El hotel no era tan kids friendly como esperaba. Faltan tener más actividades para los niños, como hojas para pintar en los restaurantes. Estando en un país tropical deben estar preparados para hacer actividades bajo techo como por ejemplo colocar los inflables en el salón grande que está al lado de Vino Vino. Asistimos al desayuno con los personajes. A las 9am nos recogieron los platos y no habíamos terminado de comer. Un servicio fatal! Si nos quería sacar del restaurante hay otras formas de hacerlo. Los chicos en general amables pero muy perdidos! Daban información errónea! Sinceramente no regresaría al hotel. Si se hacen llamar Nickelodeon deben mejorar la experiencia, ser más amigable para niños y hacer la decoración más Nick!

Everyone was very friendly and areas were pretty clean. It needs more AC around the property. Also some days it felt room wasnt fully cleaned, they just re-did the bed without changing the sheets or put the same towels back up. Alcohol was unlimited but very diluted. Things around the resort needs to be reasonably priced, everything was over priced. 1 shirt was $95 or bottle of corona was $6.

my 10 year old son was rudely spoken to because of how “big” he is the pools were dirty and kept getting shut down for”cleaning” the staff would completely ignore you as if you weren’t speaking with them. the room was used the bed was broken bugs in the room the tub didn’t work it was o bad we left the next morning also the food really was terrible we were starving we had to leave the resort in order to eat

The property was excellent for the kids.We all enjoy ourselves. The restaurant food was good but some restaurant was busy then other at dinner time. Room was clean and looked as picture it what you expect at a 5 star resort.

The day my daughter and I arrived it’s around 6/7 pm. The lights in the room were not working and treats were left for us however there were bugs all over it and the table. I had to clean up for an hour to ensure all the bugs were gone. The lights kept going out in the room we didn’t have lights for up to 45 mins for 2 days. I speak English and a lot of the staff speak Spanish it was difficult to understand. Food was good expected for the ran out of stuff. I ordered room service the first night it never came.

Visited with family of 4. Had a great time at the resort. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere you went. Great food options throughout the day. Plenty access to pools and ocean. Great activity pool for kids. Great evening entertainment and events throughout the day. All in all a great place and I would recommend to friends.

I decided to give Nickelodeon Punta Cana a try after seeing the Summer of Spongebob advertised as my child is a huge fan. The property is beautiful and overall well maintained. There are some issues with the decking around the main pool that need maintenance such as boards coming loose and some that sink when stepped on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it is an excellent destination for families with young children. I would have liked more options for interacting with characters. There are upcharges for getting special appointments with them, but it would be nice to see them out and about more on the resort.

Food could be better.

The staff is not knowledgeable and most don’t speak English. The day it was raining, every place had a leak. Our room, restaurants, kids club and bars. Food service at wok wok was poor, food wasn’t good at Space restaurant.

The waterpark, nightly entertainment and kids club were second to none for a kid’s (and parents) dreams. So much to do constantly do, loved everything. I did feel there were a few areas that I could see wear and tear that I wouldn’t expect for a facility of this age and caliber, but overall it was a fantastic vacation for all!

(1/3) TERRIBLE! El personal es poco amable desde la entrada. Para hacer el check in tuvimos que esperar una fila de 20 personas con solo 2 personas atiendiendo (a los que estaban haciendo check in Y CHECK OUT). La habitación al principio no tenía agua caliente, el sofá cama TERRIBLE, súper incómodo. El aire acondicionado empezó a a oler a húmedo, nos dijeron que iban a cambiarnos de habitación y nunca lo hicieron. El staff de los restaurantes nos dejo mucho que desear con su atención (piensan que hechandote en cara lo que hacen por ti van a recibir mas tips) “uy, eso si que no hay pero déjeme ver si yo le consigo, acuérdese de mi, mire que yo le estoy haciendo un favor” WOW SORPRENDENTE REALMENTE QUE PARA DEJAR TIPS UNO TENGA QUE SER AMENAZADO POR LOS MESEROS (esto pasaba en los restaurantes de la noche). El el buffet principal, nada más y nada menos que la persona que preparaba los mariscos decidía a quien si y a quien no darle camarones (a los que no, normalmente extranjeros no hispanos) les decía que no había, y a las personas de habla hispana les decía que si había. Esto de llama RACISMO SEÑORES y puede ser demandado y penado por la ley. Las instalaciones para los niños está bien, para ellos. Sin embargo el “kids club” dejó mucho que desear tanto por el personal y cómo es posible que a las 5pm cierren?. El menú de niños (el mismo menú con 4 opciones). Estamos muy decepcionados al escuchar acerca de las inconsistencias con el nivel de servicio que encontró. Por lo general, somos conocidos por brindar a nuestros huéspedes estadías excepcionales desde el momento en que llegan hasta el momento en que se van. Dentro de Club Nick, tenemos actividades bajo techo y AC para niños desde los 4 años, de 9am a 5pm. Los niños pueden jugar, aprender y crear todos los dias que estén aquí. Mas tarde, de 7pm a 9pm Club Nick tambien esta abierto. Los inflables son otra opción a las actividades. En el Show Lounge tenemos apariciones de personajes, juegos interactivos con el team nick y entretenimiento para los niños de corazón que ya son adultos. En la alberca principal, tenemos globo de slime sorpresa, clase de bachata, clase de salsa, aqua fit. En la playa tenemos baseball, volley ball. Como hotel familiar, siempre estamos en búsqueda de mucho mas y constantemente innovando con las actividades de los niños. Tenga la seguridad de que hemos hecho llegar sus comentarios a los jefes de cada departamento correspondientes para su revisión interna. Esperamos en un futuro tener la oportunidad de hospedarlo nuevamente para una estadía que realmente supere sus expectativas.Cordialmente,
