Overall, it was just okay. We had booked a king-sized room, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any more available. So, we had to settle for two queen-sized rooms. However, I must say that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My favorite was Ms. Yanet, who took care of all our accommodation needs. She checked on us more than enough! She was also very kind and attentive.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed 5 nights and felt very welcome from the moment we stepped foot on the property.. through the week the staff were absolutely phenomenal! Enjoyed the food and plenty of bottled water was available daily, through Expedia we were provided a designated resort consultant whom was extremely accommodating and compassionate for her job! Highly recommended this location and would stay again
