We don’t realize when we booked but Majestic Mirage is the nicest of the Majestic resorts. The resort is very nice — not too big to walk everywhere and not too small that there wasn’t enough to do. There were fun activities for adults and children alike (dart throwing competition for adults and circus games and Olympics for kids) but they don’t communicate the best about when those events are so make sure to ask. The resort is very clean and all staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. We will definitely return!

The steak restaurant was amazing! Food was good. Beautiful property. Room was nice and cold the entire stay. Loved that. Bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping does not change sheets daily. Did not care for that. Also everyone is assigned a butler, we couldn't find ours most of the time. This is how you make reservations and other things to do. We found out at the end of the trip that he should have told us about photos and more. People were saying that they were getting daily itineraries on what to do, we received nothing. And he didn't acknowledge my birthday or make cute arrangements for dancing at the restaurants. I saw lots of people having special things done all arranged by their butler. He was not attentive.Alexandro was our butler. The Majestic was wonderful in all! Special thanks to Miguel, Omar, Daisy Raul, Jerry and Yamilex. Thank you for making my 50th birthday special!

The staff was absolutely amazing. DeLeon our butler was amazing. Juan at the beach swim up is awesome. Everyone on the staff was so friendly. There are extensive food options and overall the food was really good but not great. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Beautiful property and lots of pool and beach options. Never felt crowded.

This was the third visit for my husband and I, and the first for our kids(18 and 23). There is a reason we keep coming back and it's because the Mirage is outstanding. There are activities for all ages. The food is so fresh and tasty. So are the drinks! Elvis was our butler and we will definitely request him again. He took care of anything we needed promptly, and checked in with us frequently to see how our trip was going. Juan Bernardo took care of us every day at the pool. He is SO hard working and really made us feel at home. He is a gem. We will definitely return.
