it was because it was the season. I was here two years ago, stayed at a different resort and it was clear of seaweed. The reviews from month prior state the same issues with seaweed. They allow the Beach locals who are trying to sell you things, to walk on the property and enter the PRIVATE members only area and try to sell to you! We were very turned off by this, as we paid the extra money for a more secluded area. Housekeeping didn’t show up one day, even after we called. The weather was fantastic and our company was great (friends) but we will not be back!
I love this resort. We visited for a wedding and had a wonderful vacation. The staff members were very friendly and helpful on a regular. The pools, club, game room, karoke/bar, beach and nightly entertainment had our group going with happiness. The food was ok but a bit more flavor needs to be added to the buffet resturants. Also needs to cater more seafood varities like fish and shrimp at the buffet restaurants. I loved the Japanese resturant especially, the staff treated us with gratitude as we celebrated a few birthdays. The food was delicious there. Everyone was pleased.
