The service was excellent, very clean and the people around very friendly. The nighy shows could be better, but at least it has something for night entertainment. Riu Party was awesome

Estadía en Ríu Bambu

Hola! Todo estuvo muy bueno, excepto que pedí 2 veces en recepción una sábana caliente porq en la habilitación no había y no me la entregaron hasta dos días tarde. El hotel es buenísimo excepto que no cuenta con ascensor para las habitaciones lo que hace la estadía un poco agotador y más para los trabajadores por tantas escaleras. En ese caso no es apto para personas mayores con condiciones las cuales se les dificulta caminar.

over all a very good trip, getting there was easy , i had pre booked and paid a taxi to and from the resort, they way there was good but driver did not show on the way back i had to pay anothe 50 us to get a cab, the resort said its always a scam threw expedia , the resort was nice , bedding smelled musty every day and was changed everyday, i flew flair airlines and on the way back after 30 min being late they loaded us and sat there 2 hours plus before leaving , this is because if they dont there is a 60 dollar fee returned to you , but they dont have to pay if your loaded..one this was getting drinks was slow, and there is lots and lots of kids on ths resort..over all , i wont fly flair no more, or pre book a ride , or go to this resort with the amount of kids.( and yes i know its a family resort but there was lots ! )
