We had a phenomenal time at the Finest Punta Cana, D.R. Everything was Excellent from the time we arrived it has been the best experience. The property was amazing and the staffs were very attentive and made us feel welcomed! I would have given it 10 for over all stars! It was excellent! We can’t wait to go back soon!

I was there for 5 days and I finally had to calm the front desk to get the cleaned. The food was mediocre at best. The property is beautiful and the staff and service of all other employees was excellent

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel areas and the rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were great. The rooms were quiet and spacious. We would've liked more local music available and more dancing venues at night

Everything was great Except some of the restaurant's Clearly legends needs help When you order a salad and it has no greens and is just grilled onions and tomatoes it’s not a salad.

Its a great resort with more swimming pools than you can count. Its beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are huge and have all the amenities you need and more! The downside is, it's hard get the "free" food. Room service takes over an hour so you need to plan properly. There are no restaurants open for lunch so you are stuck with the room service or buffet for lunch. The quality and taste of the food is a hit and miss. It's easy for you to receive and incomplete order. Also, probably because the resort is new the staff is not well trained on the menus so it takes a long time to place the order to explain to them what you really want. Also, if you don't speak Spanish its hard to communicate with the staff.

The finest brand was highly recommended by my friends because they stayed with them in Cancun so we all wanted to go back again in punta Cana.but since this is a brand new resort half of the staffs in there are not quiet sure what they are doing and how to do customer service.they messed up my other two friends reservation ,the two excluded restaurants are worse two in the whole resort. Food is not good and whole dinner/breakfast took about two hours. I was stupid enough to leave my watch on the table so whoever had access to our room stole my watch.i reported to hotel they made it sound like lost and found, had me wrote down my contact will send it back to me if they find it.i spoke to one of the guest in the resort she said whoever went in to their room took $30 from their purse.so be careful.plus last two days they kept calling our room asking what time they should come pick up my luggage.i told them no I do not need them i only have one bag and don't trust them, they kept calling us to reconfirm and want me set a time to get my luggage. But over all most of the staffs on the ground and restaruants are very nice except the customer service crew at the VIP side
