i was there for my son's 5th birthday and was really disappointed with the overall experience especially because of how expensive it is. I am Dominican and was so disappointed in the way my family and i were treated. We werent given the service that other families were given, for example, i asked for apple juice for my kids and went to go get them food from the buffet which took me 10 mins. When i came back my husband told me they still hadn't received the drinks and the family next to us not only got their drinks but also got refills and had arrived after us. It was like that all 3 days we were there except for one young lady who was very kind and all money we were going to tip the others we gave to her but we met her on our last day there. If they think youre going tip good then the treat you nice. I guess they judge us off of appearance. Also the room could've been cleaned way better. You can tell they don't wipe down the sink area with all the scum and grime. When we got there the checkout took approximately 20mins and my kids were tired and hungry. By the time check in was completed the buffet was closed. We were told to go to another food area they have so we went. The "chimi" they served there was a regular dry Hamburger not even cheese was added. i was so disappointed with the food. the buffet food was ok but the best food and service we received was from Verdello(itialian restaurant) their server Marcos was incredible.
