Everything was super good we had a beautiful honeymoon, the food was super good and the service excellent, we had a small inconvenience but the manager approached us and he compensate for the inconvenience, definelty will go back. Bartender erwin super friendly.

The food and staff were amazing! My one complaint is the rooms are a little outdated and the AC unites definitely have mold. As soon as I went into my room I was flooded with a musty/moldy smell that made me feel sick. My parents room was the Sam but not as bad since they were on the top floor. I didn’t bother complaining as I figured all the rooms smelled similar. I’m very sensitive to mold so I notice it easily. I decided not to use my AC and kept my patio door open which made it livable. I read reviews after of others having a similar issue. My guess is they don’t change the AC air filters as often as they should for a high humidity climate. I’ll do excellence resorts again but maybe one that is a newer build
