The stay was great because of the Ocean El Faro staff and concierge. The orbits rep started out strong but after day 2 never got us a restaurant reservation, he just sent a generic schedule for resort. We found out it’s cheaper going straight to the H10 premium travel site and we received top notch service from the Ocean El Faro team and were part of privileged services. 100% going back again and again.

The concierge was terrific and the resort was mostly clean. Our patio door barely worked to our swim up suite and maintenance couldn't fix it. The bench in our room was broken when we got there. The air conditioner banged randomly which in the middle of the night is annoying. Transportation via Destination services was a nightmare. They left us stranded and I had to pay for an Uber. Now I cant get anyone's help either at the hotel or with them to resolve, mostly because weve paid for everything 🙄

It's a great place for families, lot's of activities for kids. Kevin(our concierge) was great and made our stay unforgettable. Staffs are very kind and helpful. I gave 4 star only for room cleanness and I think it needs a bit renovation/improvement especially in bathroom area.

We had a amazing conererge Kevin, who went out of his way to make our stay great. He always had dinner reservations ready for us, sent us the events every morning, and was available whenever we needed help! The rooms were spacious and the resort itself had lots of activities to do.

The staff is the main reason we would return! Jose was go-to guy for a lot of things, including special requests in our mini fridge or room, dinner reservations, and everything in between. He went above & beyond to be sure we were happy and taken care of. Janathan at the pool bar kept our cups full! The food was okay, but nothing to rave about. The property could definitely use some work and repairs/upgrades, especially in the rooms.

The resort was clean, lots of activities, and staff were attentive and helpful. Kevin Paulino did an amazing job of taking us through each of the amenities and answering all of our questions. Kevin has been great! Would recommend as the perfect family vacation.
