We were there for 6 days, 5 nights in Mid-February. We had an amazing time. Check in process was seamless. Drinks were served right away. Reyes was very friendly and accommodated us very nicely. Bolivar was assigned as our Butler. He was a blessing throughout. This guy is a gem. He is on top of his stuff. He decorated our room beautifully for our anniversary. Bolivar helped us arrange excursions as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Highly recommended. We will definitely go again!

Excellent resort grounds, clean lobbies and bars, the staff speak better English than at the other two Majestic hotels, better service, slightly better food and alcohol compared to the Elegance. Overall a newer hotel with far fewer children so if you're looking to enjoy more peace and quiet, that's the place for you. I did not notice pool parties or other annoying loud activities.

This was our second vacation spent at the Majestc Mirage and it did not disappoint. The report is remarkably clean and breathtaking. The staff are attentive to our every need. My personal butler Lionel Richie is a perfect human that takes his job very serious and puts the needs of the clients at the top of his priority list. The wine professional “William” made our nights out informative and entertaining. We give this resort 11/10 stars and will most definitely be back as soon as we can!

Let me start by saying the staff were amazing and made us feel like family. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the beach unbelievable. Our butler, Leonel Frias was very attentive and made our stay enjoyable. The food was good and the nightly entertainment a lot of fun. The room, however, was a little tired and our room location was less than desirable - we were opposite a drop zone for guests, staff, food deliveries and maintenance carts for a different hotel just opposite our room. Golf carts would beep while reversing to leave the drop zone and it was very annoying - it started first thing in the morning and usually stopped around 11:00pm. It put a damper on things when we were in the room and we had to keep the doors closed.

Overall nice place, older crowd, and there were kids at the resort, our building was “adults only” but you share the common areas and restaurants with children. Our Butler Junior was kind and very helpful! There was a language barrier with other staff members. They also allow smoking throughout the resort, no dedicated smoking areas

The highlights were the Bali beds around the pool, our butler Candido, who is the best, all the bar staff, housekeeping staff etc. Breakfast at the seaside buffet is excellent as was lunch. We really made use of the VIP Lounge for the sushi (especially the plentiful ahi tuna). Check in and out was fast and flawless. We will be back.

Rooms were clean. Butler was helpful. Nice variety of food. We were there 6 nights, which was perfect. Take cash for tips. Lock your credit cards in the safe - one of our party did not do this and had his card compromised by illicit charges the week after we left.

The place is constantly being cleaned by the staff. Both the pool and the beach were perfect. Our butler Lisandro was terrific and helped when needed.

The service was good and the food was average but a lot of options. Resort was very clean, the room and balcony was very big and impressive. Lots of chairs were available at the beach or pool!
