Property is okay, need a little more maintenance, room needs to be better it had a weird smell especially the bed headboards and some of the closets bathrooms cleanliness was not great either also one of the TV in the room didn’t work.

the room was clean and organized the food was bland the steak was hard the waiters a la carte restaurant were not cordial I wait at the table for 45 minutes I stand and talk to the head waiter and ask him if I had 40 minutes sitting nobody had gone to ask me what I would order, much less to put water on the table, I answer that my family and I were short of staff We stood up from the table and went to the buffet.

So what I liked- the entertainment at night was nice and they had a lot of pool options. I traveled with 3 kids. What I did t like- lots of mosquitos at that time. The concierge failed to make me a reservation because system was down and then I went to another concierge and there were no time availabilities but I convinient o es so off to the buffet where the dishes weren’t that clean or available And tables were few and I sat next to dirty dishes cart which was gross. Not a lot of food options . lo m

The Luz customer service was excellent

Hotel was great for family vacation. Luz at the front desk was amazing and helped with every detail. She definitely makes you feel special. She is amazing with kids. My daughter loved her.The Mediterranean and Japanese restaurant the food was the best. The spa is great.

Great for family vacation with lots to do for all age groups. The staff works hard to provide exceptional entertainment each night! Always something to do! The checkin process could go more smoothly and take less time. Buffet food is ok at best. Hibachi and french cuisine was our favorite. Our family loved the waterpark, sports bar and coffee & ice cream shop on site. Boucard was our concierge and was very friendly. Niki helped us as well and was extremely helpful throughout our stay - if i needed any help she was a text away. Make sure you book excursions with Mel (in the pink shirt)! Overall we had a great time!

It was very clean we enjoyed the pool .

The staff was amazing from beginning to end. Luis Moriño, the assistant manager, walked around the hotel throughout day and night making sure quality and client satisfaction was guaranteed. Our concierges, Boucard and Nikky, made sure our dining reservations were ready and that our supplies of water and sodas were met daily. Our sheets and towels were clean and neat. Overall, a great experience.

We spent a week at the Grand Sirenis all inclusive hotel with our 2 kids. We had a great time and the resort has lots of pros and few cons. The property is beautiful and easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly. The food is average but there are plenty of choices. Something for everyone. There were lines at the bars but we never waited for more then a few minutes which wasn't ever a big deal. The majority of the pool area is 7 feet deep. This was something that surprised us. The 1 swim up bar only has a few stools and was always packed like 6 people deep. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had no ventilation and needed some updates but nothing major. Our biggest con was the free special breakfast that was scheduled for us. They swore up and down that it wasn't a time share but requested we bring all our credit cards and sign a waiver. We refused but after talking to others found out it is a timeshare for their club membership. People told us they wasted 4-5 hours being guilted and pressured into buying in. So glad we said no from the beginning and refused the breakfast. No one needs that on vacation. I would also highly recommend DAT transportation for an airport shuttle. They were amazing, reasonably priced, and scheduled everything based on our flight times.

The staff offers the best quality service I have ever had, and they do an incredible job keeping the resort clean, and the people happy. The beaches are beautiful, and the people are amazing. The rooms are also extremely comfortable!! 10/10 recommend

Horrible, flies in food. People vomiting everywhere sick of the stomach, mold mildew everywhere. Cats and dogs in property, public rinse showers doesn’t work anywhere, public bathrooms nasty, if you want to die sooner go here.

Bedroom sheets and pillows had a bad smell on them. The room had a smell of humidity, and the hotel buffets had also a bad smell.

We had a very relaxing stay. Our room was cleaned daily. The grounds were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and our concierge, Bouchard and Joshu were very accommodating and upbeat! Not sure if there names but a lady at the Lobby bar and another lady at the bar by the pool buffet, ALWAYS had a vodka and soda ready for me!! Our only bad moment was going to a breakfast in the ULC. It was a ploy to get us to invest in the club and wasted a couple hours of our time. I wouldn’t recommend going. Overall, everything was lovely!!!
