We were with a group of 12 people and had a great time. We tried all the restaurants. Spent most of the day in the pool, drinking all the fun drinks we could handle. The Foam party of Tuesday was a highlight. Loved the daily activities and the nightly shows.

The staff at all the restaurants that we visited was top notch, the pool personnel and the coffee shop were really nice and friendly, very attentive. The food was excellent quality and great taste, the only drawback would be that we booked a room for 3 adults and where provided with only 2 access codes for wi-fi, very annoying

The food was amazing and these were the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen! The beach was not great- but we came to eat, drink and float in the pools, and they did not disappoint! We will be back!

The resort was clean. Multiple restaurant options and activities on site. For food, I preferred eating at the Alhambra buffet. Kobo for Japanese food and Aakat for a fancier option.

The resort was very nice and well kept. The service was great and a nice variety of places for lunch. Food at all restaurants was very good. One complaint would be the teen activities. The teen club closed at 8:00 and the only other place with activities kicked teens out at 8:00. The teen club had limited activities when it was open. During the day it was not a big deal as the pools were great but during the evening teens had no teen activities. Overall great place and would recommend.

I spent 5 days at the resort. My first all inclusive. Overall I liked the experience. I didn’t like that you only get two wifi access codes per room. You have to pay additional fee if you want more access. So between my husband and I and our two teenage daughters this was a major inconvenience for us. Of course you want to unplug on vacation but you also want to document your trip and be able to connect with each other when you get separated at the resort. Also, my sister ordered a birthday cake to celebrate her 50th birthday but they did not have it at our dinner reservation. That was very disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our vacation. The breakfast buffet and lunch at the Hacienda were our favorite food spots. Dinner was mostly mid. We had a couple of dinner selections that were okay. And communication was not so good because we didn’t know about most of the activities that we could do until our trip was almost over. So we missed out on a lot.
