Great location, was spoiled by our butler Annabel

The resort was gorgeous and maintained with so much care. It was the entire team of staff, though, that made this a trip of a lifetime. We were made to feel special every moment. Every person on their team goes above and beyond. Our butler was Carlos and he was truly exceptional. From incredible extra things he did to help us celebrate our honeymoon, to all the mundane tasks we didn't have to worry about because he took care of everything, we couldn't have had a better time, hugely because of him. Restaurant staff, and bar staff were amazing, too. Each one was a delight, but Rigoberto, Yasmine, Maria, Yaylee, Gilda are a handful that truly made deep impressions. There is not a single person there who didn't try to make you feel at home and clearly wanted our experience to be incredible. They called it well deserved, but I don't think there is anything we could have done to deserve a honeymoon as beautiful as ours was. I thank EVERY person there that made that possible. Cannot recommend this resort enough. We booked premier club, and while I don't think it would have been possible to not enjoy the trip, we will be doing it again. The main areas had many fun activities, but it was nice to have the option for a quieter moment when you needed it. I add this because I know we were on the fence about the premier club. We had a swim out bungalow and every detail was heavenly.

We had the best time for our delayed honeymoon here. We stayed in the preferred club with and ocean view and could not have asked for a better room. Diva, The Cat, Maria, Martha, and Karla made our trip awesome! The food was delicious as well as the drinks. The nightly shows were also great!

Everything was excellent except that Spanish people like me shouldn’t go there because the music,must of the food, the show’s everything is in English I understand must of the guest are Americans but they also have Spanish people. I think is ridiculous that we pay a resort to get out of USA and feel like we are in at Latino county to enjoy and literally have to say please a million times to the DJ to play a music for you it was so uncomfortable. So they corporation should at least mix the culture little bit at least some people would like to learn and know about the Dominican culture. Other than that everything was good specially the employees they were great. I remember Diva, yaritza, Angelina, yogency, Doris, Ramon and kandra at the front desk and of course Luis at the Italian restaurant was so genuine with us and offering me a tres leche even when the restaurant did not have it that is a memorable moment for me. I work for marriott and Hilton and I know very well about customer service. Thank you so much for make my time off amazing!!

The service, beach, drinks, room, lobby and pools were all great! I recommend this place, and plan to stay at Secrets again!

This property and everyone that works there is AMAZING!!! The quality of the food is incredible. We are at every restaurant and were never disappointed. Our concierge Eduar was absolutely top notch going above and beyond for us. The beach is gorgeous, the drinks were plentiful, the pool pristine, and the entertainment staff was fantastic. I can't say enough about this resort. As all the staff would say, "welcome home" (they aren't lying)

The resort is nice , great access to ocean , the few cons are some of the sales staff are very pushy , and don’t take well to no. Also, depending on your concierge your treatment we’ll be vastly different then your neighbors. We did try and speak to management they seemed concern talked about a possible discount during checkout. Did not receive this and did not bother to remind them. For the price I recommend a different hotel.

This is a great resort with great staff. Much thanks to Drago who was our concierge and to the tremendous staff all over the resort. The bad press has been overblown and is hurting tourism here. You will not regret going here and will not be disappointed. Nothing to be scared of.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. Our server on the beach, Nelson, was awesome! Highly recommend to anyone!

Everything was totally awesome. My only suggestion is better music and entertainment at the pool during the day. It was very spa like all day and I prefer a little more upbeat tempo. The people were unbelievably kind and friendly.
