Overall I had a great time at Excellence El Carmen. Staff was amazing, Amazing food and drinks selection. The rooms needs a little renovation but other than the whole experience was great.

Great experience. Great staff everything and everyone was so nice. Only have one complaint (if it’s even a complaint) was we went for a girls trip and some of our rooms ended up smelling like mildew. Didn’t spend much time in the rooms anyways so didn’t ask to get that fixed.
