Loved the variety of restaurants, mike’s shop for delicious treats and coffee, musicians playing in the beautiful lobby, Las Vegas night show, lazy river and much more. Disliked the rocks on the beach which prevented us from fully enjoying it.

One thing to know ahead of time is that this place is way away from anything and the casino doesn't ever open. Knowing those two clearly ahead of time would have meant a different choice in accommodations for us. We were and always are Privilege guests at Ocean Hotels. You might hear it's not worth it from people who don't know how to vacation. Privilege has its own check-in area which is nice. My guy helping me was great, Jean (?), but the manager that was called over when I was assigned the wrong room did not understand customer service at all. She was mean and spiteful and could have ruined our whole trip. Luckily for us, Raphael "The Captain" came in and saved the day. His promise was to take care of us and he did. He pushed the issue and got us a room that had two beds. He made sure things were taken care of and he is a genuinely nice guy. The resort itself is a bit of a two-sided affair. Everything is nice and new, but things are a bit wonky. The nice pool table in the sports bar would be great, if they had cues. It's nice having a basketball court, but the ball was completely worn out and basically unusable. It's a lot of little things. Easy things to fix. For food, we stuck mostly to the Privilege Lounge where it was like family. The best staff and food way better than any of the other outlets.

Resort is beautiful but service is lacking. Love the pool and beach. Glad you don't need reservation for restaurant. Mikes Coffee Shop was my favorite.

We loved the food, but some of the staff had attitude. Customer service sucks, they will keep spending back and forth for help. Some of the staff seems racist by the way the were looking at us. Got bed bugs bites all.over me. Worst experience ever

This was my first stay in a resort all-inclusive and it was a dream.

Great place to Vacation, everybody is Super friendly very humble and always making sure you are comfortable! S/O to Chris Rock jr and Sonic they had the place bumping with music,comedy a d all types of games at the pool... I really needed a vacation like this can't wait to be back. Everything was beautiful the only problem we have was that are sliding back door was broken and did not lock at all. And other family members were having the same problem.

We really liked the all inclusive. The resort is great. Our butler, Alexander, was worthless. I tipped him $40, to pick us up the day we were leaving, June 14, and there was no show. We had to walk the length of the property with our luggage at 7:40 A.M.. All he did for us was put water in our room. He also couldn't get us check in to our room until 3:45 P.M. on June 10, in the royal master sweet. Our luggage didn't get to our room until 4:30 on June 10. Other than that the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Neil in prestige was helpful.
