We celebrated our anniversary and my 40th birthday at Secrets Akumal in June, and it was absolutely amazing. The resort itself is stunning, but what truly set it apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Especially our concierge! From the little details to the overall service, we felt so well taken care of. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, celebration, and luxury. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Food is amazing and the views even better! We enjoyed the property and all the activities and shows were so much fun and the entertainment staff is AWESOME!!! Big shout outs to Alan, Ari, Andres, Ixchel, Max and Daniel as they remembered our names the entire trip and really got to know us and made all activities so much fun and made our stay that much better!!! We stayed in a romance suite oceanfront in building one. It was an amazing room with a lot of extra touches. The location was stunning, the service perfection and the food was wonderful. Shout outs to Alejandro, Jesus, Antonio and our concierge Metz. I also highly recommend the spa having done a massage with Perla and the hydrotherapy with Oscar. We will return and can’t wait to hear welcome home when we do!
