I don’t like the fact that the grill (steak restaurant) just opened for serving but ran out of certain cuts, the porterhouse. It’s insane! We heard it similar from another guests but had to witness to ourselves. Unbelievable!!!

One of, if not THE best resort I have ever stayed at, and I consider myself well traveled! It is first off, absolutely beautiful. I have a following on social media and I got floods of messages asking where I am staying! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure anything you may need is within arms reach. The food is fabulous, especially having low expectations for an all inclusive resort! The restaurants are very beautifully built and decorated- each is themed of course but some are on the water and some are more fancy (there’s a wine cellar dinner for 2 in the French restaurant). The food truck by the theater is so convenient and tasty, and the pizza oven by the pool is top tier! The events planned by the resort are very entertaining as well, especially the paint and sip on the beach and the cultural activities. We did not have an issue with excursion transportation picking us up. Again everyone is beyond friendly, guests included, and the resort is absolutely stunning. Our room and view were GORGEOUS! We will be returning and I have recommended this resort to all my friends. Thank you excellence!!!

Property was well maintained of food was good, but it is impossible to get a hold of them once you leave. I’m trying to get a copy of a receipt and get nowhere. They neglected to give me a copy when I checked out I don’t understand that.
