The property is beautiful and has a lot of glamour rooms are wonderful and spa was amazing. Traveling here at their peak season not a great idea due to shuttle service being limited around the resort and overcrowded. Restaurants can’t accommodate you because they are booked up, places running out of certain foods. Food was just ok and entertainment was not great. Waterpark was really great kids had wonderful time but other than that most other kid activities you had to pay they are not expensive though.

All i have to say is dont go in the summer momths. Property is at FULL CAPACITY with not enough workers to handle. Also Tock Royalty DOES NOT gain entrance to VIP AREAS even though it says your VIP!

Property is big but easy to get around since trains pass by every 10 mins. Many pools to choose from and staff is nice. Room was clean but a lot of mosquitoes. Only complaint is the food. It is just mediocre. Buffet and a la carte is just subpar for 500usd a night per room.

Low quality compared to other resort brands we have visited. Not the cleanest, limited food options, poor layout, and they don’t own the beach front so you’re constantly haggled by locals on the beach.
