Terrible customer service. Room, was flooding due to upstairs guest overflowing balcony tub. No one, there in customer service barely speaks English enough to understand what was going on. I will never be coming back.

Loved everything about this resort! Beautifully maintained grounds, pools were very clean, staff was super friendly, beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Always found delicious food options at buffets and reservation-restaurants. Our family's favorite was the Japanese hibachi table. Loved the water sports - especially the catamarans! Wouldn't hesitate to go back to the same resort and do it all again!

No transportation available from hotel room to main area of resort…lost of walking.

The staff doesn’t speak English. It was very annoying to ask for a glass of water. If they could learn some words in English, like fork, plate, glass. The most essential words. The sea food restaurant was horrible. Make sure to call before going and get a good room, otherwise you will end up at a very far building from the beach. And you have to pay extra to stay at a closer building.

We had a great time! The property and staff were incredible!

Food needs to improve. Not 5 stars for food and 4 stars for service in general. a handful of staff were outstanding. Spa /Gym an shopping were good. Dance club was closed- but due to covid I believe. In general resorts need to require staff to be more outgoing and friendlier- especially 5 star type resorts. Otherwise we enjoyed and room was a good value

Friendly staff and service but food even though plenty quality was poor. Again even even though check-in staff was friendly but provide zero information about services available, lay out of the resort, location of accomodation in resort etc

Amenities were great. Room was great. Activities were great. Food was terrible including the buffets and all restaurants. Service was terrible and staff were super rude. Purchased a photography session that cost $150 dollars for 15 pictures and never received them.

This was my third time in PC and first at this particular resort, do not recommend and will not be going back. Food at the buffet was awful, bad quality and everyone in our group felt bloated and sick afterwards. We also had a hard time finding things the kids would eat. Restaurant food was ok. Massage was also not great, it was cut short and not as described. Staff was not properly trained, we never got a map and nobody explained where things were or tried to be helpful. Be smarter than I was and listen to the recent reviews. On the positive side, the place is beautiful and great if you are traveling with kids.

We really liked the facilities and specially the friendly Staff from Barcelo Bavaro Palace, always very helpful there!! We enjoyed a lot every minute staying there!!
