Rooms were unique!!

If you are staying at the Majestic Mirage make sure you request HECTOR as your Butler!! He is very attentive, responsive and goes above and beyond to make your staying at the resort Memorable. The place is clean, food is amazing and they have shows and entertainment for kids and adults. Highly recommended!!

The majority of the staff were nice and the food was good. During my check in they told me that I only reserved 2 rooms and that I would need to pay for the 3rd room. I had to showed them my conformation email that indicated that I reserved 3 rooms. They apologize and noted that it was a system mistake. At checkout they were charging me for a service that I didn’t request or approved. Then they apologize and noted that it was a system mistake. Room service was unresponsive and unreliable.

Thought the staff was very short and rude. Took forever to get checked in once we were there and our butler wouldn’t respond to any messages. Food was okay, service everywhere was very slow. Rooms and facilities were very nice.

Very well Maintained property

This is a difficult review. Everything was very clean, and most of the staff was so incredibly friendly— there to make sure you’re having a great time and to make sure you have everything you need. The entertainment staff and the wait staff in particular, were amazing. So fun and welcoming. My brother went to this resort before us and explained to us the process of having a butler, etc. He loved his butler who was there for everything he needed. We did not have that experience. We did not hear from our butler and he did not answer our calls. Not a big deal, because other staff members were always there to help. Food was plentiful, though the restaurants that required reservations were booked ahead of time and we did not get to try hibachi or italian. The buffet was great, the games and night shows fun, the drinks were delicious. All of this to say, our first day honestly sucked. Our butler, as I mentioned, was not helpful. The check-in process took two hours, and then we were lead to a musty room. I tried to get past the smell but noticed later that the bed was soaking wet! Every surface in the room was moist. I called the front desk and they said they would tell housekeeping to bring new bedding. Not the best solution, but hey i’ll take it. it’s 10pm and i’m tired from a 3am flight. Long story short, there was a lot of back and forth, we were never given the new bedding. By 1am they gave us a new room. The new room was wonderful. 10/10 after the first day!

The rooms itself were very damp and mildew smelling , Every single room they tried giving us had that smell and feel . The resorts amenities and staff were wonderful. The hospitality was grand .

Great staff and beautiful beach!!

Staff was amazing! Little bit of a language barrier but nothing that can't be worked through. Food is average but again not a deal breaker. Beautiful atmosphere & property!

Service and room was the best, food was good but not excellent

Well the food was a bit off like no salt or pepper But the overall as great the on site COVID test was helpful to be able to come back to the USA

loved everything but the 4th floor zacuzzi. the thing did not fill fast nor it drained fast.
