Great vacation lots of good restaurants & entertainment

property is ok. service is not. people speak no English. At a breakfast have to ask few times to get a cup of coffee. Some customer services people has to be retrain. especially front desk and very nasty woman who is in charge for shuttle transportation. Very rude . But biggest problem is lock of English. Restaurants are OK. I know she das not work for the hotel , but there should be better communication between her and front desk.

Facilities are beatuiful. Overall cleanliness is impressive. Resort layout is perfect. The weather could not have been better all week. Staff is extremely friendly and fun given working circumstances. 5 star resort for sure. We had a great time here.

We were not given the room we requested (king bed, we were given 2 double beds) and were not told this until we arrived at the room. They said the hotel was sold out and they might be able to move us the next day but no guarantees. We were unable to book the dinner reservation we most wanted at the hibachi restaurant as it was sold out for the week. There were positions where speaking English was quite relevant to the job (i.e. front desk, guest services, wait staff) and unfortunately the employees were not up the task. The food at the buffet was quite good but the specialty restaurant food quality was subpar and the wait staff was overworked and not especially helpful.

The property is clean and well maintained. The layout is easy to navigate. There are activities included on the resort and a wide variety of excursions that can easily be coordinated with the concierge in one of the several lobby areas. There are many food options; you will never go hungry. The nightly show is entertaining and kids are welcome and encouraged to attend. Check in and check out went smoothly. There are a variety of shopping options on the resort, from basic needs to souvenirs to clothing and jewelry. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great staff, amenities and location. Trip arrangements were very good, transfer from airport to hotel was on time.

Resort services are really great. This resort is real haven and refreshing atmosphere all directions. Thank you barcelo bavero staff members. You guys doing such a great jobs for all travelers.

I loved this resort! The staff was insightful and extremely nice. There was one particular staff that stuck out to myself and my family. Her name was Luz Ramirez. She was working in the restaurant Mexico lindo on January 17. She really went out of her way to make our evening enjoyable. The architecture was beautiful. The Michael Jackson show was amazing. The only negative thing that I can say is that the rooms felt humid the whole time. The sheets seem damp because of the humidity. However that’s to be expected when having a room so close to the beach. I will definitely love to come back and stay at this same resort. I will be recommending this resort to any family members or friends. Keep up the great work!

Very nice hotel with everything in need beutifuls views

Nice hoyel but I think that the courtines have to be change, the one in my room were ripe, the room were clean too late, some staff member were nicer with the white tourists but the latin toiris I feel are not treated as nice. Over all I had a good time I like the food it was very nice.

Hotel staff are extremely rude and don’t want to help. Also the food is dreadful especially the breakfast (watered down eggs and stale bread) Good luck with dinner reservations, only time you’ll get a reservation is 9:30 or later and you’re lucky if they even make the reservation, twice during my stay they messed up the reservation and I couldn’t eat at the restaurant I reserved. Rooms smell really gross, a combination of rotten eggs and fart, don’t be surprised if you see bugs as well. Our room was on the golf course backing up to a pond so it caused an influx of bugs in our room and patio.

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff. Make reservations at the on-site restaurants because the buffet can be a bit unsatisfying.

We had an amazing time at this wonderful resort, staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing quality, lots of choice, beach is beautiful and pools are really good with great drinks choices,

It's Ok but isn't for more then 4/5 stars.I did visit last year Bahia Principe and over there was with 150$ cheaper per person for 7 days,and quality is the same and you can save 600$ if your family is from 4 people's.More then people from the staff don't speak English.I order white wine they bring me red...The worst think is internet.They charge you 5$ per day per device for Wi-Fi and quality is poor.Food is the same thing every single day.
