Close to beach, great customer service, jacuzzi was great , pool with the hammocks was my fave.. the only thing I did not like was the AC vent blowing directly onto head .... but it was overall a great experience

Though it is a a bit more expensive than other resorts, you definitely get what you paid for. The staff, facility and the food alone are well worth it. It is a large resort so the trolleys help. Only suggestion qpuld be to run mlre frequent trolleys in the evening.

This place is just too big! The first night on arrival we were on the beach and it began to storm. We stood in a bathroom and no one came for us. It's a good 30 minute walk back to the lobby and the walkways were under construction, so we were walking in lighting and thunder, pouring rain on rebar. Extremely dangerous!!! The food is mediocre at best. I walked out of restaurants hungry. Not a true representation of Punta Cana as this was our 6th trip there, but the first at Hard Rock. It was like being in Las Vegas. No fresh fish, just a mini mall of overpriced stores that I can easily shop at in Chicago. PLUS...I paid more than I ever have to stay in Punta Cana. AND you would think there would be music everywhere. Well, there isn't. Don't be fooled----stay away! Way too commercial,

Had a great time, it is a very large hotel and difficult to get to places. Needs some renovations in the spa and on the grounds. Food is average but the vibe was awesome!

We stayed here for one week to celebrate my fiance’s birthday. From arrival until we left was disappointing. We Will never stay here again. Not worth all the money that we spent. The room smelled like cigarettes when we first arrived. the guests that were there before us must have been smoking in there I called the front desk and they sent house keeping to our room all they did was spray the bathroom and left. It still smelled for the first 2 days. Every time we used The bathroom sinks there was a foul odor that smelled like sewer. We called the front desk and they sent someone he changed something in the pipe but the smell continued the entire time we were there. On day 3 we both got food poison at the resort Isla sea food restaurant Stay away from this place the food is undercooked! We were throwing up for an entire day and with diarrhea lasting for one week. I had to see My doctor when I came back home and she confirmed we have travelers diarrhea from contaminated food. They put me on antibiotics for a week. The last straw for me was 2 days before we left we found out someone from housekeeping had STOLE my fiancé’s brand new unused cologne bottle he had just bought from the resort perfume store! I couldn’t believe how disrespectful an employee could be to steal from a guest. We filed a incident report with guest services and security. They didn’t have a response for us on the day of checkout and we missed our flight because the manager was going back and forth with us.

The Hard Rock Punta Cana is an amazing resort!! We have travelled all over the world, and the Hard Rock Punta Cana is by far one of the best resorts at which we have stayed. Five Stars!

Far from a five star Hotel. Inconvenience to travel around the hotel. Everything is to far. The hotel is extremely huge. The staff is not friendly they are always overwhelm . The Room are ok but def not at a 5 star range. I have stay in 3 star Hotel way better than this one. The food is beyond terrible. All a la cart restaurant are worst than the buffet which is ridiculous .In addition I couldn’t stay for the 4 night I original reserve. My domestic partner got really sick and I have to leave one day earlier . I asked for a refund for the night and they were really rude and told me I have to speak with my agency directly. When orbitz communicated with them they asked for marriage birth certificate , doctor note .... While I explained to them I am not married . Overall I will totally not recommend this resort.

Resort is huge! Hotel staff is exceptional. If you are going to Punta Cana, definitely stay here!

The hotel is very nice and all restaurants was improved compared to our 3 years ago experience, now the food is really good. We stayed there in one room a family of 4 (parents and 2 kids) we have checked that the rooms are equipped with 2 double beds and it is not true, there are only 2 single beds (135cm)... we went to Hard Rock Hotel form Majestic Mirage Hotel were there are really 2 double beds (200 cm).

The resort was overpriced for what we got. The staff wasn’t very helpful when we needed help to find information on joining the VIP club. We felt like we were being profiled by our age and looks. They kept asking us what our occupations were, how older we were, if we were married. One guy even told us that because we were not married that we couldn’t join the members club (which is absolutely false). He basically thought that we couldn’t afford it based on our age and looks (We are both 30). We had another incident where our money got stolen at the pool because we had set our stuff down and put some cash under a rolled up towel. Their staff came by and grabbed the unused towel even with our stuff sitting next to it. We came back to find the towel and the money both gone. Also, the place is crazy packed... it’s very loud and hard to find a relaxing spot at any of the pools (which is why we wanted to become members so we could use their pools). The ocean is very choppy and almost impossible to get into. The only positive we could find is that the food was better than the other resort we stayed at in the area, and even that isn’t much of a compliment. We definitely will not be staying here again in the future. Save your money and save your vacation by staying elsewhere.

Very big place, lots of pools, good food. If you like walking, this is your destination if not , they provide a golf carts 24/7. Staff is friendly, always have smiles on their faces. Beach is beautiful. So many restaurants to choose from, they are all good , worth it to try each if you stay for a week. My favorite is Zen. Will go back.
