Assuming everything else was great (staff, clean, looks nice, stuff to do - all 100%), here are the only things that were actually horrible here.
#1 - the food. The restaurants were 90% bad. They had maybe one good dish (Baja taco) the rest was bad. Clearly microwaved, and horrible cut quality.
#2 - if you could even get into a restaurant, by the way, day 1- they're all 100% booked. How? Then, on top of that - on those 'super booked up days' they closed some of the buffets? Sounds like a terrible job managing it. The lady at "concierge" was telling me 1 story, then my friend who we traveled with went to talk to her, gave him a different story. I went to the front desk, he gave me a third story... it's a mess. It's 2026 and they're still tracking availability in an Excel doc on Windows 2000.
#3 - They lack enough lounge chairs at the pools. There is a sign that says something like "if your (stuff) is unattended for more than an hour, you'll lose your place" that isn't enforced. People were pining down spots from the day before. And they have space, look at the Marina cover - they only have 1 row of loungers, could put 2 even 3 in some.
#4 - ALL the drinks were watery. None of them were like "wow that tastes so good!".
Everything else besides those 4 were great. The people were amazing, super nice, friendly, etc... It just feels like the place is poorly managed.
