Incredible property!! Very safe area. Food is decent but remember it’s all inclusive. I didn’t like staff expected tips and made you feel uncomfortable. Lots of see weed but they do clean it every day.

Our stay was perfect - the room , the view from The ocean front building was amazing - our butler santo was so helpful and amazing the whole staff goes far and beyond to make u feel at home - the food was amazing for an all inclusive . Hector from the club lounge makes the best drinks - we will be back !!!

We were a family of 7 people, 3 adults and 2 children in one room and then 2 adults in a second room. We were able to get rooms on the same floor but not connecting, which were centrally located. Rooms were ver updated and spacious. Never had a AC problem. Room service available 24/7. It was a true paradise. The only things I would recommend, would be check in could be a little faster, staff could be more friendly(some seemed like they were miserable), and the timings of the restaurants could be broader. Overall we had a great time with my 6 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter.

The food was flavorless at the Market. All staff was nice wxcept the Italian reaturant hostess, she was rude. My shower ceiling had mold. Some pools had mold. Sheets smelled.

Overall, we were not completely satisfied and are disappointed. This is a family oriented resort. Young singles looking to have fun can maybe try Zilara. There’s nothing to do past 6pm here. Good: service, friendly staff, access Bad: wifi on the beach is weak. Most disappointing is that families have no access to restaurants at Zilara. We mainly booked for the French Tahitian and steakhouse at Zilara but were denied. No accommodations or room service from the Zilara restaurants were provided despite my complaint. Parents or families should not be excluded from Zilara restaurants. That is unprofessional and inconsiderate to families as parents should not be punished for coming to your resort with their children. For over $600 a night, your guests don’t want to just eat Italian pasta and hibachi every night. You need to make this right as we are very dissatisfied.

The resort is top notch. Service was excellent and it’s super clean. We were especially impressed with the staff and the variety of food at the Al la carte. We look forward to staying at all the Hyatt resorts around the world

Great property with very friendly staff. Lots of good restaurants and bars with great food options. We left our kids to do room service for few days to try out the restaurants on the Zilara side which were also fabulous. Free water sports options on the beach and the great water park on premise kept the kids busy. The kids/teen club was also enjoyed by them. The resort is new and the staff is new and inexperienced. Hopefully that fixes over time.

Beautiful grounds and well kept pools. Plenty of small heated pools that were perfect for our 2 and 4yo children to play in. Food is great for an all inclusive resort. Manuel, Romana, and dining staff were always attentive. Don’t forget to tip regularly, these staff members work very hard to make your trip special!

One of the most relaxing places! It’s breathtakingly beautiful with wonderful staff and dining options. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. We can’t wait to go back to the beauty!

Food, staff, drinks, cleaning was perfect. It was an all inclusive but you will feel it is made for you! Italian restaurant is outstanding! Terrific! I just recommend reviewing the deserts, the pillows and activities for pre-teens ( 10years - they are bored in kids club).

Our stay was AMAZING!! My husband, daughter, and I stayed for 7 days/6nights and enjoyed every minute of it! We did not upgrade to Club and don’t feel we missed out on anything. The hotel is stunning and kept so clean! The restaurants are delicious and offer a great selection- our favorite was Mercado Buffet for breakfast Tempest for Dinner! If you need a snack/coffee go to the coffee spot in the lobby! ALL of the staff go above and beyond for you and work so hard to make you sure you have everything you want/need. Our personal favorites were Whanda by the pool bar and Amado for activities! The evening shows are very good, but our favorite was the Michael Jackson show! The water park is so fun and offers multiple slides a lazy river (but it has water falls everywhere so don’t expect to be very lazy)! There’s a food truck there which offers burgers, nachos, hot dogs, fries…but there is no alcohol served (bummer, but understandable). We booked one excursion through the hotel: Boogies Dune Buggie Tour…it’s very good, but a little pricey in my opinion. My only suggestion is that the hotel include airport shuttle service to and from the hotel in their fees… when we arrived at the airport we weren’t sure if this was something the hotel provided or if we had to take a taxi (which we did for $40). I think your experience starts once you land and it would be nice not to worry about safe transportation in a foreign country. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend and would return!
