Our stay at the Mirage was fantastic. Once you get to the resort you are welcome in a air conditioner lobby with food and refreshments which out pretty cool after traveling in the plain. The food choices were great and fresh. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The 24hr sport bar lets you snack around after kitchen is close plus the room service. Besides the drinks, one thing I really like was the Mixologist José Luis. He goes around in a rolling bar preparing phenomenal drinks (highly recommended). Over all we had a great time. We will be deff going back.

Waste of money. Rooms need renovation. A lot of mosquitos. Consierge is invisible, always busy. Casino is just few machines and tables, very primitive.

The spa was amazing and the butler assisted to us (Candio) was phenomenal. All the staff members that we encountered were great and very hospitable.

Majestic Mirage was amazing, I hope the property and staff stay the same, the property was very clean and staff very friendly and educared.My favorite restaurant was the steak house followed by the French restaurant. I wouldn’t mind working there just for the tropical weather lol .

The landscaping was beautiful, the staff was always trimming the grass or cleaning the pool. Beach was clean and free of debris. Easy access to food and clean rooms was a convenience. As a family we all enjoyed the shows and activities

The beach was awesome. The food was very good. The staff was great. Out butler service by Wilbur Louis Silvestre was great.

We had a great time. Our butler, Diego, was a big help. He answered all of our questions quickly via What’s up app and our instant messaging. The only thing that I would say needed improvement was communication. Some staff didn’t understand English well.

We had very mixed feelings about the Majestic Mirage. The highlights are the pools, beach area and many bars. There is always something going on and the spa was one of the nicest we visited. On the downside, our room was worn (bathroom was a joke with low water pressure) and while some staff were very pleasant, many others seemed bothered by you (including our butler, who was nonexistent except for a daily text with a link to the restaurant schedule). The food was below average with the exception of the Japanese restaurant. You also have to put a towel down by the pool or beach by 8:30AM if you hope to have a spot, which is silly given the size and amount of staff, they should be able to better manage that process. Overall, we expected more from a resort ranked so highly.

PRO-Our Butler Arturo was amazing!From the moment that he introduced himself when we checked in to the moment we checked out he was very attentive.He would check on us a few time a day to see if we needed anything. He also tried to take care of the many many problems with our room from the moment we walked into it.Ac ,fridge , shower, hot tub all didn’t work in room. And the wood on the roof top deck was all broken and unsafe to walk on.He was able to get our room changed after the second night of it being unbearable with no AC.He is the one and only good and positive thing I can say about this resort CONS-The management for all our trouble wanted to give me 2 spa vouchers to swim in spa pool in exchange for me releasing the hotel of all responsibility if anything happened to us!I paid to be in the adult section for a peaceful vacation and yet families were allowed in the adult pool and the adult section of the beach.The housekeeping was awful we were lucky if we got two bath towels a day. And had to ask a few times for the room to be cleaned. The language barrier prevented you from getting your room cleaned to getting well done steak at the steakhouse. The steakhouse was awful you waited an hour plus for the food and when it did come it was not how you asked it to be cooked When you dial 0 the majority of the time no one would answer and if someone did they would transfer you to housekeeping or guest services and nobody would answer the phone after trying several times.

For a 5* resort this was anything but that. The communication from staff was not great. We had no instruction when we arrived and no instructions given to us when we left. We had to argue with staff multiple times and the language barrier did not help. The beach was overly crowded, and the food was mediocre.

Staff was absolutely incredible! Jose, our butler, was always available to help with everything from reservations, to scheduling our covid tests, to help with the room. Always responded quickly via What'sApp. Thomas and the animation team were great getting everyone involved with activities and just generally funny to chat with. Several members of staff also quickly jumped in to give me a hand when my girlfriend passed out from what I assume was heat exhaustion, brought us cold waters, stayed with us until she regained consciousness and was able to walk to go grab a cold shower and some food. Sky suite was incredible, loved having the jacuzzi on the roof with the day bed, 5 building was close to the ocean with a really nice view from the walkway. Loved the lazy river style pool, the shows were great. Margaritas on the rocks were delicious and free flowing. Wide spread of food options, the Japanese hibachi experience was incredible! Only complaint the hot water pressure was not great, the jacuzzi on the roof in particular took a while to fill but no big deal really. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place, but service is not so good, maybe due to covid restrictions.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty by the entire staff. Our butler Arturo really made our trip special. The drinks were off the chart (highly recommend the majestic which is like a frozen creamsicle and the dirty monkey which is like chocolate banana). The rooms were clean, the room service was always delivered within 45 minutes. The food was good - we did the buffet for breakfast which was served by people due to Covid but was always warm and fresh. For our dinners we did the steakhouse, Japanese and Italian - we loved the Japanese and Italian most. The mirage club is PERFECT for snack type foods like sandwiches, salads in a self serve station right by the beach. The pools were always clean and the staff was always extremely helpful. We had great pool service by Rosa and loved the animation team who pushed us to participate in water aerobics and volleyball. The ONLY letdown was the traffic at the beach with various vendors selling sunglasses, purses, jewelry, bathing suits. We were interrupted Atleast every 5 minutes by a new vendor which made us stop visiting the beach. The entertainment at night was great especially the michel Jackson show which was actually better than the Vegas show we saw. Overall, the service separates this resort amongst others therefore we will visit again!!

What I didn't like it wasn't a variety of live music. It was a drag. It wasn't up beat. no one really danced. Need more american music or mix it up and be more exciting. I notice the elegance was more upbeat and lively. I've been to mirage 6 times and elegance 2 times. I like elegance better. I enjoyed the martini bar. breakfast could be better. Spa was awesome. About 10 of us suppose to come back in June for 50th celebration but we will see.
