We really enjoyed staying at Barcelo Bavaro! Clean, nice with great view and landscape! Staff are wonderful ( but if you know better Spanish you will get better service for room or restaurants!). And guys who runs activities, sports and Zumba dances are AMAZING and fun especially NOW when all shows are canceled due to Covid-19. I will definitely come back with family soon.

Beautiful property as well as view and access to beach. Clearest water compared to any other resorts in Bavaro.

The hotel is big, has a lot pools and entertainment for the whole family but The staff needs more training on how to treat guests, I personally felt so disappointed with that treatment we got, pretty much everyone was so rude, I was not the only one complain about that. Also the cleaning staff need more training on how clean property I stayed in a junior suite Ocean front I was in a “Premier room” didn’t feel like that at all the bathroom smelled like a public restroom.

The beach was incredible and clean. Pool and kids water park was awesome. Buffet was ok with very limited options for vegetarians and had to request staff to properly clean the tables multiple times. The restaurant, part of all-inclusive package, are very good but made it difficult to get reservations. The first two days I waited in line for 1/2 hr to make reservations only to be told that they are completely booked and have no openings for duration of our stay. I had to literally fight in order to get reservations for the last 2 nights we were there and when we went for dinner, there were at least 5 open tables which weren’t kept open for social distancing

I like that it had everything lots to do. But I didn't like that there wasn't a bar later at night and variety of food. It was basically the same food over and over again. Like they just put left overs every time.

Really disappointing and the staff was unhelpful. Checked out early, not worth it.

Items were stolen from the pool area and the staff was not helpful at all in order to be able to check their security cameras to be able to get them back

The location was great as well as the staff. The downfall was there was really no fun activities to do on the resort unless you pay for it. The food and drinks could’ve been better as well. I would go back

the property was amazing, a couple of minor flaws in the room, almost all the staff was amazing. there is a waiter at the mexican restaurant thats if look hipanic he doesnt want to serve you. we sat at our table and saw him literally go to 4 other table that had just sat down, and took their oders. he then came to our table and acted like we was distubing him.. same thing at the bar by the buffet. they are all simles until a hispanic asks for something..

very bad experience with tour workers they wanted to charge me for a tour that i did not go. when I went and canceled and showed them the proof because I couldn't go. they were very rude I can't recommend that place they ruined my vacation
