I had a swim out room, it had a jacuzzi and a cabana we LOVED it. The room was spotless and housekeeping was great, room service was very prompt my concierge Emmanuel was perfect. The shuttles were great when it did rain and the staff in general were kind, fun and always smiling. We will definitely be coming back. I went to Dreams back in 2020 so coming this second time was great and I loved all the renovations that were done!!! 100/10

The hotel is beautiful with a great swimming pool and landscaping! But the breakfast/lunch buffet is horrible. Nothing fresh everything looks sad even the basic like coffee/ fruits/salad. Dinner is good and staff at dinner restaurants are good but the only one cafe and buffet restaurant are sad and staffs at those places are not friendly and not present. Kids club staffs are lovely

Really good place, swimmout room was an excellent choice with child. Large property offering water park, ocean front end endless pools. Late check out for 20 per hour give us an extra day before departure. 30 min from the airport. Was little suprised that staff didn't enforced no smoking by the pools rules..... Highly recomended.

Rooms were specious and nicely appointed. The resort was great. The main lobby was under construction but other than that everything was great.

Excelente estadía, estuve celebrando el cumpleaños de mi novio y la verdad fue que quedamos fascinados con el lugar y las excelentes atenciones. Mi habitación fue una swim out y todo estuvo impecable. Johana nuestra housekeeping siempre mantuvo la habitación limpia y con toallas siempre disponible. Volveremos mucho antes de lo esperado ❤️
