Size of room . housekeeping service suck.

The customer service was horrible.

A place that is suitable more for spring-breakers. Noisy, not all that clean, long lines for food, check-in and check-out. Staff is not knowledgeable about many things that you’d ask them. There are not nearly as many food options as you’d find in other hotels of this class. A huge place but certainly not suitable for having a great vacation, especially if you go with a family...

Staff was excellent. They did the best they could do under the conditions. The property is undergoing major construction. The food at the restaurants was good. I guess once the Construccion is done, the Resort will be the way it was few years ago. I wish I knew the magnitude of the construction going on. The Hotel only has a small disclaimer about the construction, which doesn't properly represent the reality.

The rooms are very nice with indoor jacuzzi, also very clean. The property is very big, getting from one place to the next is a little uncomfortable you have to wait on a cart that goes around the property and it can take a while some times. There are golf cart for rent, but in my opinion they should be included for the price per night.

Everything great except the legendary lounge stay away

When we arrived to the hotel we were harassed by a representative to “welcome” us but all the wanted was to catch us and sell us a membership for the hotel. She spent around 20 minutes trying to convince us to go to the welcome breakfast which we ended up going the next day. Our room was not ready as promised time and they didn’t take us to our hotel room . We had to figure out where our room was located and find it. Then when we got to the room we had to wait more than 15 minutes for our luggage to arrived. When we assisted to the breakfast another representative came in and we had to spend 1 hour and a half with them showing us all the “new” buildings that Hard rock is constructing. This way we could be more convinced to buy the membership. After we were done they took us to another building filled with sellers and we were spoken by three more plus a manager giving us “prices” and lowering the membership. They tried soo hard to convince us to buy it but we kept saying no we just want to enjoy. Overall the food was bad . The buildings need repair . And the staff should focus on the people that are staying because once you arrive they are all over you but once you say no to the membership they wont even remember you are there.

I wanted to visit this hotel since they opened. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed. A cat went into my room. When I came back there were 4 cats and I couldn’t sleep because they were making noise with the aluminum from the room service items that were not picked up. A lot of the staff members were not friendly. The service in the restaurants was excellent but in the rest of the areas I could not say the same. The food at dinner was great but the worst mangu I’ve tasted for breakfast I tasted in Punta Cana (how ironic). Room service was a joke, took between and hour and a half to 3 hours. They did a great job calling and asking about my stay and even though the complaints increased, we never received a call from a manager. I had to go to the front desk to request one when I noticed my stay kept getting worse. And please do not fall for the special breakfast and gifts, they are going to try to sell you a time share and the moment you show them you are not interested they are going to treat you like you are a nobody. They attributed the shortcomings to COVID, I guess this is not the time to visit a 5 star hotel because you’ll receive 1 star service !
