Perfect Hotel

Very nice property with a lot of fun options. The food options were satisfying but less diversified and abundant than other all-inclusives I have stayed at. Compared to the team at Dreams Resort and Spa, the team at Sirenis was much less engaging. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly return again.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and happy, the food was good and plentiful, the beach and pool was excellent and beautiful. It was a true paradise. I went with my three daughters 14, 15, 17 and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The hotel is good

The hotel is not organized, had other guess opening my room, game the same room to 2 different families, one of our room was robbed in cash and credit card, we reported and the hotel did not cared, the smell of the rooms is horrible.

The resort was beautiful. You could not ask for anything better. The staff was very professional and accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommending this resort to our family and friends. Not negative to add.

No thank was nice

I loved how spacious the entire resort is. I loved the excellent customer service we experienced, from People such as Brandor, Yaque, Ramona and Diana. Brandor and Yaque were extremely accessible any time we needed a service. The accommodations suited our needs perfectly. We definitely plan a return trip and have already made recommendations to friends and family on where they should stay. Of course the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana.

The property is great for doing different things every day. We enjoyed our time in that hotel..

Big area, lots of pools and natural environment.

We had 2 rooms and were assigned 2 personal concierge who were supposed to aasist us theoughout our stay. One of them Angel was mainly focused on harassing my 22 year old daughter attempting to make sexual passes at her every chance he got. He even called her room and asked if she had a boyfriend. My husband later on pulled him to the side and demanded that he stopped this immediately. We made dinner reservations with him for each night we were going to be there only to end up at the reataurant and be told we had no reservation. Angel never did his job and booked the reservations as he was moe focused on harassing my daughter.We ended up going to bed hungry due to the only other aternative being the buffets whixh we tried our firat night and food was horrible. I paid for a family suite which is supposed to be one of their top rooms however the room was horrible which i reported immediately and they stated they had nothing in my category they would have to down grade me so i endured the nasty room for the reat of my stay. The bathroom was filthy the room was dusty, the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable as was the bed. The property was very unkept and i would never stay there again.

wasn’t what I expected. The food was horrible I didn’t eat most evenings and the soap provided gave me a rash and made my skin peel severely. the staff especially my personal concierge was very unprofessional he kept making jokes and flirting rather than making my dinner reservations for each night. He did not take note of anything i told him to the point where 3 out of the 6 nights i did not have dinner reservations because he forgot to put them in. So i was stuck with the buffet food which i did not like so i did not get to eat 3/6 of my nights.

The resort and staff were amazing. We really enjoyed all the food and amenities. The night time shows were amazing. The kids loved all the beach activities, the water park, and the food. Would definitely stay here again!

A good place to bring family 👪 small kids' stuff very friendly helps to babysit, take your kids to the doctor, play with them, and help to feed them and willing to assist you with any issues. Also very attentive concierge which will assist you with all your issues like a step up appointment for PCR test which cost 35 dollars. In order to get top-notch services, you need to have a black bracelet, which will give you extra benefits and perks and

Is ok for what you paid

The only thing that we don’t like was the beach and also some of the bar tenders were rude.
