The resort will not let certain drivers (transport) into the hotel to pick you up for excursions or even to the airport if they are not regulars that come to the resort. They make you pay for a taxi to take you to the front gate. The beds were super hard & very uncomfortable & no good TV connection. Channels blurry & maybe 3 English channels that were super blurry. Would not book at this hotel again.

The spa was good , but it will be better if you got transportation to the spa. The spa Pool was amazing , but the re was to much out of service or not working at the moment .

Very uncomfortable stay. Rooms are clean but between the rusted fixtures, mold infestation through the hotel hallways, doors not closing securely and rooms. Staff shown pure disregard to African Americans and refuse to service us.
