Very good

Resort was amazing !

Very good Garden maintenance

Beautiful place, loved the resort, the beach, the pool, the riu party, the club, the scenery was gorgeous, and most of the staff was helpful. For the staff that didn’t speak English, they were not helpful. Even if you try to speak Spanish, did you say they don’t understand it. There are no elevators so if your room is on the 3rd floor, like ours, hope your man is strong. The staff in the eating areas were the best, everyone was so helpful and sweet. Covid rules were not in effect, we stayed on the resort and came home with Covid. We had lots of fun, went to one riu party, spent lots of time in the pools, but for us Covid isn’t that bad but if you have a weak immune system, I wouldn’t recommend. You serve your own food so you have everyone touching all the serving utensils and hovering over the food. The specialty restaurants open at 6:30 and are very limited capacity. The food was ok, same everyday, and we were over it by mid week, barely any Dominican food. The beach was gorgeous and the view amazing. All the stores are hustlers even on property so beware. The riu party was so much fun and live but it had a lot of people and it was packed out. Couldn’t get any drinks there it was so packed. I’m pretty sure that’s where we got Covid, but we knew the risks. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Entertainment lacked, it was better in Costa Rica. Overall, we had a great time but I don’t think I’d visit again.

I loved that this hotel had a lot of pool access & kid friendly areas. Overall very nice, would definitely stay here again with my family

Over I would say that our stay was good. The staff very friendly, hotel is clean. The room was a nice size but needs some TLC, the fan in the bathroom was loud as well as the fan in the room. The phone in the room was not working for our whole stay. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were like pancakes (flat).

First I would like to say it was our wedding week. Our tv was broken, the outlets were broken, the iron was broken, there was 2 blackouts. A wing from the ceiling fan flew off.

The service the staff everything was excellent

Very happy 👍

Kids friendly. Food and Customer Service were terrible.

Is like

I like that it was really close to the beach. Also the different pools and locations were excelent. The only bad thing was the towel service since there is only one location where to get them and usually the persons attending weren't very friendly and helpful.

The outlets didn’t work

i would not recommend this place to anyone, it was my first time in D.R and unfortunate picked the wrong place to stay. lousy, dirty, food horrible, cheap drinks, poor customer service.

Slippery floors thoughout (outside and inside). Poor design, all floors should be anti-slip. Spaces where food is served is extremely slippery. Staff at dining areas are not very helpful, seems you only get their full attention if you tip them. Poor quality beverages, soda machines contantly broken.
