room was humide but normal for dominican. and i didnt put the ac on since it was not hot for me to turn it on. if i would have turned it on might of cut humidity. staff is very nice. food is good/okay but it is not typical dominican food. its a mix of different places to make everyone happy.

Our stay at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames was disappointing and not worth the price. We booked an “oceanfront” room, only to find that the ocean was barely visible from the balcony—clearly misleading, as the photos on their website appear to be from premium member-only rooms. The rooms are located far from the main lobby and restaurants, and the lack of an accessible cart service feels like a deliberate tactic to push guests into buying their private membership. Food was just average: while there are several restaurant options, the buffet menu never changed during our stay, making meals repetitive and boring very quickly. The worst part, however, was the aggressive and deceptive membership sales pitch. We were told the tour would take a maximum of 90 minutes, but it dragged on for nearly 3 hours. The so-called VIP breakfast was mediocre with very limited choices, and the finance representative we had to meet at the end was rude and unprofessional, clearly upset when we declined the offer. Overall, the resort feels more focused on upselling memberships than providing an honest, relaxing guest experience, and we would not recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. The service throughout the resort was excellent—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The activities were very good and well organized, adding a lot of fun to our stay. Special recognition goes to Kyle, the lobby concierge, who was incredibly helpful and friendly; Yudy at the reception, who provided excellent assistance with a warm smile; and El Natural at the main bar, whose great energy and service made every visit enjoyable. Thanks to the amazing staff, our stay was memorable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Punta Cana. The only aspect that could be improved is paying a little more attention to the cleaning of the showers. Aside from that small detail, everything was excellent.

Was great for families with young kids. Adults got Little bored after couple days as there was nothing much inside the resort other than relaxing. we could have enjoyed with more fun activities available exclusively for adults. Restaurants were not so great but ok. Everything else was great. Certainly recommend this resort

I recently stayed at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort offers a beautiful beachfront location with pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for a relaxing getaway. All the Expedia stuff was great they are very reponsible but we found room roaches and food was not great no chicken item.

Hotels.com (and Expedia) intentionally lets you book teens as adults so your cost looks much lower than it should. When you check-in at the desk with Expedia flags all over it, they start on the rehearsed skit saying you owe a difference. I can afford to pay the difference, but I shouldn’t have to pay more than the contracted price. Small claims court in Oklahoma, here I come! Resort is beautiful, food is pretty terrible, bug bites in bed, some workers are amazing and others hate their lives, about an hour from the airport with nothing to do around it

The room was spacious and well-maintained. The cleaning crew was excellent, ensuring the room was kept spotless each day. On one occasion, they forgot to provide new towels, but I consider this a minor oversight that could happen to anyone. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The primary drawback of our stay was the food, especially for vegetarians. The options were extremely limited, leaving us with little more than bread, rice, beans, and vegetables for our meals. I was disappointed by the absence of more diverse vegetarian dishes like tacos, enchiladas, burritos, or fajitas, which I was hoping would be available. Beyond the limited selection, the buffet area consistently ran out of food, and the staff appeared reluctant to refill the stations in a timely manner. Ironically, even with its flaws, the buffet was still preferable to the specialty restaurants, where the food was decidedly mediocre.

The resort, activities, food, staff were great! The only disappointment was the rooms. They look dated and the worse part was the restrooms, the condition of the sink, tub and toilet are very deteriorated and the walls have lots of mold. This hotel shouldn’t be rated as 5 stars. Kyle and Woodley helped us during the check out process making it very easy and fast.

The service was poor, especially compared to Mexican all inclusive resorts. Many of the amenities didn't work. The basketball court was closed during the busiest time of the year. The machines were out. The beach was nice, but dirty in many spots.
