The pool's are nice. The location great. The food was very poor. My room shower head was filthy. The bed was hard with metal springs and the pillows were so flat filled with cotton. Very uncomfortable. My toilet bathroom seat did not stay up. Because in the night there wasn't really nothing to do the TV had a great selection of channels but they were all cloudy or bad audio. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

It was a good experience. But some items that need resolution: 1. Power sockets in the rooms don’t work, except for one 2. Not availability of fresh orange juice in the breakfast 3. Servers work more as busman than waiters. In other riu facilities this is not a problem 4. Speciality restaurants offering buffet rather than menu options. This leaves a bad experience as guest going to the restaurants are picking this option due to the desire of breaking the routine and wanting a different experience Regards Oscar S.

loved every single part of this trip. It was safe, people was nice, beach amazing.

Beds were terrible, staff was happy and nice. Don't trust house keeping, they stole our clothes and a phone. The doors are paper thin and it's hard to sleep at night. We switched rooms 2 times because the first room had a molded mattress and black mold in the bathroom. Drain in the shower didn't drain. The food is 2 out of 5. Place was a party Haven for young kids and it was hard to relax. The beach was nice and the water was beautiful. Do not go to the casino on the property, they will Rob you. Overall the staff was ok but I wouldn't go back the rooms were basic and the beds suck! Also they refused to give is a 1350.00 resort credit we earned for booking with them, also Orbitz hasent done anything to help us yet either, someone broke out door and they made me pay to fix it or they said they would remove us from the property.

They need more food variety. The area needs to be cleaner. I saw cockroaches at the bar. Other than that everything was great

The service was horrible. Staff was an attending, disrespectful, and not at all accommodating. I am fluent in Spanish, so I was able to communicate with them, but I would start out talking to them in English and get nowhere, because their English is nonexistent in most of the cases. The food was not very impressive either. There are plenty of restaurants, but if you didn’t go to dinner right at 6 PM, you would have to wait for hours at a time, do to amount of people there. There was also no resort credit, as the reservation had promised. Very disappointing trip.

We did not like the food in any of the restaurants. We liked our room but didn’t have WiFi for 5 of the eight days we were there. The room phone did not work for seven of the eight days and could not communicate with our friends. We will not stay at this property again.

A highly recommended, because its a beautiful place with amazing sunset!

Everything is perfect!! Very nice people!! Food entertainment everything is nice i am this hotel tree times

This was my first time to Punta Cana and i loved every minute of it. This resort is beautiful and ALL THE STAFF was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel or the staff. If you want to vacation with your family this is the place to go

Hotel is a bit old but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beach front hotel, great food and very welcoming staff.

The rooms smelled of mildew. The first ground floor room we were provided with had a strong mold smell, enough for us to have breathing trouble within the first 15 minutes. We were provided with another room on the third floor which had a very faint mildew odor but it was much better than the first room.

Staff there was amazing! The resort was never dirty and if needed anything staff was accommodating. The rooms could use a little updates but your never really in there but to sleep. They definitely keep you entertained there!

Customer service and staff was great!!, plenty of activities to do and plenty of food, we love everything
