Eventhough reception is huge with multiple lanes check-in was exremly teadious around and hour plus give or take. WiFi was unstable and slow accross hotel (Lobby, Buffett, Room, Pool area, Beach), sewage smell accros lobby corridors and rooms toilets dont flush correctly across the hotel. Got sick on Bohio Dominicano Buffett, expired yogurt was served daily and room temperature food trays. Room was outdated with plumbing issues, shower didn't drain well and extractors not working. Lightfixtures broken.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They rate themselves as a five start hotel but there were TERMITES everywhere!!! I woke up with a rash all over my body everyday and did not understand why. One day I come back to my hotel room and I see TERMITES all over the bathroom sink, personal items, and the bed. I called to complain and for them to give me new toothbrushes but they took one hour to bring me the toothbrushes, didn’t apologize for the termites or come in and to see what I was referring to. I had to take Benadryl because my reaction and rashes were getting worse to the point my throat was getting affected. I had to clean the termites myself but they kept coming back. When I went to complain during my checkout, their response was that they were a five star hotel. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU OR YOUR KIDS HAVE ANY TYPE OF ALLERGIC REACTIONS!!!! I saw cockroaches inside the establishments, every time you would walk inside a dining room or bathroom it smelled like dust and rotten wood. No service at the pool or beach, you have to get your own drinks and I have been to resorts where they bring you your own drinks at the beach and pool. The Mediterranean and Spanish restaurant were good, service exceptional. However, the steakhouse was absolutely awful, you couldn’t even stick your fork through the meat and I had to cut the steak for a solid two minutes. Personally, I have never seen a NY strip with bone but that’s what they served. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN.

It was good overall, we got a 4th floor no elevator room, and distance to dining, pool and beach was exhausting, other than that it was good, also washroom was clogged for 3 days until they come to fix it

Check in was very slow even though it didn't look too busy. There are many pools and the beach had a lot of seaweed. We weren't able to reallg enjoy that. The staff and service was unpleasant as staff didn't seem to want to answer questions, make drinks at bars, or provide service at the buffets. Most times we asked for something it was meant with a below average attitude. There was a male staff member that followed us one night and insisted on coming to our room (one of the girls was flirtacious) but it made me uncomfortable that i had to say no many times. Food was mediocre. It was nearly imposible to book any dinners at the restaurants because they were booked 4 or more days out and we weren't there that long. Overall, would not recommend or come again. Casino was fun and the disco was pleasantly a good time.

Everything about the property was nice. My only suggestion is to hire a few professional dancers to entice guests to actually dance at the disco. And hire a professionally trained chef instructor to train the kitchen staff.

I wasn’t amazed by the facilities features due to the lack of time to go everywhere.(is huge) besides the pool which I got to explore. But I will say, the food was one of the best I’ve tried in any hotel in the area, and the staff was very friendly and diligent. The treatment I got was worth every penny spent at this location. I’d like to give a shout out to Cesar Guerrero, is a personal butter that wasn’t even assigned to me, and he made every effort possible to make me and my family feel like we were royal family. Thank you so much guys!!!
